Description of Work: I got an estimate but ended up using a different contractor. There was a bit of delay in getting the estimate due to scheduling and illness, however very professional and knowledgable.

Description of Work: The contractor never showed up but sent staff members who took pictures- the estimate was emailed to me for a whopping $1400- to secure the fence- so my dogs couldn't escape and for a small 10x10 deck... 1500. Way overpriced.

+ -1 moreI had multiple problems with new master bath. There was fairly bad mildew problem caused by lack of ventilation. The toilet would run if the handle was not jiggled and I recently noticed that the shower was leaking. I was very skeptical at first to use anyone. I was fairly handy and tried to fix some of the problems myself, but I finally realized that I needed to call someone and completely upgrade the whole bathroom. I called a number of people and they were only interested in doing some stuff or others would charge me an enormous fee for buying materials. I finally found this company through a friend and they were very helpful. They handled all aspects of the remodeling and allowed me to purchase the materials myself without costing me an additional fee. During the work they kept everything clean, and did not track any dirt or dust into the bedroom. They even saved me some money by reducing wasted material that I could take back to the store for a refund. We are very happy with the work, and their attention to detail. I highly recommend them.
Description of Work: Upgraded a master bathroom. Replaced toilet with water efficient model. Replaced leaky shower enclosure with tile. Eliminated mold/mildew problem.
