Technician arrived the next day to help with a slow moving drain in the bathroom tub. Not only did he unclog the tub drain he went on to check the kitchen drain as well. Overall service call was app. one hour and everything was working well. We plan on using this company again in the future to put in a much needed second bath.

They fixed it inside of 30 minutes and left the area in immaculate condition. Even sprayed down the sink and wiped it out with some chemical that made the sink shine like it was brand new.

Charged for distance from their store to my home and back even though they were to be in my neighborhood for other jobs. We negotiated a reduced charge to reflect that they did not travel directly from their office and return directly to their office. They are pricey but were amenable to our concern about the travel charge. The quality of their work was not and is not an issue. They do not provide as estimate service and thus I would probably not use them again.

Excellent Job as usual. Very professional and courteous. It seemed a little pricey to me but they are excellent in all that they do.

The young lady that answered my call was delightful. He was on time and when he was finished, he explained to me how everything worked, what needed to be fixed. He did tell me what would be useful in the future in repairs/replacements. They use all American parts, we got along really well he was a pleasure to work with.

Discovered a leak coming from a pipe in the ceiling while cleaning out the basement on a Saturday. Called Paul C. Hayden Jr. and Sons Plumbing and Heating, Inc and was greeted by a pleasant lady on the other end of the line. Got a call that afternoon that someone was coming out. Discovered that the leak was coming from btwn the top level and middle level of my home but wasn't an emergency. The plumber was honest and told us that if we wanted it done that day, it could be done but if it could wait a couple of days, it could save us from paying time and a half. So, we decided to wait. To my surprise, the company was back out to my house the following Monday. They had to cut a few holes in my drywall but it's the price you pay for having a leak fixed. The leak was from a small nail hole that the previous owners had put in the pipe from some sort of wall hanging and had gone unnoticed (to us) until recently but looks like it's been leaking for a while. They plugged the pipe and ran water to be sure it wasn't leaking before departing. And even cleaned up after themselves. All I have to do is put the drywall back in place and repaint. All the gentlemen that were sent out to my house, both times, were all great, honest and friendly. I would definitely do business with this company again.

Our old pump was no longer working and had always been unusually loud. Also, it had been installed in a way that did not make for easy replacement. Paul, Sr. discussed with my husband, prior to installation, to address the reason for the pump causing so much noise . Paul, the son, and his helper were prompt, efficient, and professional. The new pump is a lot quitter. Everything was cleaned up. Paul even cleaned the laundry tub. Everyone was always willing to answer any questions.

Very responsive, customer service oriented representative arranged the appointment to meet my restrictive schedule. Initial visit was to troubleshoot the problem. The plumber arrived promptly, provided an accurate assessment of the issue, and even brought the materials in anticipation of the problem based on the limited description I provided. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism, proficiency, and ability to easily explain the issue and his actions to mitigate it. I highly recommend them and will most certainly use their services again.

We had noticed a pipe in the clean out hole for the septic. Whatever this pipe was, it did not look good. I had used Paul Hayden Jr. and Sons in 2011 to fix a clogged laundry drain and was so impressed with their service I called them for the septic repair work. I was concerned that if I waited to get the repairs done, I might have problems with and quot;stuffand quot; backing up into the house. I called them and they were able to come out that day to make the repairs. Mr. Hayden and his sons are always professional, punctual and get the job done right the first time. They are the first people I call for plumbing and septic repairs/service.

We have used this company several times at different homes over the years. We called Paul and he scheduled someone right away. Problem-Water was draining slowly in kitchen and bathroom. Service arrived on time - went right to work, cleaned the drains, made sure water was flowing completely through the pipes from kitchen and bathroom through basement . Demonstrated how to remove and reinstall plugs and recommended different filter/screen/catch/trap - picked it up at Walmart for 1.97. Water is draining immediately now. Would definitely use service again, very reliable, honest and professional.

The plumbers were disappointed when I told them that I found the leak/flooding problem, on Sunday morning. When I called their business early on Monday morning, their office staff informed me that she didn't think it was a plumbing problem and should call an HVAC company. The HVAC rep appears on Tuesday and told me that he didn't believe it was an HVAC problem. Once the plumbers arrived on Thursday, the floors were nearly dry and they were disappointed that they weren't able to be there to see the problem on Monday, the day I originally called them. They tried to find the problem via all known methods, but could not resolve it. In fact, it has happened again, and I've decided to purchase a new HVAC unit ASAP.

We were very pleased with the 2 men who came to do the work. The work they did was done very quickly. They knew just what to do. We talked about future jobs and will set up those appointments very soon.

Overall very good job and would recommend them again.

I called them and arranged the time I wanted, which was the next afternoon. They called to confirm, and showed up right on time. They did a quite professional job replacing the valve.

I had company the day of the repair, so left the vendor to do their work. All seems well.

I contacted Paul C Hayden and Sons after some unsuccessful attempts at getting a proper response from other contractors (two never returned my messages and another gave me a quote, but never called back to schedule a time despite my follow up). Mr. Hayden was extremely polite, professional and responsive. This really is a family business and two of his sons arrived promptly as scheduled to pump out the septic tank. They were very polite and knowledgeable young men. They provided great advice about proper maintenance and cleaning. Apparently in the past, other contractors had just pumped from a small and inefficient opening and wouldn't have fully been able to clean the tank nor inspect it. Paul C Hayden and Sons were able to do a thorough cleaning and inspection. They also recommended a different lid/access for the future which will enable faster and easier access to the tank. Even though they had to dig a little for the tank cover, they did not charge any more than other contractors and they spent at least twice the time cleaning and pumping than previous ones have done. Very happy with the service and will definitely use them again - in fact we've asked for an annual contract. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely super in all respects. On both occasions, provided a 15 minute arrival window when the appointment was scheduled and arrived exactly on time. Steve and his brother worked quickly and efficiently, both true professionals. Clearly, exceptionally knowledgeable in all aspects of their trade. Discussed scope of work and made certain the understood our preferences before beginning. Quality of work was outstanding. Clean-up of the worksites was flawless. Only indicator that they had been in the house was the new work, precisely and neatly executed. Everyone in the company was great to work with. Friendly, helpful and responsive. Going forward, if I have any plumbing needs, they will be my first and only call.

I contacted them because my washer out-take pump - the pump that removes water from the utility sink (or slop sink) stopped working. They came the next day, replaced my lifter pump and tested it to make sure it worked. The service was good and quick - these guys are experts! They also drained my septic tanks and did other repairs over the years, including the installation of an old antique farm sink (approximately 80 years old) in my basement! They knew how to install this monster!!!

They were prompt and professional, Took a look at the sink and told me there was a plate missing that held the lever in place, they had an exact plate in there van. Had me working in under an hour and even fixed the sprayer that did not work and I had forgot to mention to them. The 340.00 also covered a toilet that was leaking inside the tank, Put in all new fixings inside the Toilet.Customer service is # 1 with Hayden and Son's. I was VERY pleased.

They told me beforehand price would include transit time and recommended I try to find someone closer but I could not. They did the required job pus readjusted the other two plugs so there would be no chance that they also could be damaged by lawn mower. Very polite and friendly.

They arrived on time at 8:30am, and did not even take a lunch break. I had to leave by 6pm, but after finishing, they left me a bill. The area covered by straw now has grass. I was pleased with the results.
