The service was excellent overall. The saleswoman, Terri, was terrific at taking the time to explain everything. I was new to this entire process, and she walked me through the entire thing. She gave me lots of time and attention; she really went above and beyond what I expected! The professional who installed the tops was also great to work with. There was a small problem with one of the tops which he took care of right away.

From start to finish, the service was spectacular; it couldn’t have been any better. The owner of the company took so much time with my wife and I, showing us all of the options for countertop materials. They were priced very competitively, and were able to schedule us immediately. They did an exceptional job with the installation. I can’t say enough nice things about Washington Marble & Granite and I wouldn’t use anyone else!

Working with Washington Marble & Granite could not have gone any better than it did! The people are the utmost in service-oriented and provide the best product, even if it means that the marble or granite has to be purchased from another vendor; if they don't currently have in stock the stone that you are looking for, they will effortlessly direct you to another local supplier that does have that particular stone. We have used WM&G for 4 other jobs at our home over the past 12 years and each time they did excellent work however, with this master bathroom remodel, we had so many problems with the contractor that we had hired (IP Construction) that Ron Ganassa literally turned what had been a disasterous situation into a most spectacular bathroom. We cannot recommend WG&M HIGHLY ENOUGH!

Washington Marble and Granite is an extremely professional and courteous company. This family business has state of the art equipment which they proudly show to customers while describing the cutting process. Rob Ganassa spent 2 hours with us on a hot, sunny day while we decided how to best cut and show-case the beauty of our stone. The installation team was efficient and equally professional. We were thrilled with the gorgeous results!

They did a great job. It was a delicate piece of granite. They did a great job with it. Very rare do you find a company with such high quality at such a more than reasonable price.

The experience was great. When you visit their shop, an employee takes you out into the yard to show you the huge slabs, since it’s hard to tell with the smaller samples. I am very happy with it.

Washington Marble and Granite does excellent work and I have been extremely happy with them. They have very high standards. I contacted Rob Ganassa at Washington Marble and Granite because two close friends had found them to have a wonderful variety of granite and very high standards. In two instances (over a handful of jobs) when small defects in the surface or the fabrication were noticed, Rob offered immediately to replace the pieces. Rob and his associates worked with me through multiple steps of identifying the precise type of granite for this table top and then to help me select the exact area of the sample that we preferred. This involved going back home with photos and returning with masks to specify the exact location of the cuts. In the end, we are so happy with the result, that I am ordering yet another table top.

If you are looking for quality, we did get it from them.

Everything went excellent. The paid particular attention to the overall look of the kitchen. They worked closely with the company that built my kitchen cupboards to make sure the color and look fit what I was looking for. The work done is fabulous and the stone is wonderful.

They gave good service. They did the work when they said they were going to and they made sure it was right.

They were professional from the beginning when you met them until the end when they completed the job. We did our homework and found them to be the best.

They offered more of a personal service, they are a family owned business. The owner came out and did some measurements himself.

They were very reliable and they do high quality work. They stand behind their work. I had an issue about 5 years later and they took care of the issue. I also asked them to come to do some granite work in a beach house and they normally do not go to the beach, but they made an exception and took a weekend and did the work for me. So I feel they went above and beyond. I have recommended them to others.

They came on time and delivered what we picked out. We did compare prices with others and they were comparable. They also were nice to work with and pleasant. The installers were careful and you could not ask for more from them. I still drive up about 25 miles to their location to buy their granite cleaner, it is the best available.

They were hired by my contractor to do the granite portion of my kitchen remodel. I am extremely satisfied with the way the new countertops look as well as the company that installed them. I would highly recommend them to others in our area.
