Description of Work: Replaced shingles that had blown off in rainstorm. The company found matching shingles. Inspected the roof and said roof was good for about 10 years. Work was done quickly and neatly.

Description of Work: They did an excellent job. I had my wood eaves replaced with aluminum. This was the 2nd job they did for me. A year or so ago they put a new deck on the back of my house. I would definitely recommend them and I will be using them again for another job in the near future.

Description of Work: Installed seamless gutters, repaired roof probems incl. resealing vents and bases of 2 chimneys, repaired chimneys,(crowns, new mortar, flashings), resealed chimneys, replaced damages with a small amount of new plywood and shingles near one chimney, and built forms to deflect water, etc. from the high side of a chimney which is part-way down the roof and at a wall | |Mr. Howard and his workers have a high standard of workmanship and are diligent in their tasks. A great deal of appreciation goes to Mr. Howard for helpful business attitudes, problem solving, and dependability. I have considerable respect for this family business and would not hesitate to consult him again or to recommend his business.

I feel that my company gave you a reasonable price for the amount of work that your job consisted of. I'm sorry that you feel my quote was to high even though my family worked for you in the past. This job would have taken 3 days to complete. All materials were included in your quote. We advised you that plywood would be the cheaper way to go but you wanted maintenance free Azek boards that are quite pricey. The rotten wooden A frame peak is 3 stories high and needed scaffolding set up to replace the whole rotten side peak. Since you live in a association, the whole peak needed to have 2 coats of weather shield paint applied, and caulking and sealing the peak to match the existing color of your house. The grades you gave my company were unjust. My company responses to customers the same day and is prompt for estimates and scheduling as my reviews reflect.
