Description of Work: Replaced flapper valves and float valves and cleaned rust and salt accumulations in four toilets.

Description of Work: I had a toilet flood in my master bath -- combination of a clog and an internal part that needed to be replaced caused the disaster. They brought two men, one who fixed a separate plumbing problem (in the ceiling of my kitchen, where we'd had drywall already removed to address the water damage from the clogged upstairs toilet) while another man worked upstairs replacing parts and unclogging toilet. They were professional, kind, efficient, and polite. They did an excellent job. I would probably use them again. As they were working, I thought to myself "they charge more than the other guys per hour, but they are worth it!" Then they charged me for their drive time as labor, which I hadn't been told about beforehand. I'm not sure if this is standard practice, but I was unprepared for the additional cost. If not for the cost of their driving time, if I'd only paid for the time they were actually working at my house, I'd have been absolutely pleased with no thoughts of going elsewhere next time.

Description of Work: I called for my Dishwasher to be fixed, an outdoor faucet to be fixed, and something else-I can't recall because it's been a while. For the most part it went well, but I felt the dishwasher was still not working correctly. I told them what to look at and it went a little more, same with the cost. I'm a Military Widow and the cost seemed very high. And one young man was being trained, hence a longer period of time for the cost. They were very courteous, professional, nice and came highly recommended by Retired Military staff. I would like to know their hourly rate and an estimated cost on the next time I call for help.

Description of Work: repaired our bathroom plumbing line. Since having the work done we have had no further problems. We also could not be there the day they did the work and they let themselve in and then returned the key to the correct location requested.. awesome work |

Description of Work: Troubleshot a problematic shower drain. Snaked drain, pressurized line, found problem to be ruptured PVC line. Great work to clear blockage but seemed quite expensive for just under 1.5 hrs, and requires a call back to repair the pipe.

Description of Work: Brian came out and replaced our sump pump in only 1-2 hours. Very helpful in explaining what he was doing, and what caused the old sump pump to break. I will be using them again.
