Got a bit of a late start due to supplied not being in, but once job was started, ran smoothly and without incident.

The team arrived promptly. They take pride in their work, pay attention to detail, and produce quality results. The team makes a special effort to fix other minor problems they notice while performing the contract scope of work and are flexible regarding customer requests. We are pleased with the results and recommend their services.

I contacted Gary Howard about the work I needed done. He promptly came out, looked at the work and suggested what needed to be done. I am very happy with the work. Very professional and prompt. I would definitely call again for other jobs. Highly recommended!

I contacted Gary at Perryhall Remodeling and discussed the work I wanted done. We met and reviewed the work and agreed on a price. One reason I contacted Gary was during my research to review issues with bay windows in my area, Perryhall Remodeling was the contractor selected many times to resolve the issues. On October 2nd Gary's crew arrived at 7:30 and began work. It appeared each member knew exactly what their job was and got to it. Gary and his son reviewed paint swatches to ensure the shutters color would match the new front door. All the rotted wood was removed from the bay window frame and replaced with a waterproof composite material. Seams were caulked and the bay window painted along with all the other wood trim. All painting was two coats. By the afternoon of the 3rd all the work was complete and looks great !!! The crew did a great job, were professional, and cleaned everything up at the end of the day and I am very happy with the results. I highly recommend this company.

Job was done as scheduled with additional items repaired as they appeared while the work was being done. Found owner Gary Howard Sr to be very professional and his team led by his son Gary Jr. were efficient and thorough. I had hired them a few years ago for a roof repair I needed and the excellent job they did then prompted me to call them with the above laundry list of home repairs that needed done. Would certainly recommend and hire them again for future needs.

Work was excellent. Crews started almost immediately and stayed on the job for about 2 weeks. Any issues were promptly attended to and corrected. Mr. Howard was excellent about making suggestions to improve the project.

I can not say enough about Perry Hall Remodeling. I was referred to them by my brother, who also had his basement finished a couple years ago. They did an absolutely phenomenal job. What I found most impressive was their responsiveness, professionalism, and punctuality. Even for the first consultation, Gary Sr. stated he would be at my residence at a certain time, and they were right on time, not one minute late. They took their time to tour the basement, and have us explain what we wanted to have done, while they took time out and suggested certain items along the way. They were up front with cost estimates and time frame of when it would be started since estimate start date was months away. They were punctual with the itemized estimate which was very fair and that all materials would be at cost, no hidden charges. When it came time to start, again they were here right on time, 7:30am, every single day. They provided receipts for all materials so you knew how much exactly it was costing and could keep track. They arrived on time every single day and worked very clean and swept up after they were done for the day. They were very professional and respectful to your property. Probably what impressed me the most was the communication between Gary Sr. and Gary Jr. via email/text. The communication was instant. Whether it was to check on the upcoming schedule or any issues, it was communicated and would be resolved instantly. I was able to keep track of all expenses (which is great for your budget) and they would update you along the way with any payments needed. In the end, the basement looks absolutely stunning in every way imaginable and we could not be happier. I would not hesitate to work with them again for any home improvement needs. A+!!

They show up when they say they are going to show up and they are true to their word. The balcony job was well done and they gave us a reasonable estimate. More importantly, after the job was done there was some small problem going on with the materials they used underneath the balcony with shrinkage due to weather or something. I called and told them about it and they said they would look into it the following week. I didn't hear from them and I was just thinking I should call them again when I drove up to my house to find that it had already been fixed. Gary stands by his work and you can believe him to make good on that.

On schedule, good job. We picked flooring and paid for it separately but we got a much better price because of their relationship with flooring provider.

Gary responded immediately to our call and scheduled a repair. He and his team arrived early, quickly found the problem, covered the hole with metal, secured and sealed it. The gutter cover was re-positioned and secured to limit access to the area and it was all done in such a way that the repair is not visible. Great customer service!

Great group of people. Showed up on time every day. Work provided was excellent. If an issue came up it was addressed immediately. Would definitely hire again.

The job could not have gone any better. I called Gary and explained to him that my mothers existing deck was literally falling down and ask if he could swing by and give me an estimate as soon as possible. He said he would try to go there the next day. He provided me with an estimate and I said he could start the job as soon as possible. The following day he called me saying that the job was going to required more work than he originally thought. All of the wood that the deck was going to attach to was totally rotten. He provided photos of all of the rotten wood and a new estimate of the new work and materials required. In my opinion Gary was more than fair, he could have really gouged me with this new estimate since he had already started the work but the estimate for the new work was very, very fair. After completion of the entire job Gary provided new photos of all work that had to be done since I was not able to be there to review the job. The job they did was fantastic and my mother is so very happy. I would definitely hire Perryhall Remodeling again and I probably will for my house.

The contractor Gary Howard was on time, did a complete walk through of the damage, offered suggestions, advice and was very kind. THERE WAS NO CHARGE FOR THIS SERVICE.

I called Gary to do some repairs on my roof his crew showed up on time they repaired the bad shingles on my roof cleaned my gutters and serviced my entire roof I then asked if they would power wash and stain my Deck, they removed all the furniture. Great job power washing which is a bit tricky since I have a redwood deck and have to do a very light touch, they then applied to staying the brush and he went back over with a broom to get rid of all the bubbles before it dried. The deck looks gorgeous and the roof looks great again. I am looking forward to using Gary a lot more around the house.

Excellent!!! There is no accident that this company has so many positive ratings. When someone combines values of respect, honor, punctuality and diligence with great craftsmanship result is excellent. They rebuilt the roof above the front porch and added third wooden column. At the end they installed door latch for free. We are so pleased with their work and cannot wait to hire them again. Thanks again, Mr Howard et al.

This is our second time hiring Perryhall Remodeling, and we will do so again. They do good professional work for a reasonable price. We have a long list and as money allows we'll have them back again and again.

It went great! The house looks so much better and brighter! They are great guys who really take pride in their work and are very kind. They found holes in my roof from my solar provider and leftover conduit they had just left up there. They took pictures and cleaned up the area for me. I am pursuing reinbursement from the solar company but the owner of Perryhall Remodeling has already volunteered to go to court with me! These guys do amazingly high quality work and expect others to do the same.

Here we are 1 year almost after Perry hall finished our work and they did it all correctly . We love working with Gary and the crew at Perry Hall Remodeling and would contact them again for any future work we may have. I can only say if you have the opportunity to meet and work with these people you will be very happy with the result.

Their work is impeccable. Would use them again; and highly recommend.

The new garage and workshop are great! Gary and his gang really know what they are doing and do it well. All materials were top quality and the workmanship was excellent. Gary and his contractors were quick to answer questions.

Got 4 estimates for the job. Estimates were all over the place. Some as high as $11,000 just to re shingle a roof. Gary, the owner came out personally and gave me a price on the spot. Got the contract that evening via e mail. Put me on the schedule for the next week. He called on Sunday and told me his crew would be on the job at 7:30 the following morning. Crew pulled in the driveway at 7:25 the following morning and started work right away. Job was completed following day. Roof looks great. If you want a no nonsense construction man who does what he says he will do, and does it for a reasonable price, call Gary.

They promised to get done as quickly as possible since I had to move out of the house because I could not use the downstairs bathroom. They said it would take 3 days plus an extra day for the grout to harden and they finished. right on time. The bathroom looks wonderful. And I have to mention that they did a great job cleaning up afterward. Additionally, they came back a week later to install a new sink faucet, at which time they also installed grab bars in the shower and the new blinds in the bathroom window, all at no additional labor cost. We've been customers since they remodeled our kitchen in 2004 and will continue to do so. I don't want the cheapest work. I want the best. Thank you Gary.

I am very pleased with the quality and price of their work. They took care to protect my home from any damage while work was being performed which included some interior demolition. The crews were pleasant and accommodating, took the time and expended the effort to perform quality work . I was impressed that they completed the work in one and one half days, complete and ready for finish painting. I recommend them for any remodeling work and will consider them for any of my future projects.

Excellent job, again, from Gary and his crew. They were here everyday until the job was complete. Gary responded quickly to my questions and any concerns such as a small area on the roof that appeared to need a little touch-up.

Gary and his crew did a great job. From the estimate to the work, the work was done in a timely manner and on budget. His price isn't the lowest but it is reasonable and the work done was done very well. I especially liked the crew at Perryhall remodeling. They were very nice, mannerly (not sketchy like some contracting companies), showed up on time, worked very hard while they were here and cleaned up after themselves. ALSO after he was done, Gary said he stood by his work and if we had any problems to call him. About 6-8 months later there were some small issues that we started noticing (not sure why, shrinkage or expansion or something) and I called Gary to say there were some issues. He said he would stop by and look at it. I didn't hear from him. A few weeks later I noticed that the problems were fixed. He just took care of it! It is SO hard to find a good, reliable, reasonably priced contractor. We've found it in Perryhall Remodeling. Hope to work with him and his crew from now on!
