Description of Work: Installed drains on very wet lot to dry land, did a great job, lot is now dry and usable. Installation went very well, very professional, always returned phone calls and followed up on every request.

Description of Work: Pumped septic tank and informed us that we could go a bit longer beofre pumping it the next time, which I found refreshing since they were clearly not trying to get us to purchase service before it is needed.

Their prices are good, and all staff members that I had contact with were very professional. I definitely would use them again.

Description of Work: They pumped our septic tank. Also, I needed special caps for the dry wells in my yard and inquired about them with the pumping technician. He told me what kind I needed, which were one I could not find available anywhere. He checked to see if he had any on hand with him and he did so he was able to sell them to me at a very reasonable price. Technician was friendly and professional. I'll be calling them back anytime we need septic help.

Description of Work: I was planning to list my home for sale and due to the age (50+ years) my listing agent had some concerns about the septic. She thought it best for me to make sure that the tank was not steal (which would need to be replaced to sell my home) and to have in inspected prior to listing to save me from haveing to handle the issue later. I was happy to see Earl Preston on Angie's list since they have done alot of work on the property for many years now. I called, they came within a few days, showed up on time, they pumped out the septic, inspected it and certified it. I heard today that the buyers lender may accept this insection and not reqiure a new one. A great company that has helped several family members over several decades!!! The best in Harford County!!!

Description of Work: A small backhoe dug up my yard over the Septic tank. I was initially expecting the old cast iron pipe needed replacement but all were surprised to find PVC already in place. The dry well was not accepting the septic run off & the full tank had to be partially closed off to force the dry well to accept the septic runoff. A switch box was put in place as well as a large piple & manhole cover to make tank cleaning more efficient. Since the original expectation was also to replace pipes my 1st estimate of $1500 was reduced to $900. The septic clean out was necessary & an additional change by the company that usually does that for me & recommended Preston. Everyone involved was professional & curtious . I would have do work for me again if necessary & hightly recommend them.

Description of Work: came in to do some grading work and remove the excess debris and boulders. Even though work turned out to be more involved stuck to estimate.
