Megan was the sales associate I talked with the most regarding my move. She is very professional and helpful. I was able to reach her quickly when I needed to. On her day off, a colleague of Megan's (Jim), was there to pick up and answer questions. He was really helpful and went out of his way to investigate how to move an usual glass table and store it. The only little hiccup was her estimate for storage. It was underestimated, but Jim was already on top of it by the time I called to inquire. Their pricing was quite reasonable based on the three estimates I got on the move. It has a very hard choice regarding which company to pick. I ultimately decided on another company because of the high recommendation I got based on my nephew's experience.

I originally found this company on Angie's List in 2012 and used their services in 2012 and again in 2016. Both times the service was excellent. It happened that I had some of the same movers on the second move which speaks to the excellence of their company that they could maintain the same employees over that period of time. They arrived early and were very efficient. They took the usual breaks in a workday, but did not exceed their break times and worked steadily throughout the day. They were very careful in the care of the items moved and wrapped furniture to ensure that it was safely delivered. While they charged more than the quoted fee, I felt that was reasonable because at the new location, they had to travel much further by foot and use two elevators than what we had originally anticipated. I nevertheless received a discount because the quoted fee was higher than anticipated for the amount of goods transported. Very reliable. I would not hesitate to use their services a third time, if the need arose.
