I needed to have this work done very quickly as we were preparing for our son'e wedding. Gary responded to my call within hours, and came to provide the estimate on the next day I was available. He had a creative recommendation on the repair that made the work easier to complete in the time I had, and created a fine finished product. Gary and his partners worked my job into a very busy time, and had it ready with days to spare, so I did not have to worry about the deadline. The work is perfect, and the house was left very clean and in good order.

PerryHall Remodeling did an unbelievable job on my house. Everyone in the neighborhood is talking about it. Strangers have even committed on what a great job they have done. My house looks fantastic like a brand new house. They transformed an ugly stucco house into a beautiful cream & green siding house. The new gutters & downspouts just add to the beauty. We can not say enough wonderful things about Gary and his crew. We are beyond pleased! The job was started and completed on time and in budget; the two workmen were courteous, professional, and really cared about our home and the job they were doing. They kept the area clean and were very attentive to details. Our kitchen is beautiful and we can't wait to show it off. We have friends looking to have work done in their homes and we will pass Perry Hall Remodeling on to them. They are the ones we will call in the future for any additional work we need done.

This is the second time I have used this company, and I recommend them very highly. Gary Sr, the owner, showed me the specific repairs needed to the chimney, provided an estimate and told me when they would start the work (two days later). The next day, he provided a written contract stating details of the work to be performed and the cost. On the day the work was to start, their workers arrived on time, worked steadily all day, and completed the job by mid-afternoon. As for the shade of chimney paint, our house was painted around 1999 or 2000 (maybe earlier), so I thought they would never be able to match it after so much time has passed. However, Gary Jr. took a sample of the shade that he thought closely matched our house paint to a home supply store. The masonry paint is EXACTLY the same shade as the rest of the house. They did an absolutely outstanding job repairing and painting our chimney. PerryHall Remodeling is a very honest, cost-conscious, and hard-working company, and I am certain that anyone who hires them will be completedly satisfied with their work and the result. P.S. We will be hiring them to do repair work in our basement in the near future.

We found Perryhall Remodeling on Angie's List and decided to contact Gary after reading so many wonderful reviews. Quickly after arriving, I felt at ease with the laid-back professional attitude Gary and his brother had. The estimate Gary provided was on target with others that we received and without hesitation we asked decided to move forward with Perryhall Remodeling. The morning of the job, a three-man crew arrived. I had doubts that the roof would be finished before the end of the day, but Jamie (the crew leader) and the other men worked hard and fast. By lunchtime most of the roof had been removed and some shingles had already been put down. By the end of the day all of the roof was replaced except for our small bump-out. The crew arrived first thing the following day and were done within an hour. Our house looks fantastic and we've received multiple compliments on the great job Perryhall Remodeling did. Working with Gary and his team was a great experience. We highly recommend these guys.

I had brought in other contractors to repair the soffits before with no success. Not this time. Perry Hall Remodeling did a fantastic job and professinal job and he would not cut corners, particularly when there was an issue with the siding. Rather than do what was in the contract, Gary did the right thing. He came to me with the problem and we discussed possible resolutions and ultimately we chose a path the lent itself to a professional job. After four years of trying, and many disappointments, I have finally found my contractor for all future work on my house. Too bad for them because there is still a lot if work to do. It is nice to know that I now have a contractor I trust

Phone calls are returned promptly and workmanship is absolutely guaranteed. Follow up service is immediate---and always, always courteous. Will use them without question for any work in the future.

Gary Howard, Sr. - the owner was personally involved in the job and followed up with me on Saturday to ensure that everything was to our complete satisfaction. These guys were great. Not only did they do a first class job, they were on time, they cleaned up continuously and they treated our property like it was their own. The job was done right the first time. Truly a pleasure to do business with this firm.

If you are looking for any work to be done on your house, look no further. These guys are beyond amazing! Gary returned my call promptly and was out to our house within a couple days. We had wanted him to do redo the whole bathroom, but unfortunately we had to call him back and say we could only put in a new tub. He was wonderful, "no problem". Gary actually scheduled around us to fit our strange daytime schedule which meant so very much to us. He showed up right on the button and later on Don showed up. Don.... literally was running up and down our stairs and running back n' forth to his truck. I mean this guy was non-stop work in motion. Mike finished up the work on the third day. He was a polite, quiet, hard worker. We had left a note on the door to just come in as we had had a very late night and were sleeping in. We never even heard him! When we got up, there he was, working away. I had read on Angie's List that this company treats you like family and let me tell you that is so true. I can't say enough about them, professional, extra caring, total clean-up each day (couldn't even tell they had been here), quiet, respectful, and eager to do just what you want, with all kinds of helpful suggestions. I cannot wait to be able to have them come back and finish our bathroom. Thanks Gary!

Having Perry Hall Remodeling do our work was an extremely good experience from start to finish. From the first, we were impressed with Gary and his brother's down-to-earth approach to the work that we needed done. He made some recommendations to us on a source for the door and windows, and we couldn't be happier with the quality and the price that we received from that source. The crews that came were punctual, very polite and did a truly outstanding job. They ran into an unexpected problem, and had to do some improvising to make a set of windows fit, but they handled it beautifully with great results. We are so pleased with our new windows and back door. Being long time DIY-ers, we appreciated the quality of the workmanship--they saw to every detail, and cleaned up all around once they were done. I was also impressed that Gary called me after the job to make sure that we were happy with the work and to assure me that if we ever do have a problem they will stand behind their work. To me, that's the mark of a company that really cares about its customers. Overall a great experience, and we're hoping to have Perry Hall Remodeling come back later this year to do some kitchen remodeling work for us. We highly recommend them.

I called for a free estimate and they came out and climbed up on the roof to give me one. They gave me the best estimate and added on the repair of my chimney for not too much more. They came in and did the job in two days. Gary didn't cash my deposit untl after the job was done and I was happy.

We first found Gary based on all the positive reviews on this website and they could not have been more accurate. From day one they arrived on time and were very professional. They walked us through the repairs, answered all of our questions and really displayed a level of competence that bespoke of their experience and desire to do quality work. They are, hands down, the best. After the job was completed, they walked us through what they did and made sure the end result was to our satisfaction. We were so pleased with their work that we are currently planning to use them for a second job so look for another review in the near future on their work. Once the repairs are completed we are definitely looking forward to hearing their ideas about our unfinished basement! It is refreshing that in this day and age, there are still some companies dedicated to quality work, reasonable prices and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Gary arrived as scheduled to give me an esimate for work on my house. He listened to my list of problems and made suggestions as to how they could be solved. After our start date was rained out, the work was rescheduled for the following week. Gary showed up on time with extra help to complete the work in 1 day. Everyone was polite and professional. I would definitely use this company again.

On the day of the estimate, the contractor arrived on time and started on time. They were professional, but friendly. We received our estimate that evening. When we committed to their service, we were given a start date, but due to rainy weather conditions, our scheduled time was set back. When the weather cleared, they started work on the roof. They completed the job in three days as per the contract. Our property was left in clean condition. We were very pleased with the service we received from Perry Hall Contractors. We will highly recommend this company.

Excellent. They were very responsive, on time, and did a small job with a positive and helpful manner. Because the job was small, they charged less than their standard rate and were happy to offer it. (I did not ask; they just said they would and then did!) They did not make me feel that I was wasting their time- quite the opposite. No job is too small, they said. I will definately ask them back for a number of repairs I need around the house. Very professional and gave a clear sense they have a lot of experience.

They were very patient with us, as I had to keep postponing the work date due to a variety of factors. They picked-up the vanities for us (free of charge!) and ensured they were not damaged before signing for them. They arrived on time, worked the entire day, and completed everything before dinner time. They cleaned much of the drywall dust, and all the debris. Even though the owner was not present all day, his son oversaw the other workers as well as working himself. He explained all they did, and made certain we were satisfied with the work.

I entered stucco on Angieslist.com and that's how I found them. They responded to my call promptly, I do believe it was the same day. They want to come out sooner than my schedule would allow. But they were very flexible.

I would DEFINITELY hire these guys again! They were very helpful, flexible, and did a fabulous job. We were looking to add new wooden railings and banisters to the foyer of our split level home to replace old wrought iron. Since this is the first thing you see when you come into our house, I was really nervous about taking this project on ourselves. I checked Angie's List to make sure we found someone that was highly rated. The Perry Hall Remodeling's grade speaks for itself-- they do 'A' work.

My electrical service was pulled off the house by a tree that fell during a hurricane, causing downspout and siding damage. The gutters had been in bad shape because they're difficult to maintain, and my front railing had broken away at the base. Perry Hall came right out, listened to my concerns and explained what they would and would not do. They showed up when they said they would and finished everything except one last bit which was waiting for mortar to harden, and they finished that the next day. The railing remount was changed to something easier, the explanation being "It's what I would do if it were my house".

Completely satisfied with job and price.

Gary and his brother were very nice, very good and very professional. I just haven't decided on the job yet. The estimate was about $7000 and it was only for the labor. It was real high compared to some other ones. They were very good. They showed up when they said they were going to and were very professional.

They we're prompt and kept in touch with me during the process. When I asked if some work could be "revisited" because I had a concern about how it was done, they were most accommodating and explained why it was done the way it was and they did redo a portion that did not meet their quality level. I was pleased with their work and quality and plan to use them in the future. Also, they are easy to deal with and want to please the customer.

I received an estimate and a payment from AllState for my roof damage. When I contacted Gary's office for an estimate, he came within a week to estimate my damage. Gary's estimate was just a little more than the Allstate estimate. Once the work began on 12/12/2011, the work was fast and the clean-up was excellent. Gary was there off and on, thru the entire job. Gary is trustworthy ... I am a widow and a senior citizen, so trust was very important to me. If Gary had any delays in scheduled appointments, he called and let me know in detail his delay. I am a satisfied customer and will use Angie's list again for other needs.
