Not so well. The wires of 6 sensors were cut and the sensors were discarded by Mark, the installer. His dad, Wilhelm, drove back to co. headquarters to pick up some missing parts. I was not trained on how to lock, open & clean the windows as promised. I happened to find my screens in the garage. I was not informed that the screens were placed there. A defective window was installed & I was not informed on the procedure for replacing it. The receptionist was nasty with me when I called & complained that the window sensors were missing. "That was your responsibility; you signed the contract"was her response. The salesman checked on the contract that he reviewed the information on the form, but he only asked me to initial it. He also promised to replace two insulation pieces that are missing from 2 Anderson windows from 1993. Gina Hardin directed me to call corporate to find out if Anderson has the parts in storage at my own expense. The salesman just wanted me to sign his paperwork & make the sale that day!!!. He never planned to replace the 2 parts. Anderson windows are of high quality, but I don't trust their salesman, manager and installers. They did not complete the job as PROMISED!!! I don't plan to deal with these people again. I will find another company to replace the last three 30 year old windows.

The salesman came and explained everything--the windows as well as the installation process--in detail. A couple weeks later, a technician came to do the technical measurements. It took about 8 weeks from the time the order was placed until they were ready to do the installation. They thought it might take a day and a half, based on how many windows I had, but they were able to do it in one day. A 3-man team came out and installed the windows and door and cleaned up afterwards.

The customer service representative was so professional and friendly, and she explained the product and process very well. She really sold the company. Once I ordered the windows, I only had to wait two weeks instead the four to six I was expecting. The gentlemen who came were nice, but did not seem to know about the permit we needed for the historic district (I made certain that Andersen would be taking care of that). However, he immediately called, and someone delivered it to us within an hour--they had had to pick up on Friday (the job was done on Monday). It only took them a little over two hours to install both windows--they did so with a minimum of noise, and they cleaned up entirely when they were done. The windows are gorgeous and perfect. When we're able to afford more (historic windows are expensive, man!) we'll definitely use Andersen again. I'm hoping that once we've used them a few times, we can negotiate a free window or something...

I was stood up not once, not twice, but three times by two different sales representatives from Renewal by Andersen. The first sales representative called 5 minutes after our first scheduled appointment time. The next day, he called to say that he would be late, but then never showed up. After being stood up twice, I called customer service to ask if they had another sales representative that would be able to help me. They scheduled an appointment with another sales representative and again this sales representative called to say that he would be extremely late. He said that he would call to reschedule the appointment and he never did. If it is this hard to get a quote for Renewal by Andersen to come to your house to replace the windows, imagine what it would be like if they actually got the job (probably as unreliable as their ability to quote a job)? I would not recommend using Renewal by Andersen if you need a quote to have all of the windows in your home replaced as it seems impossible for them to keep a scheduled appointment.

They are a great company. I was able to get a higher quality window at a competitive price. They did all the windows on the house in one day. They were both clean and polite. I was impressed with them and their work.

The sales rep that had come to our house to promote their service was excellent. He was very informative and the price was excellent too. They had called me when the doors had come in, and had showed up on time. They had done a great job with the installation, and I was really happy with them. My utility bills have been nearly cut in half because of them. They were wonderful to deal with, and I haven?t had to call them back for anything. My experience with the company was a great one.

The sales rep arrived when expected and went over all of the information and answered all of our questions. We knew the good reputation of Andersen windows and read the good reviews about this particular store, so we knew we wanted to order from them. When we applied to our homeowner's association for permission to install these windows, however, it was denied. We live in an historic district and, apparently, they will not consider any replacement windows other than those made from wood. The sales rep, Chris, did all that he could to help, even loaning a model of part of a window to us to show the hoa. Had permission been granted, we were planning to replace all of our windows. It was a pleasure to deal with this company.

It was very good. They came on time and they did the job as we expected. I think they did a pretty good job of cleaning up. I think they should have put some drop cloths on the ground outside, so that if anything was chipped off it was caught. Other than that it wasn't too bad.

Overall excellent the only hitch was that the kitchen was not done at the same time as the bedroom because the kitchen door was not available when it was supposed to be.

Came in did an in home estimate. They were very well prepared and good to talk to. Talked up getting me more window area. The part where I was lost was performance versus price. By far they were the most expensive window company I talked to. It was 1000 per window approximately. However, the nfrc has companies with better U-Factor and SHGC. Also I wanted to verify by third party that their claims with fibrex being the next big thing were true. The expense would have necessitated better performance then all competitors in all areas. Without phenomenal performance I will go with cheaper competitor and not pay for the name of Andersen.

The installation crew was prompt, courteous and respectful. I commend the work that the crew performed. I was, however, very disappointed in the company's failure to respond to my efforts to order replacement screens to fit an older Anderson window in my home. Despite e-mails, telephone calls to customer service personnel, and a request to the Anderson salesperson I could not obtain assistance to purchase the replacement screen. The salesperson offered to sell me a replacement Anderson window and matching replacement screen. I must admit that the window was probably 15 years old. It was in great shape and therefore I didn't need a new window. Thus, my overall impression of the product is very good, but the follow-up service did not meet the company's promises.

It was great. We wanted to be sure we liked the windows & how we're getting more.

GREAT as Tony the Tiger would say. The installation crew was courteous and respectful of my home and its furnishings. The crew worked for five days to complete the installation. Have already noticed less requirement for the heater to keep the home warm and outside noise is lessened. This work was stressful, but the three man team was a delight to have working in my home. Product is expensive but will add significant value to my home.

This was a great experience. The estimate was professional, thorough, and without harsh sales tactics. The detailed measurement visit was efficient. Most of all, the two gentleman who installed the windows were extremely professional, attentive to detail, hard-working, and did a great job.

Pleasant experience from start to finish. Donna the sales Rep was very knowledgeable and the installers were professional and friendly.

If there's something you don't like about the job, months down the road they will come back and correct it without problem.

The original installation went very well, but I'm very impressed with their customer service long after the windows were purchased.

Despite the windows being out of the warranty period, the company came out and adjusted them for no charge. The company technician arrived promptly. His work was thorough and the windows operate perfectly now.

The doors are beautiful and add elegance to our home. Everyone at Renewal by Andersen was polite, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. Their overall goal was to please us. The doors were expensive, but our experience with this company was worth every penny. We only wish we had gone to them prior to having our windows installed.

VERY PLEASED, WINDOWS CAME IN BEFORE EXPECTED DATE. INSTALLATION WAS VERY WELL DONE. WORKERS CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND WERE VERY EFFICIENT. THE SALESPERSON I DEALT WITH CALLED AND WANTED TO COME OUT AND SEE IF I WAS SATISFIED, USUALLY YOU NEVER HEAR FROM THEM AFTER THE CONTRACTS SIGNED. I'D RECOMMEND THEM.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY. I THOUGHT THAT THE DID A GOOD JOB WITH THE WINDOWS. THE PROCESS WAS NOT LONG AND THE SERVICE WAS GREAT.
