Description of Work: The price is too high. Andersen had to replace a new panel window. They did this immediately when I noted a strong air leak. I do like their step by step evaluation as to what to expect prior and post window installation. Their windows are quite attractive, easy to slide, and easy o wash. Five thousand dollars for four windows is excessive.

Description of Work: I had 19 windows replaced. The disconnect between the salesperson, office staff, and the installation crew was major. Everything I was told from the lead paint issues, how the installation would be handled,and the clean-up process didn't happen. I love the end product..windows are great..but there was no lead paint precautions taken (60 yr old house),yard clean-up was done with a broom, AND I even had to complain to get the windows washed.

Description of Work: I had a kitchen window and patio French doors installed. Initially they installed the wrong window. They had to reorder the window and come back out to install. As for the door, I had many problems. My journey started in 2013 and it took about a year for them to correctly problems. The door would not stay open and there was a lot of air coming through. Only after NUMEROUS emails and phone calls to the corporate office, it was determined that my door was defective and had to be reordered. When the new door finally came, it was damaged and had to be ordered again. Although I love their products, the service gets a failing grade. I was challenged throughout this entire process for their issue. I was forced to waste a lot of my valuable time, unnecessarily.

I used another service.
Description of Work: I was looking to purchase 2 French Doors. One 8ft wide and the other 6 ft. Their price was double what I was able to purchase from numerous other Andersen Dealers plus the lower price included upgrades and screen doors for each set of doors. I also had excellent installation and service afterwards since one of the handles was broken. Anderson sent out a replacement and service immediately. My new oak doors are gorgeous. Now I'm replacing all my windows with Andersen Woodwright
