Description of Work: Movers USA were amazing. From my first contact with Ray, who was proactive and gave me a good, solid estimate, then helped me coordinate the move, to the end of the move itself, this was a professional, motivated team. The estimate I received was inline with estimates for other movers, but their Angie's List rating and discount motivated me to choose them. I'm VERY glad I did! The crew of 4 showed up 15 minutes *before* their arrival window and got immediately to work. They were like Tetris masters and managed to fit all of my furniture and boxes into 1 truck (the estimates suggested I might need 2 to move my 4BR home). They were fast, efficient, protected my things, protected my floors - and finished 2 hours early! In a business where you're paying for services by the hours, that's a substantial savings. I'd recommend them to everyone I know (and already have), and I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

Description of Work: I had a complicated move to arrange, from the Annapolis area to the beaches and back in the same day. They were wise to consider it carefully before committing to it, but then got back to me with the details and confirmation. Once we planned the move, ANOTHER snow storm caused a delay and they were able to reschedule the entire move with me for one week later :) They arrived at 8:00 am (calling to confirm that they were in route), carefully packed my most important teak furniture pieces that were over 30 years old, and drove directly to the beaches. They delivered them beautifully to a house that was being painted inside without touching the walls (I know, what a ridiculous thing to ask...but my painters' schedules were off due to the storms.) They unpacked each piece, asked me to examine them and had me sign off. The movers could not have been more polite, more attentive or more professional! I would highly recommend them to anyone planning a move.

Description of Work: The assessment for the job was two trucks, 7 hours 4 men (5 arrived on the day). Worked an hour over the time, same cost, with a light lunch break. Clean, neat, careful with belongings. Would definitely use again and recommend them highly

Description of Work: Would not send anyone to give estimate, but wanted me to write down "every nut and bolt" or the price would increase upon delivery, up to double the "estimate". Terrible customer service. Do not recommend.
