Pretty much as expected...so good.

The minimum service charge from Wuestlin's is $120.00. The actual labor charge for the work done was $20.00. I don't know if that is the going rate for a service charge, but Wuestlin's was able to come the day I called, while other repair companies were giving me appointment times up to a week later. The office staff and the repairman were courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to try to provide me with prompt service. This entailed making a call to a repairman to see if he would add an additional stop to his schedule. He came, performed the work required, and said the company would bill me later since he didn't have an extra invoice with him.

I called them -- their receptionist was pleasant and helpful -- and I arranged for a repairman to come the next day. Which he did. But it turns out that he thought it was the motherboard which they did not have in stock. They ordered it (small problem that they didn't call me to tell me it could not be fedexed but that it might be deliver to them the next day and they MIGHT be able to get out to fix it the next day -- but I had to call them to find this out.) So it arrived and the same gentleman (Marty I think) came out to install it -- and then it turned out that the motor also was dead.....so it made sense for me to buy a new unit. So I did that on his recommendation of costs. So they only charged me for the service call even though he was out there twice. I was impressed with the professionalism of the repairman. He also listened to my dryer (stacked unit) and said that the rollers were going. So I also ordered a dryer.....I think he saved me another service call and another few weeks without a necessary appliance. I have used this company before --- and have always had a great experience.

Called them to come out and finish a project the other company left for weeks. Marty came out and identified the problem quickly and fixed it in no time!

The first techician quickly determined that a relay had failed. He explained clearly how he made that determination and roughly what a new motherboard would cost. Wuerstlin's called when the new motherboard came in and scheduled an appointment to install it. The second tech installed and tested the new motherboard and very kindly reduced the charge for the second service call by half. I greatly appreciated that! Each service call cost $120. Both techs were timely, courteous, neat, quick workers, and knowledgeable.

Replaced door hinge on Viking refrigerator. Hinge was recalled, replacing another replacement on seven year old refrigerator. It was a "two-man job." Our regular service company, which is owner-operated, could not supply two men to do the job. This company did an equally good job.

Very professional, knowledgeable service man. Had to order parts and come back. Everything was working fine. However, now, 2 months later, one burner is not working. They are scheduled to come back next week.

I thought everything was very good. I asked them not to call me because I was over seas, but they called me while I was over seas so I wasn't happy with that. That was the only down fall, otherwise they were efficient and effective. They couldn't find a part for the oven so it's still not fixed.

Unfortunately there are few Dacor authorized representatives in the Washington DC area and few repair companies interested in fixing Dacor Warming Drawers so we chose this company because it was one of the only ones able to do the job. They were profession when they cam and seemed competent to do the work but soon after they left, the drawer stopped working again. They are coming back to install a new part so hopefully that will solve the problem. However their availability to service appliances in northern virginia is very limited so the repair is taking a long time to accomplish. They are also very expensive.

They came out the next morning after I called them. Arrived promptly, identified issue and solved in minutes. Technician very nice.

Very well. My wife called the company and explained we just wanted the vent to go back down but didn't want to fix it again. The company explained over the phone (for free!) how to lower it ourselves. They said they could charge us $120 to come over and do the same thing but didn't want to take our money for such an easy fix. Their advise worked! I was impressed they did this for free and didn't take money for it.

They are reliable and good. We are very satisfied with them. They have always done a very good job. They are kind of expensive. They have been doing work for us for 20 years. We don't use them all that often but they have always done a good job. They are reliable and available. They have done good work in the past.

On the first visit the Wuerstlin repairman examined the Bosch and diagnosed the problem as a worn out water pump. He said a new pump would have to be ordered and could be installed in about a week. Wuerstlin called within a week saying the part was in and a repairman came and installed the new pump. Problem solved: the water drains out completely after installation of the new pump.

Couldn't be better. Called Wuerstlin at 930AM Friday. They were on job at 1145AM. Worked 1 hour. Excellent techs who explained what they were doing. Cleaned everything up before re-assembling. Left call back number in case of further problems. I will definitely recommend Wuerstlins to the other 43 units in our building, all of whom have Viking appliances. Every one I have talked to has had at least one problem with their Viking appliances in the four years since the building was built. I have had three problems with three different Viking products, all less than four years old. I had never had problems in 40 years and eight different homes with GE products. Call me crazy, but mid-range GE products are far superior to Viking.

This company is fantastic. From my first conversations with Mrs. Singer (who told me how to possibly solve the problem without a service call) to the service man who fixed my problem this morning, I have had the best experience I've had with a repair company. The service call was scheduled for 7:30 - 8:30 and he arrived at 7:30. What other company does that!!!! Not only did he repair the burner's ignition problem, he explained how to avoid the problem in the future and explained what to watch out for because the unit is now 20 years old. He was very friendly and patient. I was so happy with his service, I called the company this morning to rave about them.

They gave a 3-hour window in the morning of 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Service technician showed up just before 2 p.m. Knew exactly what was wrong with my vent, had the necessary part, and installed it. Vent is now working perfectly. He also checked to make sure additional parts were not needed and pronounced the rest of the system to be fine. Prices were high: $120 for "travel" and $120 for the work, plus $208.90 for the part, $33.67 for the tax, and $20.10 for shipping and handling, so the half hour he was there came to $502.67. However, the service was very professional, quick, and competent. This firm is designated by Dacor as the go-to outfit in the DC area.

The representative from Wuerstlins asked for the problem with my oven to be described in great detail when I called. From this they were able to order the necessary part and have it on the truck at the time of the service call. However, the technician still made every effort to see whether or not replacement of the part was absolutely necessary. He was very quick, clean and courteous. He very kindly took the time to take apart my oven door so that I could clean the glass from the inside where something had spilled. Then he showed me how I could do that myself in the future. Everything happened according to schedule. The technician was right on time.

After getting an repair estimate of $500 from a technician who did not inspire confidence (despite working for the place from which we bought the dryer), we contacted Wuerstlin's. They apparently specialize in relatively uncommon European appliances. Their tech knew straightaway what the problem was: We had (stupidly) been using too much soap, which clogged the lint filter and tripped a circuit breaker in the unit that prevents overheating. He reset the unit and showed us how to properly use Bosch washer and dryers and charged us $150.00.

I call this company because they specialize in foreign appliances. They always show up on time and do the job in a timely manner. I have never had a problem with the work they have done for me.

Excellent. Wuestlin's diagnosed the problem and took my model number over the phone, ordered the necessary part, then sent me a letter telling me they received it. When I called them to schedule the repair, they were able to send someone the next day. The technician arrived on time, completed the repair, and gave me some advice on preventive maintenance.

The repair was completed working within my schedule; health care worker with rotating shifts. They arrived on time, pleasant and conscientious and job completed with no problems to date.

There are only two certified Dacor repair companies in the Washington,D.C. area. I have used Wuerstlin's in the past. However, at the time I had a problem with my Dacor this time, Wuerstlin's service manager had a personal emergency and was out of the office for a few days. Therefore, I decided to try the other company(based in Virginia). The serviceman from this company told me that he could not repair my vent without me having the cabinet under my cooktop disassembled. I would have to get a carpenter or cabinet maker to remove a divider and the doors in my cabinet in order to gain access to the motor. When I heard this, I was very upset. Besides the expense involved in this procedure, I was very concerned about the integrity of my cabinet and granite countertop. I decided to get a second opinion from Wuerstlin's. I was extremely grateful that the Wuerstlin's serviceman was able to repair my cooktop's vent without any problem and with minimal expense and aggravation.

The owners perform much of the work. They are fast, quiet and dependable. Do not use anyone else if you have an ASKO appliance.

THE COMPANY HAS A VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF. THEY FIXED EVERYTHING PROMPTLY. THEY KNEW EXACTLY WHAT TO DO. WE ARE SO PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY OF WORK. THE MESS WAS CLEANED UP NICELY.
