Excellent service. I was able to set up the appointment to fit my schedule and confirmed the arrival time early in the morning. I plan to use them in the future and highly recommend the company.

It is recommended that the tanks be pumped out every two years. It was time so I called and made the appointment over the phone. The service was performed on the day scheduled. I was not present at the time of service as it was not necessary. My credit card was charged as agreed upon. There was a discount for payment the date of the service. The receipt was left at the door. I have used this company in the past for this service and they sent a convenient reminder card when the time comes for scheduling service. Convenient and easy for a necessary service. I am happy with this company and their service.

They were very prompt and on time which is nice because it was 7:30 in the morning. They were very friendly on the phone. They came, they pumped my septic tank on time and they left.

When I first called, they did their initial look at the property within a day or two. The perk test was scheduled in a week. Because of weather, the work started a few weeks later, but it was all completed in one day. They were excellent to work with. I don't have prior septic experience, but I have been told that the price was excellent. I was very, very pleased and highly recommend them.

I called late last week for a small non-emergency repair. They said they'd be out in about a week as they like to use this type of job to fill out a short day. They came either yesterday or today while I was out -- I'm not sure because they were so neat, I didn't notice they had been in the yard until I was out playing with my dogs and noticed the new pipe. I've used them for years and this level of service is business as usual for them.

I am very pleased with their service. They are very responsive and seem to really know what they are doing. The price was what I expected. They are very busy. They had hoped to get to me earlier in the day but couldn't get there until 2pm. The important part is that they got the job done well, but I did have to juggle my schedule a little bit.

They did a great job. They came out the day after I've requested service, they left the invoice at my front door and it was very painless working with them.

First appointment was not completed; tech could not find well; however a second appt was set up for the following week and that tech was wonderful! He took time; did an inspection and explained everything at long the way. He was curteous and professional- I would defintely reccomend them and plan on using them again.

This company is AMAZING!!! I couldn't say enough great things about them. Peggy at the front desk is excellent to talk with and the owner is very hands on in discussing all repairs. The companies communication with me was great. They went above and beyond to help me with a home inspection where the owner could not find the location of the septic tank. then the owner had them repair the tank after some issues came up in the inspection. They were very professional and helpful through the whole process. Would definitely use this company again!!!

Repairs were scheduled and completed on time. Repairs were completed safely, error free and in a professional manner. All my questions were answered satisfactorily. When the system was excavated I was able to take pictures and document locations of the components for future reference. Doug was my main contact for the task and he followed through with all items that he committed to. It was obvious that the company is being operated in a business like manner based on the high quality of communication and skills observed by myself during the evolution. The years of experience of the workers was a significant contributor to the overall quality of the job preformed. I will not consider any other company for my future septic services.

These people know septic systems. They diagnosed the problem, located and dug up the malfunctioning parts, and replaced them. They came with a backhoe for digging and were careful to minimize the impact of the digging on surrounding areas. They had estimated the cost up front, and there were no surprises even though I think it was more difficult than anticipated (or maybe just more difficult than I thought it would be).

They answered the phone promptly, and scheduled the date of service. Arrangements were for me to call to see when the service tech would be here on the day of service. I did and I was scheduled for the last appointment of the day. The expectation was mid to late afternoon. He arrived at 12:35. The technician came and pumped the tank. He was very friendly and courteous.

I found on Angie's List. When I called to make appointmentm I asked about usiing coupon. The female whom I spoke to said that would be fine. Provider arrived early and did an excellent job. He was fast and efficient. Provider gave amount with coupon already deducted.

The inspection found obvious defects. The house seller used their services and they were prompt and efficient and even asked my input on the services to be done as the new owner.

All went well. They send the best drives out and they are so helpfull and knowledgeable.

Whiteford Septic has been supplying pump-out services to the house for many years. Even before the repair work, they provided emergency pump-out services within about an hour of the initial trouble call on a Friday afternoon. (I believe there was a truck nearby.) Then they hand-held us through the county perk test. Had we not hired them for the work, we would have only owed for the services provided. The septic repair required was one of the more complicated options possible, the old drain field had to be disabled, a reservoir and pump installed, an electric line, a trenched pipe 100 feet (?) to the front yard, and a new drain field in the front yard. We felt that the price was fair. They did the work over two days with minimal interference to tenants. And, when an unusual rain storm the day after the installation washed out some of the dirt in critical areas, they graciously sent workers to rebuild around the caps and pipes. Gene Preston supervised our project and was helpful, informative and responsive throughout. Other staff we encountered including the office staff are all great also.

I have a geo-thermal heating system which has a plastic loop about 3 feet deep and is part of a 300 foot loop, underground in my yard. After the pipe was replaced I noticed that a fault light on my thermostat was lit. I had already planned for Pipco Plumbing and Heating (This company installed the system in 1994.) to do its' six month check up on the system. They noted that there was no pressure in the system and possibly a new loop would be necessary at a cost in excess of $5,000.00. I called another company to do the test and get a price for repair, they charged me $120.00 for a service call and came up with the same diagnosis. I called the office of Earl Preston and he stated that he would send a crew out right away to see if his men had damaged the pipe. He stated at that time if damage was done by his company he would pay any additional cost that I would encounter. The crew came back dug the area out by shovel and could not see where the line had been damaged. I then called a company by the name of Ground Loop Inc. (Also on Angies List) This company tested the line and found the problem immediately and showed me where a shovel had pierced the loop. I told the person in charge, the name of the company who had done the work. I asked him to call the Earl Preston / Whiteford Septic Service and give the details of his findings. I later called Earl and made arrangements for Ground Loop to send the bill directly to his company, both companies agreed to this arrangement. I also faxed the bill for $120.00 for the second opinion to Earl Preston. I received a check for $120.00 two days later. I will deal with the Earl Preston / Whiteford Septic Service in the future and recommend this company to anyone. They are honorable and do care about the service they provide and their good reputation. The Ground Loop Inc. company was prompt and very efficient and was concerned. They will be doing my semi-annual check ups in the future. The Pipco Heating and Air Conditioning company was not responsive to my problem.. I have been dealing with that company since 1994. When there service person came to my house on a Friday and knew that I had a problem he did call the office. I did not receive a call from this company. I called them on Monday and talked to Vince. He did not seem to care about my problem. I will no longer deal with this company.

They were very prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. They were also very willing to work with me. They worked around my ponds so that we did not have to dig them up. I would not hesitate to use them again.

The first time I called, Peggy was extremely helpful and informative, going above and beyond what I would have expected with an initial phone call. The technician, Kevin, was also extremely helpful. He did a great job of figuring out what was going on with an old and literally crumbling septic system. We will need a new tank and pipes, which we will undoubtedly have this company install. They are a great company and I would recommend them to anyone. Friendly employees and very knowledgable!

From the front office all through to the pump service, everyone treated me with such professionalism and care. I am impressed. Perfect job. The customer service ladies were exceptionally patient with me since this was my first time and they went the extra mile to ensure that I was taken care of. The Technician who came to my house to do the work was right on time, very patient as well and walked me through the whole process. He also was very friendly, professional and thorough. He spent a few minutes with me ensuring that I understood the process and freed my mind of any worries. I didn't mention names, but when you call them or they come to your home, you'll know who I am talking about. I am usually suspicious to online reviews that are overly positive, but now I can't say enough good things about this team. Please send your business their way; you will be very pleased.
