Description of Work: Home inspection and radon test prior to purchase of ~3800 square foot home. Dan was on time and very thorough (walking around the property and going up on the roof), taking the time to explain things to me and providing a detailed inspection report with digital photos and detailed explanations. A day or two after the inspection I had a question, and Dan (even though sick at home!) took the time to return my call and answer my question. The price was a little high, but the service was great and it seemed worth it to pay a little more for a thorough inspection.
