When I called for estimate, they made appointment for the next day. Estimator came promptly. Based on my plan to sell home soon, estimator recommended modestly priced door. Installation was scheduled for 2 weeks later. Installer arrived on time, finished job promptly and cleaned up thoroughly.

I called late on a Friday afternoon, and they had an appointment set for me for the following Monday (they are closed on Saturday and Sundays). They gave me a window of four hours, and I received a call from the office about two hours into the window letting me know the repairmen were on their way. The repairmen were prompt, very polite, and helpful. They quickly took care of the door and also called in to get some quotes I had requested for a potential new door. I was very pleased with their service. I felt the service call and repair work fees were very reasonable, as were the quotes for the new doors.

The install was to occur between 12 and 3. The installer called at 3:15 to say he would be here in about 30 minutes. 75 minutes later he arrived. The installer was very nice but seemed a little unprepared. He had to borrow WD-40 because he didn't have his and he did not have the light bulbs for the garage door opener. Both the door and the opener seem to be installed properly and they both work fine. The salesman we talked to gave us false information. He told us that the higher end door was a thicker gauge steel than it actually was. We contacted the manufacturer and got the proper information then questioned the salesman. He claims he did not remember talking to us or making that claim. We compared this price to that of a national home improvement chain that carries the same brand garage door. Looking at similar models, the cost for purchase and install of the door was similar. We did not compare prices on the garage door opener.

This is a great company: knowledgeable office staff and estimator, and efficient installers. The door looks great. This company's estimate was at least $250 lower than the other bids we received for exactly the same replacement door with installation. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Prompt on site estimate. Installation included haul away of old door at no extra charge. For installation, on time, efficient installation. One section dented, will be replaced at no cost in August. Price was less than advertised "specials" at larger chain stores which added on for installation and haul away.

Workers were on time, extremely pleasant and professional, completed the job in an unusually timely manner for a very reasonable price.

We called and they sent someone out the same day. The repair cost less than we were quoted on the phone.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB AND WE WERE WELL PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK. THEY HAULED OFF THE OLD GARAGE DOOR SO THAT WE DID NOT HAVE TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO DO SO. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL IN THEIR WORK. THE COST WAS THE SAME AS THE ESTIMATE THEY GAVE US.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM. THEY CAME RIGHT OUT THE DAY I CALLED AND CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY HAD THE PARTS NEEDED TO FIX IT AND KNEW ABOUT THE PROBLEM. I THOUGHT THAT THE PRICE WAS VERY FAIR.

A very friendly sales representative was sent to our home. He seemed quite knowledgeable about our product and was able to locate a door that exactly matched the other door on our garage. The door was ordered and arrived in a timely manner, and the work was performed on time and to perfection. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again.

FRED C JOHNSON DOES A GREAT JOB OF SALES AND SERVICE. I HAD THEM COME AND REPLACE GARAGE DOORS 2-3 YEARS AGO AND WHEN IT WAS TIME TO REPLACE MY OPENERS, I WENT BACK TO THAT COMPANY. THEY WERE FAIR PRICED, EXCELLENT SHOWROOM AND VERY PUNCTUAL WITH THEIR SERVICE.

ONE OF THE GARAGE DOORS DID NOT HAVE WINDOW INSERTS, SO I FOUND SOME MATCHING ONES AT THEIR LOCATION.
