The technician was very professional, and used care to keep our home clean. Overall it was the best service we've had from any company in any category. He did the inspection efficiently and completely, and answered all of our questions and didn't try to upsell us with unnecessary services. We would definately use Level Heating and Air for future heat and air conditioning servicing needs.

It was okay. I would recommend them but be prepared to get a sales pitch.

I called Level A/C after a disappointing service call from another A/C service provider. That other A/C company I hired came to do the spring cleaning. I was very, very disappointed with that technician. He came and left within 15 minutes claiming. I asked about vacuuming and he said that there wasn't any dirt. The cost of the service didn't include cleaning the outside unit which was an additional sum of money. That company was a joke. The next day I called Level and talked with Diane. She said that the $49.00 cost was for full service and she was right. Steve came to my house and thoroughly cleaned my inside unit. He went outside and checked and cleaned the dirty coils in the outside unit. I think that this service was worth at least $150.00 and they only charged $49.00. What a bargain! I am going to use Level A/C from now on for all my Heat Pump needs. - Thanks, Diane and Steve

When I called I spoke with Cassidy who scheduled me the same day. She gave me a time frame and let me know when the technician was on his way. Our HVAC technician is Robert and he has been wonderful! He took his time diagnosing the issue, came back the next day to look at it again because after he left he thought it may have been something else. When we decided to replace instead of repair he wrote up detailed information on 6 different systems that spanned from the least to most expensive. He has given us time to choose and figure out financing without once giving us a salesman pitch or making us feel like we have been pressured to decide. He is extremely educated about HVAC systems and has answered all of our questions and even ones we didn't know we had! He really has been wonderful; even allowing my VERY interested 5 year old son follow him around talking, asking questions and wanting to help. We are still in the process of purchasing and installation and will update.

I called and within an hour Andy was at my house. Did the work quickly and professionally. I told him that I was on the fence about doing the work myself, and wanted to watch so I could do it if another breaker went bad. He was very cool about it. Great overall experience--I'll definitely call these guys the next time I need electrical work.

These guys are great! we ordered the service through Angie's List. We received a call promptly to schedule the technician's visit. Dan the service manager and Steve (one of the technicians) arrived on time, listened to our description of the problems and spent lots of time answering our questions. They successfully solved our problems and provided some good suggestions. We will use Level HVAC again.

I am having severe a/c problems and they came out to service. HOWEVER, ONLY AFTER they gave my unit a check up and added Freon (temporary fix), they told me they actually don't service my area and couldn't help me. From what I understand, they had a new person answering phones who didn't realize this. So, while they came out, checked my system and added Freon as a temporary fix (the unit has bigger problems), I was charged $80.00 and told I had to go elsewhere. I wasn't told this until after they had checked the system. This means I have to now contact someone else, pay again for not only a basic check up of the system, but also for whatever repairs need to be made. The technician was very apologetic and did what he could to help me get up and running for a little while, but I sincerely wish they had told me that I was spending money on something they couldn't fix right up front.

Our 28-year-old heating and AC system needed replacement. We talked with several companies and settled on Level (based at least in part on the very high Angie's List ratings). The company representative (Chris) presented us with several options and was able to fully explain the differences. We selected a system that seemed to meet our needs and price range. The install date was set for April 16. The team arrived around 9am and worked tirelessly until around 4:30. By that time, the new system was installed and ready to go. That team left and Steve arrived a little later. His job was to fully explain operation of the system to us and then to fully inspect every aspect of the new system before turning it over to us. He spent about 45 minutes with us, going over the entire system (including the very cool thermostat that is wifi connected). The instructions were clear and simple to follow. Then he spent almost two more hours inspecting and testing every aspect of the system. After he was finished, we paid the balance due and the job was complete. The workmen left our house very clean. They were prompt, efficient and very capable. We have the highest praise for the company and its professional team.

Both our units were on the fritz, we had no working heat in our home. they came same day actually within few hours. told us what was wrong and gave us a fair estimate for replacing each unit. we did not hire for the replacement because we did not replace used home warranty to repair but even they said it was a quick fix and units needed replacing. we will consider LEVEL when the time to replace comes. they were very professional and seemed to be quite honest and trustworthy which is very important when looking for someone to do repairs in your home.

They are very good. On 26th February, I woke up, and the house was really cold, and I was going out of town for a business trip. I was leaving by 6am or so to catch my train, and he responded immediately back, that he would come by later that day to pick up the deposit check, and we discussed on the phone. They were there at 7:30am on Friday the 28th of February, and the heat was on by the afternoon, for my 2 boys that I had left behind, which was a huge peace of mind for me. I returned on Sunday, and there was heat. They system was supposed to be $12800, and I was able to get a check of $1250 and I asked him if it was okay to settle up the rest of the amount after I got back, and he was okay with that. He was willing to work with me, and I was able to pay him in full the following week. It was in and working beautifully by the time I got back. He came right out and told me that he could not beat another companies price, but he did say that they are a family owned company, and they were responsive. The service was wonderful, and he had proved that they were responsive.

It was great. I will continue using them and I would recommend them.

Steve arrived on time and conducted a thorough tune up of the heating system. Steve reviewed his finding with me and gave great information for maintenance. I will use Level Heating again.

Yes, Steve showed up almost at 1 pm for a 9-1 pm window but he was very nice, courteous, and neat. The office informed me at 12 he was on his way. Steve serviced both my units, even though he was told I had one unit. He spent a hour checking on everything---thank you!! I am very pleased.

so we set an appointment to get it done. The two installers arrived on time and completed the work in under a day. Everyone I dealt with was professional, friendly and helpful and I was completely satisfied with the experience.

It went great. The guy was very thorough and just good overall. He was very helpful. There were no additional charges. He did a great job.

We cannot say enough positive comments about Level Heating and Air. Every member of their team from the estimator, office staff and installers were some of the most professional and knowledgable individuals we have dealt with. We did have other estimates but the Level estimator spent hours with us to review every detail that we wanted addressed with changing to the new system. The Lennox products they sell are also remarkable. We have achieved the large amount of energy savings they promised and the units are extremely quiet and well worth the investment. This is truly a top notch company that values providing their staff with the education and knowledge to speak about the products the sell/service and how they function in detail.

They first completed an initial inspection and then sat down with us to explain the estimate. They advised us on what way to go and showed us different models. They came promptly and completed the work within a one day. Later, we thought there was still a smell of fuel and we called them. They were very responsive and came back out. They came back to inspect everything and found that it was only a matter of waiting for the smell to despate after replacing the unit. That smell did go away after some time. Also, my husband was not satisfied with the thermostat they initially installed and they came back and installed an upgraded version at no additional cost. They prices are fair and they do a good with the work.

When I potentially needed a second follow up, they said to make the appointment knowing that I may cancel, but that way I was on the schedule. I was pleased overall with their service and would use them again.

Everything went well. They were responsive when I called, they showed up on time, and they acted profesionally. Furthermore, they successfully resolved my furnace's issues.

Chris checked my old furnace and discovered that it was damaged. It had 2 cracks that he took the time to show me. We sat down and reviewed my choices. Chris very clearly explained everything to me and made me feel very comfortable during the process. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. The next day, my new furnace was installed. They were very careful to put down runners all throughout my home (it was a wet, snowy week). They totally cleaned up everything after the job was completed and explained what they had done. (I also had a new air conditioner installed), which was done the next business day. I was glad that I chose this company. They were professional from the beginning to the end.

He came on time. He did the job and cleaned up afterwards. He was polite and professional.
