We called and the staff were very helpful in discussing the different garage door openers that were available. The price for the opener and its installation were quite reasonable. We scheduled the work for that week and the worker came promptly at the appointed time. He quickly and efficiently installed the unit with no problems (he obviously was experienced). He fully explained the operation of the opener and was very friendly and informative throughout the installation. All together an excellent experience!

It was great. I filled out an online request for an estimate of work to be done, and got a call to schedule the site estimate within 1 or 2 business days. The site visit for an estimate was scheduled for a Monday, and the price was about $300 less than through the hardware store for the exact same materials. I agreed to have the work done and was told that the door could be installed the next day! I paid a small deposit, and when I got home from work that next day, the door was in and it worked like a dream!

The installer arrived on time and removed the old doors and openers. He installed the new doors and openers and was finished in about three hours.

They came out quickly and did an adjustment on the old door to get me by until they could replace the doors. They then came out to replace the doors and they did a good job with it.

Absolutely professional, tremendous customer service. They called 2 days before to remind us of the appointment, and when we forgot to turn off the breaker for the door, they called and were willing to wait. When I didn't get the message till later, they offered to come the next morning. I offered to pay for the travel or visit where at no fault of theirs, they couldn't do the job, and they refused. Job done extremely professionally. Second time we've used them, and can't recommend them enough. They exemplify what customer service is really all about and are a real pleasure to work with.

I called Monday for repair of my broken garage door window (about 18x22 inches). They were able to come on Tuesday. The charge was $144 base with $20 for the glass. When on site, I mentioned that my keypad was not working and they replaced that as well, after making sure that the battery was not the culprit. They charged only for the keypad and did not charge for any additional labor. They were punctual, courteous, and professional. Price is reasonable. Excellent service!

This was the first time we have used their services. They were honest and did what they said they would do and then some. They were real meticulous. They were on time and cleaned up when they were through.

One of our extension springs broke on one of our two garage doors over the weekend. I emailed Fred C. Johnson Co. on Sunday evening to get a quote. Mariah called back early Monday morning and scheduled it for the afternoon. She then called back a little later and said that Justin could come right over, if it worked for me. I asked that they inspect and replace all 4 springs and safety wires. Justin said the safety wires were in great condition and didn't need to be replaced. Justin didn't charge us for the time he spent researching the correct springs to use since we have Overhead Doors. When Justin arrived, I moved some ride-on toys outside where it was drizzling and moved one of our motorcycles to the back of the garage. When he came to give us our bill, he said, "I moved all your stuff back where you had it." I couldn't believe it...He not only cleaned up after himself, but he also cleaned up after me! What a gent.

I was very satisfied with their service. I thought the prices were pretty competitive.

They came out promptly to give me an estimate. I wanted the new one in before the end of 2007 so they scheduled me for X-mas week just as I requested. They called to confirm the appointment and were there on time and the job was done in the time they said it would take. They were less expensive than other estimates. Just great to deal with from the office staff to the estimator to the installer.

1) Called for an appointment and received a date and time for a technician to come out, as well as an estimate for the work, 2) Had to change the original appointment for medical reasons and they were very accommodating, 3) technician (Justin) arrived on time and completed the requested work, to include checking out my other garage door and made some adjustments and lubricated it as well.

Fine. We called; they set an appointment for the next day. They showed up on time, had the necessary parts, and completed the work expertly.

HE WAS ON TIME, CHARGED WHAT HE SAID HE WAS GOING TO CHARGE, AND HE WAS VERY NO NONSENSE, WHICH I GREATLY APPRECIATED.

They are reliable and did a good job. I was not home at the time they came, but when I returned the work was completed. They provided a good service at a reasonable cost.

They came in at the middle bid on three bids we had done. We were so impressed with the way they gave us the estimate, and the sheer quality of the Clopay doors they are a dealer for that we decided to go with them. They installed the doors perfectly and we really felt the price wasn t that bad at all for the quality work they completed.

When I called, the company said someone was in the area and could be here within an hour (and they were). The installer replaced the insulation, cleaned the track and used Teflon spray on the track. The installer was prompt, friendly and efficient. We would definitely recommend them.

I called, and they were able to do it the same day (a Friday afternoon, no less). Shawn showed up exactly on time and recommended replacing both the springs, since the second was likely ready to go as well (I was thinking that myself), and to use a single large spring which would work better and cost less than two small springs. It looks much stronger than the originals and works great! Shawn was very courteous and professional.

They added a new cable and 2 new springs. They showed up on time, gave me a reasonable price, and were very polite along with doing a great job!

Nick and his partner arrived right on time and quickly let me know that my motor was fine, some wires had come undone and I also needed the cables on my springs tightened. They fixed everything with in an hour, were very friendly and hard working and when my moment of dread came (the bill) they gave me an invoice of their hourly rate of $88.00. I was thrilled. As a single woman who would have believed anything, I really appreciated their work and outstanding professionalism.

Called one day, they were here day 3 on schedule. The representative was very polite, did the work and also oiled the mechanisms and finished in about 45 minutes.
