I new my pipes were bad, but i didn't have a reliable plumber. Atkinsson plummbing came highly recommended so i asked for an estimate. They were punctual, and professional. There estimate was hands down better then and i had received. The job took 3 days as they had predicted. I would recommend them to anyone who needed a plumber.

From start to finish, everything was great. We had a bad leak, water spraying forcefully out of pipe, and our usual plumber could not come out until much later. I found Atkisson Plumbing on Angie's List. The other reviews were very positive so I called around 10am and the phone was answered promptly. Robert was on his way to another call and said he could come by in approximately an hour. He was on time, explained what needed to be done and got the job done. The service was courteous, professional and prompt. Atkisson Plumbing is now first on my plumbing call list. Thanks!

Called Robert at 8:45AM after my water pipe froze over and sprung a leak the night before. He was able to arrive at my house within 10 minutes of receiving the phone call. He was courteous and professional and was able to identify the problem and fix it within an hour. I would definitely recommend this plumber to friends and family.

Thought I possibly needed a new water heater b/c of water puddles in front of it. There was also a pipe above it that had a small leak that was spraying a light mist. I called and Bob came over about an hour later and then turned off water and checked things out. He asked to come back later once things had dried. He arrived in the evening and replaced leaking pipe. No need for new water heater at this time. The water heaters (2) that we have are 10 years old and I wouldn't have been too surprised if they needed to be replaced. Bob was very honest and said that it's fine for now and no need at this time. The water was coming from the small leak in the pipe that obviously had accumulated after a few weeks. I hadn't checked the basement b/c there wasn't an issue. Bob was very professional, nice and I am VERY pleased with the service. I will DEFINITELY be calling Atkisson Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs. I would recommend them very confidently to friends and family.

Robert and his nephew were very professional. They were on time. They returned my call immediately.They did a terrific job and took the time to explain to me the problem with the old plumbing. I would recommend them to all my family and friends.

I had a 20+ year old sediment filter for our well that sprang a leak in the evening while I was changing the filter. I called and Bob was able to come out and fix it the very next morning. He also made some suggestions and fixed another portion of the system. I am going to use these guys in the future.

Bob was great to work with, attentive to what we wanted, made suggestions and quoted a reasonable price. Bob kept us informed of his progress, kept the work area clean, removed all debris at the job close and the number one biggest thing that got him five stars----he did not try to over sell!!!! We appreciate Bob's professional honesty and integrity. We would recommend Bob to our friends and family.

Bob was responsive to my texts and phone calls even though I could tell he was very busy. He was very reasonable in his estimates...just a good guy trying to make an honest living. I felt that he was sincere about telling us what we should absolutely have done immediately and what could wait. He didn't try and sell us services we did not need. I have contact him several times and will continue to use him whenever I have a need for plumbing services.

After speaking with Robert on 8/4/14, I scheduled an appointment with Robert for 6:00 pm on 8/6/14. He was to give me an estimate on relocating plumbing in our powder room. I was very encouraged due to all the good reviews. At 6:25 pm on 8/6, I called him because he had not arrived yet. Apparently he had forgotten, and ask that I call back to leave my information again and he could come out on 8/7/14 in the evening. I rescheduled it tentatively since I would not be home and my husband wasn't sure if he would be. The next day my husband called him because he would not be home and needed to reschedule. Robert said he would call us about 8:00 on Saturday 8/9/14 and come out in the morning. As of 9:15 this morning we have not heard from him. We will now be looking for another recommended plumber on Angie's List and hopefully have better luck.

This was a great experience. Robert was very willing to accommodate our schedule, and agreed to come to our house Saturday morning. He showed up a little bit before our appointment time to check out the toilet and get parts for it. Came back a few minutes later, fixed the toilet in no more than 15 minutes. The bathroom was left just as clean as he found it. He also gave us our Angie's Member discount. We are very happy with his work, and we will be calling him in the future.

I had a main water line oustide my house brake. On Monday he came by within the hour with an estimate and on Wednesday , they were at my house on time to replace the cooper line with a upgraded cooper line . Both men were Professional working late in the evening to finish the job. I would call them again for any plumming needs.

Bob was friendly, prompt, and efficient. Explained everything and gave a few suggestions on other plumbing projects I will be dealing with in the near future. I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone looking for a reliable family plumber.

We had orginally hired Robert's son's company to complete the plumbing but he was overbooked. It worked out to our advantage! Robert Sr. was great! He was prompt and even came out on a Saturday. His price was very fair and he had the job done fast. I would definaetly use this company again.

Bob was very professional. He answered the phone when I called and came out the very next day. I told him what I needed done, he gave me the estimate over the phone. My appointment was scheduled for 11:30 am and he was there at 11:29. There was not any hidden cost surprises. I will be calling Bob in the future should I ever need his services again. Highly recommend!

I booked about 1 week before service. Mr. W was able to commit to exactly the day & time I desired. He showed up on time & worked very diligently to ensure both my toilets were functioning perfectly before he left. One of the tanks required extra effort to stop a leak, but he stayed about an extra hour to get it right. I would absolutely hire this gentleman again for my plumbing needs.

Answered the phone immediately and was able to get his equipment and arrived at my home expeditiously in spite of it being Friday evening of a holiday weekend.

We discovered in the evening (7:30 pm) water in our basement. Immediately called Atkisson Plumbing. Our called was answered by Bob and he stated he would be over within the hour. He was true to his word and found the problem-burst pipe in the basement. He also did some work on the outside pipe. He was here til after 10pm. Would definitely use his service again just due to the fact he came out late and night and his work was professional. This is the third time we have used his services. We had an awful season with the winter and unfortunately had different plumbing issues.

I was TRULY impressed with their professionalism. The Gentleman that I scheduled the appointment with (Bob), was extremely thorough. Not only was he was timely but his work was done on the day we agreed upon. He was incredibly TIDY. The area was cleaned before he left. Most importantly, he was ALWAYS willing to answer any questions I had. Atkisson Plumbing is VERY cost effective and also easily accessible. I, as the customer, felt like my repair issues were important to them, and that it was their PRIORITY to resolve my issues in a timely manner.
