These guys were professional, fast, and they did great work. The co-owner Sam was in regular communication with me about the status of the project and personally inspected the roof at the end. They also communicated and coordinated directly with my insurance company (e.g. sending documentation) so I didn't have to. I'd highly recommend these guys.

The sales rep, John Rizk, was very easy to work with. The day the roof was put the men were fast and efficient. They even came back at no cost and made two parts of the roof where our roof fans are located more aesthetically pleasing for my wife.

It went very well. Arch workers came and finished the job in one day. Quick and professional! Paper work is very easy and they dealt everything with my insurance. I only paid $1K deductible for the whole thing. They also gave us 30 year warranty for material and 5 year warranty for labor. The rep John is nice and easy going. We love this company.

ARCH Exteriors replaced my roof a few weeks ago. From the minute I met Sam I was very impressed with him and the company. As I told my husband, he dotted the i's and crossed the t's!! My roof had hail and wind damage & Sam worked with my Home owners insurance to attempt coverage. As soon as the Insurance Appraiser came & inspected my roof (with Sam) the work was completed. We are very happy with our new roof! I have recommended Arch Exterior to my son, who is having work done, and I would extend the recommendation to anyone who needs a new roof!

I was nervous about whether insurance would pay for it. They worked with my company. I was nervous about replacement cost overages. They took the time to explain the process and it all went smoothly. The guys were courteous and worked quickly. They even put up a quick patch over my window not included in the contract. They were awesome.

He was very helpful with the whole insurance process, always available for any questions, and was here when the insurance adjuster came (who does that?). He made sure that everything was covered, and he even helped the adjuster with issues the adjuster himself was having. Sam dealt with them on the phone several times to prevent my getting stressed. He had ultimate patience as the whole process took a few months. He provided an electronic contract that was easy to understand and sign. The people working on the roof were pleasant, respectful, and efficient. They arrived exactly on time, replaced the roof within the day, and did an IMPRESSIVE job cleaning up. Not even one nail lying around. Everything from start to finish was efficient, seamless, and professional. It was an excellent and stress-free experience with this stellar company. You will be very, very happy!

Arch Exteriors did a great job with the removal of our old roof and install of the new one. We are extremely happy with the end result! Sam was very professional start to finish- initial inquiry to dealing with insurance to picking samples to being there the day of install. The work crew was efficient and meticulous; they completed the job in one day. Without hesitation we would hire the team again for other jobs.

They were awesome throughout the entire process and the work was great, Extremely pleased with all aspects. In a time when it's hard to trust contractors or know if the work they are doing is quality, this company out performed my expectations.....I would highly recommend them.

It went surprisingly well. They flawlessly executed the project and did high quality work. Both teams (the roofer and the gutter) showed well-oiled teamwork and had skillful team members. I watched the division of labor and that of the co-operation of the team members and was amazed by the skillfulness they presented. I liked that at the early phase of the project I was offered different options for shingles and appreciated the thorough cleaning and nail collecting at the finish. (We've had dogs to run around.) Rainy weather interfered with the schedule several times and gave some angst, but that was outside of the realm of mere people. The plywood replacement raised the project costs significantly, but it had to be replaced. Overall I am pretty satisfied with the final product and outcome. Needless to write, I was really uptight and overly nervous of the whole project before. I shouldn't have been so, and should have known better that selecting contractor from Angie's List would eliminate all that nervousness.

Arch did an outstanding job. Due to the number of storms with high winds this past winter, we lost a significant number of singles and additional damage. Called a number of different companies, but Arch was the most responsive and by far the most helpful. Sam helped walk us through the insurance claim process and how everything worked as this was the first for us needing to replace a roof. Additionally, Sam was willing to work around our work schedules to meet with us at the various steps throughout the process and for scheduled appointments, he was there within minutes of the scheduled time. Sam was also willing to meet with and be present for meeting with the insurance adjuster, to ensure that everything was covered as well as ensuring that the adjuster was aware of specific Maryland building codes that had changed over the years. Sam's crew was very professional and hard working. On the day of the work, the crew arrived right when they were scheduled to and got to work. The roof looked great. And while it may seem like a little thing, they did a outstanding job cleaning up. Besides the new roof, you would not have known that they were there. Cleaned up the old shingles, nails, tar paper, etc. Definitely a company that I would and have recommended to others.

Arch Exteriors is a high quality, extremely professional company! They called when they said they'd call – each and every time; they performed the work they agreed to, and they did so efficiently and promptly when they said they would; while roof replacement is inherently messy, they were great at removing debris, roofing tiles, gutters and cleaning up behind themselves every step of the way; they did everything they said they would! The work was just recently done but so far so good and it looks fantastic!

The entire roof was completed in two day and the gutters three days later. The crew was fantastic, working steadily and just stopping for lunch. All materials and debris were removed.

Arch Exteriors and Jake were fantastic. Their quote was thorough and accurate. More importantly, they are experts at working with the insurance company to cover your damages. The turn around time for our all-metal raised seam roof from initial estimate to completion was very quick. The on-site work crew was timely, quiet, and polite. The workmanship was top notch. With such excellent service, you might expect Arch to be priced higher than the competition but we found Arch to be priced extremely competitively. I couldn't be happier with their service and I would recommend them to anyone who needs roofing or exterior work.
