Guillen Reyes Construction

Went really well. They were thorough, removing molded insulation, did not make any mess in the house. I was really pleased. Did the job as bidded, and the price seemed way better than what we would've seen if we had done a home owner's claim. The other people who bidded for the project just wanted to skim over the water damage and repaint, but with the mildew smell and water damage issues along with small children in the house, we felt strongly that was the wrong way to go. The employees were very considerate of the kids too. I will use them again for future painting and drywall projects.

They were prompt in coming to do the work. They did drywall finishing for us. They were very crafted in doing the work.

I am very please with the quality of work and material they used. Only I should have request that the sawing be done outside of my home, it produced a lot of dust.

The Reyes guys are amazing! When I couldn't find anyone in my area to hang drywall Milton Reyes came out, gave me an estimate & got on the job exactly when he said he would. His crew does beautiful, professional custom work. They crafted closet doors for my son's room that are a perfect fit. Above & beyond the fantastic drywall work they did they also supplied us with an electrician when the one we hired originally didn't come through. They worked early mornings, late nights & weekends to get the job done. I'm eternally grateful to Milton Reyes & his team & recommend them highly.

Excellent work. True artisans. They made the roughly hung drywall work that i did look professional. Some joint spreads were over 4 feet across. Really amazing work. I have used many drywall contractors in the past and they never came close to how well milton reyes and his crew did as far as quality, time, and true workmanship. These guys are artists with spackle. Thanks for a great job!

They preped my basement to be ready for paint. They did a very nice job. I am very happy I hired them. I will likely have them back out to do some additional jobs.

Milton and his crew were great. The work done was first class. They cleaned up after work everyday. Highly recommend them to everyone.

We had Quiet Rock drywall installed and I think, overall, they did a satisfactory job. The drywall hangers were not very careful however, and I realized after the job was complete that there was damage to walls throughout the house from them moving in and out. Milton and his brother did do their best to keep a dirty job clean and did a good job with the taping and finishing. There were a few areas that I had to sand and fill once they left but to their credit, they said if I found any issues after painting that they would come back and fix them.

Was here on time, completed the project on time, great work, great price!!!!!!! i would recomend him to anyone!

We recently had our basement remodelled by Guillen Reyes Construction and they more than exceeded our expectations. From start to finish they were professional, reliable, and honest. They paid strict attention to detail and were more than reasonable in cost. They were patient in hearing our concerns and ideas, yet had the expertise to know what would be best to meet our needs. We love our new basement and will not hesitate to use Guillen Reyes Construction for all future projects, in fact we are currently using them for a complete home renovation!

Milton was the BEST--although he was the highest estimate for the job I needed done--Replace and Repaint Drywall and ceiling ( I had gotten 3 estimates and his was the highest by $200)--he was on time and completed the work BEAUTIFULLY! I was amazed that he was able to get the same paint color for the wall ( after 5 years) and also was able to produce the same type of textured ceiling that I had before. He even did some extra work for me that was not included in the contract and did not charge me for it. I would highly recommend him and I would use him again for my next project.

Milton and Elder where very professional and knowledgeable. They came when they promised to come, called if they were going to be delayed, did a great job, cleaned up thoroughly, and worked very hard to keep drywall dust out of the air by using a vacuum cleaner while sanding. They were fast, and the finished wall color blended perfectly even though the actual work wrapped around onto the side walls. I am very pleased to have found a reliable contractor and will most certainly use them for future projects.
