Description of Work: They repaired a rotten fascia board on our roof. We were very pleased with their punctuality, courtesy, and knowledge.

Description of Work: I had an exterior leak above a door that was beyond my ability to repair. They removed some siding and put a weatherproof skin up replaced the siding and reframed the door.

Description of Work: - Fix sheetrock at bottom of shower and paint. |- Repair den, living room, and kitch ceilings. All ceilings to have two coats of latex white. |- Repair and replace casing around kitchen door where dog chewed. |- Balance fan in bedroom and install medallion. |- Install wire mesh on back and side foundation. Wire to go below earth approx 3-4". |- Apply two coats of concrete parage on foundation with a broom finish. |- Fix metal strips on roof that are coming loose and check roof for any other issues. |- Fix siding on front and back of house that is damaged. (owner supplied siding) |- Wrap basement windows on side of house next to driveway with aluminium. Caulk and seal. |- Hand clean face of gutters around complete house. |CONTRACT PRICE $4,340.00 |I was really please with their time to come out to the house , walk through and discuss different items. In turn they priced up the job on individual items and I was able to delete items I felt weren't necessary at the time. They quickly booked the work dates and everything from them coming out initially and completed the work happened within 3 weeks time. I was very please with the quality of the work and am working up another list of items for them to come back out! |

Description of Work: PERRYHALL REMODELING removed some damaged rotting wood from my bay window. They replaced this wood with composite boards, painted, and re-caulked both my bay window and the trim around the wood. They even came back to reapply when the larger caulk beads shrunk (the need large beads are the home builders fault). The work is professional and was completed in a timely fashion.

Description of Work: Replaced support structure and siding of right corner of garage. Included base foundation of loosened damaged cinder block. Completed in two half day sessions.

Description of Work: Two gentlemen from Perry Hall Remodeling came and gave better advice than anyone else on a problem with the ceiling over my kitchen, which happens to be on the first floor. During some rain storms but not others, water leaks into the kitchen, apparently from the roof-mounted electric attic fan. They were able to explain why it happened only when it not only rained but was windy as well. A couple of roofers gave estimates redoing it or instead uninstalling the attic fan, but I didn't want to take action until I knew exactly what was wrong with the present set up. | |They not only gave me alternatives as to how to address the roof problem, they also let me know a simple way in which I could repair the kitchen ceiling without hiring anyone, once the outside problem had been addressed. | |The guys who came seemed very savy (certainly moreso than the roofers who had looked at it and had given estimates as well as the carpenter who installed it many years ago) and did not apply any high-pressure salesmanship. I have not yet decided whether to remove the fan (much more likely) or reinstall it (this time correctly), but I have decided that they are on my very short list of whom to call for my remodeling needs.

Description of Work: We hired Perry Hall Remodeling to extend the door frame to our laundry room and to install French doors. We also wanted accent lighting with molding installed above our kitchen cabinets. The owners, Gary and Jim Howard; arrived in March of 2013 to assess the project. My wife and I were impressed with them from the beginning. The estimate was lower then another company had quoted. Gary brought his crew in on the 22nd of April to start the demolition, and get the project underway. The idea was to frame out the doorway and get the lighting complete, then finish the project when the French doors; that I had ordered; were ready for pickup. The demo, framing and lighting only took 2 days (Wednesday and Thursday), and the crew did a full cleanup each day before they left. The door arrived at Home Depot on Friday, and Perry Hall Remodeling picked them up on Monday. They installed, leveled and finish framed the doors that day to complete a beautiful remodel. We have since, contracted with Perry Hall Remodeling to repaint our entire condo. We feel that selecting Perry Hall Remodeling for our projects was a very smart move on our parts. They are competitive in their pricing. The jobs are done to the exact requirements as requested, and their work is fantastic. They have followed up with us through phone calls to make sure that the job was done to our complete satisfaction. Description of Work: I called Gary on a Saturday afternoon because I heard noises coming from outside on my new roof ( due to the heavy winds). Gary said he was in Florida but would take care of it. Within the hour his brother Tim & son Gary were at my house, up on the roof, checking it out. What other company would do that for you? They have done a lot of work for me this year, and I will definitely call them again & again for any other work. Thank you guys!

Description of Work: They did an awesome job. Not many contractors take pride in their work anymore but Perryhall Remodeling did. They were on time, did not mess around and got the work done. Perryhall Remodeling hung 4 interior doors, installed baseboards, installed molding in the kitchen and painted the baseboards white.

Description of Work: Perry Hall Remodeling was exceptional. They were honest and expedient in fixing the roof after Hurricane Irene. I will certainly use their services in the future.

Description of Work: After previously using Perry Hall Remodeling (for the first time), I decided to give them further business in providing us with an entirely new roof, a repaired (and aluminum encased) door frame, a repaired sidewalk crack (2 inches wide), an installed solar house fan, and a repaired garage door which was coming loose from it's anchoring. All of this looks terrific. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the work. In addition, when all of the work was done, we couldn't even tell there was ever a mess. I am looking forward to again working with Gary, the owner, and his crew in the near future.

Description of Work: Perry Hall did a great job rplacing the small roof over our Kitchen bump-out. They found rotted wood under the roofing shingles and replaced the OSB and put new shingles on the roof. They also put a water barrier behind the vinyl sidin that meets the roof and replaced the wood corners with Azek. They arrived on time and finished on time and cleaned up so you would never know they were there. They gave me a three year guarantee on the repair. I was very happy I chose Perr Hall.
