Mr. Reyes and his brother arrived to my home on time and prepped my home for the work that needed to be done. Both men explained what they were doing while they were working. Both were very knowledgeable about their work. They finished and cleaned up the debris. They did a WONDERFUL JOB!!! I felt like I did when I first toured my house!!! I will definitely have more work for Guillen Reyes Construction!!!!

Milton and his crew did a fantastic job repairing my 12ft x 8ft wooden shed that was damaged by a close lightning strike .They replaced the roof and some rotted siding and trim, and repainted the entire shed. I looks like new and I am sure will last a long time.

Hired this firm to replace drywall damaged when a pipe broke. Very neat, considerate and all around excellent experience. Very honest as well.

Professional job high quality

Mr. Reyes was extremely helpful and informative for my project. The only responsive contractor able to do actual plaster lath work and repairs. His crew did a superb job repairing living room ceiling which had a large hole (created by a plumbing repair contractor) and resulting cracks. The repair matched well, barely detectable by someone actually trying to find the repair area. Work was completed, no dirt, debris, or dust to anything in the living room and work residue cleaned up quickly and removed from the residence upon completion in less than a day. Pleasant, helpful and easy to work with. Will strongly consider them for next project.

Paint job incredibly sloppy (paint all over base boards, light switch covers, and sections of wall missed) and despite asking multiple times I canâ t get a receipt for the work. I trusted and paid him before I had to leave for work on the last day thinking there was no way he was going to leave it so sloppyâ ¦ my Dad even confirmed he was planning to touch up and then he left it a mess. I paid $2500 for drywall repair and paint. I donâ t know how they have good reviews with the service I received. Very disappointed.

Mr. Reyes took great care to make sure the job was done properly and was able to finish in a timely manner. He let me know if there were any issues as they removed old paneling and replaced it with drywall. The team took great care in cleaning up and left the room in much better shape than they found it. Incredibly nice and trustworthy brothers. I loved that they just dove right into the work and knew exactly what to do to get it done quickly.

Milton responded quickly, completed the job as scheduled. He filled in large holes in an older house with plaster walls where large holes were made to replace plumbing inside the wall. Work looks great.

We used them for drywall installation in our basement and they did a great job. Would recommend to anyone looking for home construction needs.

I needed one of the basement walls waterproofed before they could finish installing the drywall and they were very accommodating. I am very happy with my finished basement.
