The work was excellent. Came by day after I called & gave me an estimate. I thought the cost was very fair & agreed to have work done. I would use this company again & definitely refer them to anyone needing siding repairs. Jake was very friendly & easy to work with.

The work was delayed a couple times due to weather/rain, which was completely understandable. Once the work was started it went quickly and seems to be excellent quality. Arch was very competitively priced and had the roof brands/products I was looking for. I ended up having a 50/lifetime year CertianTeed shingle put on our roughly 2000 sqft roof. They look great and Arch was able to get us the extended warranties since they are certified installers. Jake was very helpful, working with us and our home owners insurance so everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend Arch Exteriors.

I wish I had another roof just to hire Arch Exteriors again! We had gotten other bids but ended up with Jake because he offered the biggest bang for our buck. He was extremely well priced but most importantly was all business, most down to earth and offered a "no nonsense" approach. I was impressed with the fact that he did not require any payment until the project was done to my satisfaction! I respected the confidence in his work he must have to offer that! He took care of everything and was responsive to all our questions, requests and concerns immediately. The day of install, Jake and his project manager, Gary were punctual, courteous, and friendly. Gary over sought the project from start to finish. They treated their employees well which I think is key to a successful business and ultimately a happy customer. Jake came out the next day to do a final walk through and inspection. Jake is the first contractor (after several home remodels/projects) I have EVER recommended. Hire him!

Very well. They were timely, courteous, and did excellent work. Our roof and siding looks very good now and no more leaks from the rain. We will definitely use them again if a need arises.

It went just the way you would want the work to go. Arch Exteriors showed up when they said they would, they stayed with the job until the work was done, and the results were top quality. Also, before a contract was signed and the work was started they reviewed with me the advantages and disadvantages of the various materials and and installation methods that could be used on my job and the cost of each. This was valuable to me in deciding what was best for my needs and budget.

All transactions went as discussed. Work was performed as expected. We are very please with everything and the professionalism with Sam especially.

From beginning to end Arch Exteriors was an exceptional company to work with. A hail storm hit our neighborhood earlier this year and I was very skeptical about roof work. Multiple companies were going door to door to solicit work. A neighbor who is an architect told me that the storm did in fact damage dozens of houses and he referred me to brothers Jake and Sam at Arch, who had just completed his roof. Arch came out to inspect my roof at a time convenient for me, showed me what damage had occurred and explained why it was a problem. They suggested I contact my insurance company to initiate a claim and explained how that process would work. There was no “hard sell” pressure to make a sale. This was further evidenced by the fact that after looking at my roof, I took them to my in-laws house and three other neighbors to check their roofs. Of the four, they indicated that two had no significant damage and needed nothing done. Once I filed my claim, Sam and Jake coordinated with my insurance company and met with the inspector to review the damage. If they had not done this I am sure that the insurance company would not have covered for all of the damages. Next Jake and Sam helped facilitate getting the claim processed, helped me pick out the materials to be used and scheduled an install date. The materials selected were high quality Certainteed and Velux products, which met or exceeded the quality of what I had originally. Arch provides an extended 50-year warranty on the roofing materials and lifetime on the labor. Throughout this whole process, they kept me informed as to the status and timing of everything. Jake even texted me within an hour of the materials getting delivered to my home. Everything was scheduled at my convenience and I was amazed at the level of communication which is not the norm for most contractors of any sort. On the day of the installation the workers were on time and worked all day replacing the roof and skylights on our home. Everyone was nice and worked very hard. A project manager was present throughout the day to check on progress and make sure everything was on track. When the roof was completed the workers went around and picked up any nails and debris that went into my yard and deck. Arch went above and beyond and made this a painless process. They set a very high bar in quality, communication and customer service. The process was quick and efficient. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. No surprises, no additional work. Finally a company that does what it says and lives up to their word. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Wonderfully! The Arch Exteriors team is one of the best I have ever dealt with. Everything from our initial contact to the completion of the job -- communications, scheduling, explanations, promises, efficiency, fairness, pricing, choices, clean-up, follow-through and personalities -- were everything a homeowner could ask for. I am dazzled by their clean, crisp, effective and personable delivery of services. I recommend them without reservation.

Sam, the VP, told me he'd get my roof up before Christmas and I was very skeptical of that as it was only one week away, but on December 23rd, his crew showed up promptly at 7am and was finished by 4pm. They did a great job and an equally thorough job cleaning up after.

Sam and his team did a great job! He contacted my insurance company and worked out every detail with them so I didn't have to do a thing. All work was preformed very quickly from the consultation to job completion! I would recommend this company a thousand times over! Very helpful, professional, timely, and they make the process completely effortless for the customer from start to finish.

The whole experience was easy and professional from start to finish. They were punctual and the quality of work was exceptional and once the job was completed on the same day as started our property was left looking the same as when they started. I would recommend them to neighbors and friends and would certainly hire them again.
