Description of Work: We had Kevin from Taylor Made come out to give us an estimate to remodel our one and only bathroom in a Baltimore City row home. He was prompt in communication and in setting up a time to come take a look and give us a quote. He had great input into how best to remodel our bathroom, and even gave us some ideas about potentially adding a second bath. While ultimately we decided to put this project on hold, we were happy with the communication, service, and quote.

Description of Work: 3rd time using Taylor Made; always very satisfied with workmanship and service!

Description of Work: Replaced hot water heater and fixed miscellaneous items on the home inspection report. Home sale settlement went forward successfully as a result.

Description of Work: We had several contracts come in on our job. We signed with another due to special situation. However we have used Taylor Made in the past and their work is very good and Kevin is very responsive and good at what he does. | | | |I did rate them on the past job they did for us and they were great to work with.

Description of Work: Removed carpeting and replaced with hardwood flooring on second floor hall (separate job from same type work in bedroom over the garage a month or so prior to do the hall).

Description of Work: Kevin was very professional. He and his people were always early for the appointments. Our roof was larger than the deal so the additional roofing was clearly written out for us to see what it would cost. Any question we had was dealt with very quickly. Once the work was started it was finished in a short amount of time. We would use his company again.

Description of Work: Replaced all of my townhouse windows, including installing all new trim around my windows. They did beautiful work and the attention to detail is impressive. The job was explained to me in detail, great communication, cleanliness, and punctuality each day they were in my home. Their price is a bit high, but it is worth the piece of mind. I would highly recommend Kevin Taylor and his team.

Description of Work: Removed and replaced 22 vinyl double hung windows with screens plus one large picture window.

Description of Work: Minor remodel of kitchen last year - tile and pantry. Completed major remodeling project several years ago raising ceilings in two wings and creating new kitchen and large master bedroom suite.

Description of Work: Installed beadboard wainscoting and chair rail in laundry room. Relocated sink and installed new 12 inch cabinet with countertop in laundry room. Painted laundry room walls and ceiling. Installed beadboard wainscoting and chair rail in pantry and butlers pantry. Relocated upstairs thermostat to master bedroom. Modified stairlift chair to allow one arm to drop which allows easier access to chair from wheelchair.

Description of Work: We had our basement remodeled. We added a full bath with a large tile shower and beautiful french styled shower doors. There is lots of lighting and they made sure there would be a lot of heating since it is a basement bathroom. The main basement area is mostly carpeted and tiles in front of outside doors. We had a french door there and it had water damage to it. We planed on getting it replaced at some point, but they saw it and told us since it was an Anderson door it had a guarantee plan and Kevin looked into it for us and was able to get us a bran new replacement door for free. That was great. They also put in a small wet bar with a sink, granite top and cabinet. We had a counter height half wall added between the 2 support poles to make a place for entertainment, Its 15 ft x 2 ft with a beautiful granite counter top to match the wet bar. Its wonderful when we have parties. You can walk all the way around it and there is extra outlets and cabinets for storage and beautiful lighting. They made a separate area for out Big Screen TV and its dark and perfect to watching movies. It has a large tray ceiling over it and its like a room, but yet part of the basement. Its all very open yet very cozy.

Description of Work: Renovated master bath shower and toilet areas to make them handicap accessible; shower was lowered to floor level and rebuilt with a built-in seat, grab bars and hand shower; toilet area was opened up and refitted with chair-height toilet and grab bars. Renovated a portion of the kitchen to make it handicap accessible; a custom desk height addition to the island was built to allow access to a sink, microwave and work surface; another portion of the kitchen counter was lowered to allow access to the cooktop and additional work space. Made 1st floor powder room handicap accessible by installing wider door, chair-height toilet and grab bars. Widened doorways to pantry and laundry room to make them handicap accessible. Replaced existing door to deck with wider door and installed ramp to improve accessibility. Built and installed custom ramp in garage over existing steps to enable handicap accessibility to outside.

Description of Work: Paint all exterior wood trim and caulk where needed.

Description of Work: The built a two story addition. He extended out the master bedroom and underneath the master bedroom he built a sunroom.

Description of Work: Taylor made added a sunroom & fireplace to our house. It was very custom.

Description of Work: Provided an estimate on a home remodeling job. Mr. Taylor was thorough, gave excellent advice and was easy to work with. We did not use his service based on a slightly higher price he quoted, but I was pleased with his service and would consider using him for other projects in the future.

Description of Work: Enclose open loft room on second story to make a private bedroom. Remove railing where new wall will go and cap stairway railing leading to new wall. Extend crown molding in new room. Install closet (shelves and rods) in cut-out space. Wire and install ceiling fan. Put up door and paint ceiling. Paint foyer so the new wall blends in with the rest of the house.
