IMPEL Services was wonderful to work with and I highly recommend their services. The owner personally assisted me in answering my questions regarding the service and what was involved. He was very patient, informative and had great follow-through. The day of installation, IMPEL was prompt and professional. The company also gave me consideration on where to mount the TVs, for example, height level over the fireplace mantels. All 3 TVs look fantastic! One last comment that speaks to the company's integrity. I received a call the next day from IMPEL to check on my satisfaction on the service AND to tell me that they had incorrectly totaled my invoice and would be sending me a check for the over payment. Need I say more?

Randy was very punctual in following up from our Big Deal purchase. When we informed him that we were likely waiting a couple of months to purchase our TV, he was excellent at following up to see if we had questions or needed assistance. Upon scheduling, he was very punctual to his promised arrival time, had all of the accessories required as we had discussed and went straight to work. While he ran into an issue with our FIOS box and TV, he was quick to find a solution. He spent a little more time than he thought, but, completed his work as promised and even vacuumed up after himself! Great job!

I had two flat screen TV's that I wanted mounted right during the holidays. I had tons of family arriving for New Years and really wanted the house to look its best. Randy rearranged his schedule to accommodate me in spite of being booked solid. For the first visit he arrived on time and worked into the late evening to get the first one hung. He returned a few days later to hang the second one. The job was neat, and works like a charm. I was so impressed that I now am having him return for a third installation in my kitchen. I strongly recommend Randy at Impel Services.

We communicated by e-mail (my preference) before the installation to facilitate having all necessary components - I did need to get the set top box from cable provider before the installation, The Angie's list deal was for installation including a basic TV mount. There was a nominal upcharge for a tilting mount, an option which I selected. The offer was vaguely worded in that it was not clear what exactly was included (labor only and base TV mount - cabling, additional hardware, and running outlet box behind TV were not). There was an additional charge to run and install an electrical outlet behind the TV which was reasonable. Randy was very pleasant, professional, and clearly very capable. He cleaned up nicely and the job was performed very well. He checked everything with me and reviewed the TV operation, and checked that my other TV was working properly (since a new line had been spliced into the cable feed) before leaving. I have no complaints or concerns. Initially I had considered doing this job myself as I have done similar tasks in the past and the TV being installed upstairs was directly above a unit in the family room, so running the cable would seem to be a snap. Turns out that the wall upstairs was not directly above the one in the family room. Cable was routed from basement through garage, into walk in closet upstairs and then into the bedroom. I was really glad that I had chosen Impel to do the job - good value and great service. Would definitely recommend, very pleased with end result.

Arrived on time, scoped out the wall for setup, drilled the proper holes, hung the bracket, and attached the flat panel LED screen.

He was great and perfect. He was very nice, personable and helpful. He was able to get the sound working which my husband wasn’t able to do. He was very knowledgeable. It was probably a little more expensive than I thought it would be but I don’t know about those things. I didn’t expect the additional $388 for the HDMI cables and stuff like that. I had friends that said that they could have put it up for me. He put the punch in the wall so that the cables were plugged to the wall and they came out through the bottom of the wall. I don’t think my friends could have done that. I think that the price was worth it. He did a great job.

Randall was very professional. We had a number of emails back and forth, based on a deal that was offered on Angie's list. Because we wanted more than just what was offered in the deal, he gave me an estimate that included that deal and honored it even though we didn't buy the deal specifically. He arrived on time, worked quickly, and really seemed to know what he was doing. The TV looks great on the wall, and he was able to move the cable wire so that it was on the correct wall.

Randy was extremely professional and did a tremendous job mounting my Samsung LED. In addition, he hid the wiring of the HDMI and Optical cords. He also properly recommended installing a plug near the tv mount on the wall to conform to code. Randy was accommodating allowing me to utilize both my purchased wall mount and cords, unlike what I have heard about other contractors. His attention to detail was outstanding. I would highly recommend IMPEL Services and asked Randy for several of his cards, which I plan to share with my colleagues and friends.

I had a wonderful experience with this company, from start to finish. Randall Perry scheduled our appointment and handled our installation. He was prompt, professional and very patient as my boyfriend and I debated over what type of mount to use. He even vacuumed the room before he left because a very small amount of saw dust that was created when he installed the wires behind the wall. The finished product turned out great, even better than anticipated. It really created extra space in our study and we actually use the tv in that room a lot more now as a result. I would highly recommend this company to others.

Impel was proactive in scheduling the installation and making sure that he came with the proper bracket to mount the TV. He purchased two brackets to give me an option when he arrived. In addition, he made sure that he had options for cabling so that the wires were long enough to reach the outlets when snaked through the walls. He was able to do everything in one trip and was considerate when providing materials to give me choices and cost options, while ensuring the durability of the installation through quality materials.

In setting up the appointment, Randy always answered the phone personally. On the day of the job, Randy arrived on-time and did a professional job for a fair price, answering all of my questions. He even cleaned up afterwards with a vacuum. We are very pleased with his work and would recommend him without hesitation.

Randy was really professional and pleasant. He did a great job - we are very particular about home improvement projects and Randy was just as particular as we are, if not moreso. I feel like this project was done "the right way". And we're still really happy with the results a few weeks later. The price was on the higher end (in my limited opinion), but I believe for the quality of work we received, it was worth it, and it was a fair price. I would definitely recommend Randy to anyone.

Randy was couteous, helpful, knowledgeable, and expended extra effort to get the job done when a couple challenges were encountered due to my equipment. Overall, he was outstanding and I'd highly recommend him for stereo/home theater/TV installation.

It took a lot longer than we anticipated, but that was because the job was more than we anticipated. Randy evaluated job and let us know what to expect. Having him back to do another installation in our family room. Felt that Randy was knowledgeable and enjoys his job.

He was fabulous. They discussed where it should go, where it should be mounted. He put it in the best place in this particular room. He was really good. Our T.V. is now up properly. He hung it very well and my husband is very happy. If I had another T.V. I would have him put up. He was great, I highly recommend him.

Randy is friendly, professional, and suggests solutions w/o being pushy. Job was done in a reasonable amount of time and the cost definitely outweighed the frustration that would likely have resulted by trying to do some of these jobs myself.

Job went like clockwork! This gent is a pro! The only sign that he was ever in the house was the TV on the wall. Very clean installation! This is how a company should always do business!

Randy traveled a good distance in a severe rainstorm to showup for the appointment on-time and ready to do the installation. Very reliable work ethic demonstrated throughout.
