Gary jr. and his team did a very good job fixing my chimney that was in need of repair

Job was done in a very professional manor and was done exactly the way I wanted it. Care was taken to prevent damage during construction and cleanup was properly performed.

All jobs done in a professional and timely manner. Communication has been consistently good. Team was flexible and responsive to all of my needs I am extremely happy with the completed jobs They went above and beyond!

Gary was easy to talk to about the project , also came to do estimate within days . Patio steps look great and price was reasonable.

Excellent - an outstanding job. The owner (Gary) did the initial estimate (which was the best of five contractors). I am so happy with the job Gary Howard, Jr. of Perry Hall Remodeling have done with my bathroom. I had an idea to convert old wash stand and I had to a bathroom vanity with a vessel sink. I spoke to Gary and we set it all up. He did a fantastic job and I’m so happy with it! It’s so unique and I just love it. He also put in a new tile floor, painted and fixed other areas that had been neglected for too long. I can’t recommend Perry Hall Remodeling enough. Their work is always of the best quality and they stand behind their work.

Gary and his team did an excellent updating two bathrooms for me. The team was professional and the work areas were cleaned up well each day. They also provided suggestions that made a better use of space in the main bathroom, and did a great job with tiling both rooms. I will definitely be hiring them again when its time to redo my kitchen.

Gary Sr. and Gary Jr are truly caring professionals. Some of the work had to be subcontracted (chimney and roofing) and they hired excellent contractors. They were attentive to any concerns that we had during the process. They made sure that everything was completed in a reasonable amount of time and the end result of all aspects are beautiful. Hire them; you won't be sorry.

Gary, Gary Jr., and Mike built a beautiful front porch onto our house. They did great work and it looks fantastic! We'll have them back for the next project.

Very well. Came out immediately to secure siding to prevent additional damage. Came back to complete repair and do other job in basement. Professional and courteous.

I called on Tuesday. Gary came on Wednesday to give me an estimate and sent me a contract that day. I signed it and the work was done by Friday morning. Everything is going well so far as it has been raining since and the fix seems to be working. They were very focused, professional and friendly. I am grateful for the incredible customer service.

Mike, Gary Jr. and the entire crew did a fantastic job. They were always on time, used tarps to protect the floors, did exceptional work, and always cleaned up before departing for the day. They took their time and did the project correctly and professionally. We will definitely call them again.

they came out, quoted me a price and explained all that they would do to see if it could be fixed by simply sealing it. Appeared to be knowledgeable. they were early and the job was done in a timely manner.

I am happy to say that everything was great. Mr. Gary Howard was very professional and polite and lived up to everything that he said that he would do. The workers arrived on time and fixed the gable by adding tyvek and re-siding it along with finishing up the trim. It looks 10 times better and I wish I was in position to get the whole house done all at once. There was no pressure to do more than what I asked for and they worked with me according to my wishes. I am very satisfied and would have them back again to do more work that is needed.

I reached out to Gary on a whim when my Mom's neighbor claimed her roof was causing damage to their house. Gary was incredibly responsive and helpful. He was able to come out first thing the next morning, even though he was extremely busy due to the wind storm we had experienced. He was able to make all the repairs on the spot, assisted my Mom with items she would need to make an insurance claim and was even so kind as to go explain what happened to her neighbor for her. We would highly recommend them and will certainly use them again in the future! Not only is Gary an awesome contractor but he is also an amazing person.

The crew arrived early and also removed and replaced a dryer vent as well as checking the siding for the entire house. Ensured all siding was tight; then caulked all seams and joints. Highly recommend this company as it is the second time I have used them.

It was great! Mike is a true professional and does a wonderful job. This company was very easy to work with.

Went well and kept the dumpster a few days longer to be able to purge a few items from our house.
