He reviewed our detailed plan for the kitchen (my husband had drawn up very detailed plans and we already knew which cabinets we planned to order) and gave us his thoughts on the project. He returned our call promptly, arrived on time and was polite and professional. His estimate was too high for our budget, so we went with another contractor, but we would definitely have used him had his bid come in at the right price for us.

The quote provided was up to $36,000, which significantly exceeded my budget. That's more than I paid to put a huge screened room and deck on the back of my house. There is no way I can afford that for a bathroom remodel. I'm sure though, if I had that amount of money, that they would have done a superior job with the utmost professionalism.

This is the second major bathroom renovation that I had Taylor Made complete. Kevin and his guys did impecable work! I would have no reservation recomending Kevin to others.

I contacted Taylor Made Contracting to replace the flooring in my full bath and replace trim in my master bath. Kevin was very prompt and friendly. We are turning our home into a rental property so were concerned about quality, but as well as cost. Kevin listened to every one of my requests and was able to make it happen within both budget and time constraints. I'm am very happy with the work that was done. I would recommend Taylor Made Contracting for any home remodeling project.

Taylor Made Custom Contracting took a long time to come back on the quote and it came back ridiculous. The price was very, very, very high; higher than anybody else I talked to. He was punctual and he had good ideas. He didn't come back, I had to call him and he didn't call me. After a week of waiting for the quote, I had to call him.

Mr. Taylor's proposal for a replacement roof was thorough and professional but by far the most costly of the four proposals solicited and received. We were impressed by him enough, however, that we solicited a second proposal this spring when we needed to have several windows replaced. There was nothing wrong with his proposal this time, either, and was more in line cost-wise with the other proposals. However, we chose again a different company for the windows (windows on order and we will review that company after the work has been performed). It was the windows themselves that decided us on choosing a different company this time.

Kevin was very prompt to respond to our inquiry and schedule time to meet with us at our home to go over the project. When he arrived, he was very friendly, had creative ideas, and was knowledgeable. He spent a great deal of time with us discussing ideas and options and we never felt rushed. While we ended up choosing another company for the kitchen remodel, we will be keeping Kevin's number handy in the event we have future remodeling projects.

I contacted Kevin Taylor, company owner, on the basis of very favorable reviews I found here on Angie's List. My goal was to build a small addition around our existing side entrance and to partially renovate the kitchen. Kevin responded to my initial contact almost immediately and prepared a plan & contract once he understood what I envisioned. Once all the necessary approvals and licenses were received by our neighborhood association and Baltimore County, construction began. We found Taylor Made's crew to be friendly, professional and agreeable to any requests we made. They were prompt each day and left the work area neat before departing. The workmanship and materials used were 1st rate. The finished product - a new, attractive alternate entrance to our house and a relaxing room to sit in - were just as I had envisioned. I felt the value received was worth the price I paid. We couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. I have already spoken with Kevin about another project in our basement and plan to contract with him sometime in the future. I highly recommend Taylor Made Construction to anyone on Angie's List.

Kevin Taylor was very responsive and professional; he came to the house and met with me; had some very unique and different remodeling suggestions that no other contractor suggested. Ultimately went a different route but not because of any issues or concerns with Kevin. Good follow up by him as well.

While I didn't get any work I found the overall experience nothing but professional. Taylor Made was very accommodating, punctual, and honest.

We didn't get past the first meeting. He was priced way to high compared to others. And even came on a little strong with me because i didn't accept his quote. He pretty much thought we were crazy if we think we are going to find someone to do it for less and was kind of rude at the end of the conversation when hanging up. ... like he was upset with me for not picking him. In the end, i wanted to call him back or send him pictures of how beautiful everything came out and for MUCH LESS than what he quoted us.

I asked three contractors to quote a master bathroom remodel. Two of the contractor's prices were very close and one was alarmingly low. I chose Taylor Made because I liked the ideas that Kevin gave me with regard to design. I felt that he was the only one who listened to my needs and designed the bathroom around those items. The other men just priced out the same configuration I currently had. The project went smoothly. The crew cleaned up the work site daily in addition to being professional and courteous. The workmanship was incredible as was their attention to detail.

First I want to start out by saying that Kevin, Craig and Luke did an incredible job on my master bathroom! I am pleased with the finished product, and felt the project went smoothly. I will definitely use them again! They were all professional, polite, and very attentive to detail and finish. I would have loved to attach some pictures of the finished product.

Just as in the remodeling situation, this contractor provided exceptional service. Prompt, courteous, fair, competent, and professional from start to finish.

The experience went very well. The representatives on the phone and in person were professional and courteous. The service cost at the low end of our initial quote and we were pleased with the quick turn-around between our call, the initial assessment and color match, and the actual completion of repairs. We would be happy to use this business again and would recommend them to friends.

Job was completed in a timely and professional manner. Both Craig and Luke were did a fine job and were careful when accessing the balcony through the carpeted bedroom and cleaned up thoroughly when done each day. I continue to be highly pleased with their work and great attitude.

It did not go well. This is the second time I have called Taylor Made, and the second time I have not used them. Estimates have been way too high each time.

Kevin Taylor contacted me promptly after I inquired on Angie's List. He came to my home to see the problem and to start working up a solution. We then met with his mason to review the key tasks together. Both Kevin and his mason kept in touch with me by text message throughout the project, letting me know when workers would be at my house and how long the project would take. Although there was one change order to the project, Kevin gave me an estimate for the new work and completed the task within that estimate. The crew cleaned up everyday and made sure the site was free of all equipment and debris at the end of the job.

Everything looks beautiful. We would highly recommend Taylor Made and would definitely use them for our next project. All members of the work crew were extremely nice, considerate, and professional.
