Description of Work: removed and replaced a large retaining wall along my driveway that was leaning, a sidewalk, and a set of brick stairs (about 30k lbs of material hauled). Rebuilt wall WAY better than original, parged the wall, rebuilt brick stairs and poured sidewalk. Eric checked on the job regularly, and does not go over his estimate (it took his crew about 1/2 day extra due to the amount of material they hauled). All of his workers are FANTASTIC to work with. Even threw in some re-grout on a matching staircase to be sure they looked alike. All through the job he was concerned with matching our 1950's house in design/aesthetics. His price was just higher than the nearest competitor but we liked his plan to strengthen our wall better (quality is not cheap - but it is cheaper than rework later). I watched this job "like a hawk" to be sure no corners were cut and his crew surpassed what I was expecting structurally (that is not easy). He is now doing a major job at the neighbor's house across the street as a result of our work. I WILL use him again should I have brick, stone, and/or concrete work to do again. My home looks so much better and I am confident it will outlast my children's children.

Description of Work: Stinebaugh Masonry, LLC, repaired the chimney and front porch of our home which is 51 years old. Thy did an outstanding job and I will use them again and refer them to any of our friends that need their services.

Description of Work: Replaced my fireplace hearth and mantle. I replaced my wood burning fireplace with a gas unit several years ago and when it was wood burning I had a blower and vents installed in the hearth. The vents were no longer required with the gas unit and the vent covers were an eyesore. Eric dismantled the brick, removed the blower, rebuilt the hearth, matched the bricks to those in the fireplace and added a Pa. bluestone hearth top. He also replaced the wood mantle with Pa bluestone. Took him two days.

Description of Work: Phenomenal guy, excellent service and value. Loads of communication and checking in on wants, needs, updates to quote, scheduling etc. Hire these guys if you want the job done right the first time, and to last forever. Expensive, but you get what you pay for. These chimneys will look perfect and are guaranteed for life until I sell my home. I got lots of quotes and lots of quick cheap fixes quoted that would have been a waste of money. I had two huge chimneys taken way down and built back up, caps, etc, historic detail intact and recreated. Definitely a craftsman. Lots of other brick work fixed and sealed as well. Vines removed off the entire side of my house as a courtesy. All clean up and debris taken care of. Repainted some new brick as necessary, and advised of future issues that should be taken care of eventually in addition. Great person, courteous and honest. Very satisfied customer!

Description of Work: Eric was congenial, receptive and flexible. He arrived on time, did what he said he would do, and did a good job. We had some masonry issues after the installation of many new appliances in our new finished basement. Eric and Salvador (?) repointed the brick around several new pipes, exhausts, and electricity. He charges by the day, so he may be on the expensive side for small jobs that don't require 8 hours. We paid $700 for 6/hours of work. We would hire him again because he was responsive, punctual, and the work looks great, but next time will bundle projects to fit an 8/hr work day.

Description of Work: Eric Stinebaugh is about as professional and honest as you'll ever find. He repaired my 40+ years old brick steps and wall and Pennsylvania Bluestone walk to look like new again. Then, believe it or not, he charged me less than he had quoted because he said the job took less time than he had figured.
