Service person was very prompt, courteous and informative. He took the unit apart, put a camera inside of the heat exchanger and showed me on camera that the heat exchanger was entirely rusted through. He also showed me where microbial organisms (probably from all the leaking and moisture) were growing inside of the blower. We paid a $79 service fee. He quoted us the price ($2700) to replace the entire chamber of the furnace- assuming Carrier still makes all the necessary parts. Ultimately, we knew the unit had to be replaced and that to replace the chamber just wouldn't make sense because it would only buy us a few more years and costs a good portion of what it would take to just purchase a new system. Level provided us several quotes, all of which we found to be ridiculous and extremely high. The most expensive option was a high efficiency Lennox furnace and A/C unit (he could not tell me number of seers the AC unit was) for $17,000. The least expensive option was a bare-bones, basic 90% efficiency furnace and a basic AC unit (again, seers unknown) for $8000. We ended up getting 3 other estimates and all 3 other providers came in well under Level's.

The first unit they used to replace the original ended up with a manufacturer's problem that could have been fixed, but, instead, they brought in a whole new furnace. They worked all day & into the evening because of this difficulty - but they did not give up on us. The men were dedicated, hard working, polite, & very conscientious of our things in the basement (which is very crowded ) as well as the floor upstairs - using their cloths over the rugs & putting on their foot coverings whenever in the house. Higher ups were in touch during this time to assure us each step of the way what was happening. There was one concern we had & they were very responsive to that, so much so that it's not worth noting. What is worth stating is that they were very responsive to us every step of the way. Great service and we will continue to use them!!

They came out on a Friday, 8/22/14 and diagnosed the problem. The trip charge for diagnosing the problem was $79.00. They did not a stock a Trane blower motor on the truck or at their shop. The blower motor was ordered on Monday, 8/25/14. The Trane blower motor was back ordered. The motor finally came in and repair was scheduled for Wednesday morning, 9/3/14. The repair tech called in sick that day and no one called to inform us. After waiting awhile, we called them and they were able to have them reschedule service with another tech for later that day. After the service was performed, the furnace worked perfectly. The cost for installing the blower motor was $694.00 for a total charge of $773.00. It would have been higher, but we had a $25.00 coupon that was applied to the overall charge of $798.00.

Went very well from start to finish. We found them through Costco and received a Costco cash card as a bonus for using them. We were extremely happy with the service.

They did exactly what they said they would do and I'm very pleased.

The secretary told me she would have an electrician call me to set up an estimate. I never heard back from her so I had to call them back again. The receptionist was not very helpful and no one ever called me back.

Used Angie's List to get someone to come out to the house for a check-up, but the company did not respond with a date that would have worked for me (my schedule is hectic). Called another company who had someone out that same day.

The first new water was not match . They switched a another new one. The technician worked half day to finished the project. We really appreciated.

Although I was delayed by 20 minutes, the technician was waiting cheerfully and set about inspecting the furnace. There was a miscommunication between the office and I regarding the type of furnace, but he adapted quickly and continued his work. He was very knowledgable and professional and explained all the issues of the old furnace with me, including showing me pictures of serious cracks on the inside of the furnace and provided me with a range of options to take care of the problem. I appreciated the fact he didn't pressure me into making a decision immediately, but was clear that the furnace was not to be used until it was repaired or replaced due to the risk of carbon monoxide. Great service!

Rob, our tech was great. Heater is on its last legs and we kind of knew that going in. He gave us his honest opinion and a wide variety of options for repair and replacement. Even came back that afternoon when we called and asked for quotes on other options.

Andy came out to my home gave me an estimate and because I felt comfortable with both the price and him doing the job i hired him.right on the spot. Andy's crew worked really well with me , they address any concerns I had with the job. We did have a problem with a light cover that was damage during the work which was later taken care of by Andy personally

Level Heating and Air replied promptly to my request for an on-site visit to assess the scope of mechanical work I needed as part of a basement finishing project. A service representative was available to make the visit within only a few days. The visit went well. As the representative departed I was led to believe that the work was well within the company's scope, was affordable, and could be done promptly. After waiting an unbelievable 23 days to receive any followup contact from the company, especially to receive a written price estimate, I re-contacted the service representative. I was promptly informed that my project was not worth the time of Level Heating and Air, and given a quick apology for not doing anything to contact me to inform me that the company had chosen to decline my project. For 23 days my basement project stood at a standstill, with the expectation that Level Heating and Air would be around any day now to perform the job.

It went really well. He came out and checked everything out. They were very responsive in scheduling. He was very pleasant and took the time to look at everything. He was great.

Very personable, professional and knowledgeble team. They had a cancellation so were able to move the timeline ahead of schedule. Initial work was completed in 1 day. Inspection was completed soon after that and had a minor issue noted which was resolved within a couple of days. There was an unexpected issue with the dry-wall where they had to take out more than originally planned. They covered the cost of repairing that. I'm still awaiting a final 2nd inspection and hook up to the service provider but am anticipating that will happen soon. One team member helped on a non-related electrical job at the house and went above and beyond for the work that was done. I also liked the ability to pay this company on-line.

The job went well. The plumber ,Mark, did a good job. Very professional and did a good job of cleaning up worksite.

Everything went great, the technician they sent was a expert in the field and was able to answer any questions that I threw at him. I will specifically request that they send him again.

Ryan showed up at the designated time, explained the maintenance plan to us, and went to work servicing both units. He was very nice, and acted very professionally. He also explained how emergency services could be acquired if needed.

I purchased a big deal for an electrical inspection and small repair on Saturday afternoon, for $249 on Saturday, asking for service sometime this week. This morning, Sunday, the lights were flickering in my home, and I tried to reach Kite and Key to see if they could come out today. Their website indicated that the serviced 24/7. I did not receive any communication from them after I left two messages. I had to call another electrician, who did emergency repair and scheduled a return repair on Monday. Therefore, I will not be needing the services of kite and key.

Robert, the technician, was awesome! Very professional, friendly and thorough. During checkup he was able to identify and correct a few minor problems we were having, all at no extra charge. What a bargain for $49! Will definitely use this company again.

Chris did a good job of explaining what was wrong with the system, but failed to do any cleaning as the coupon stated! I was only made aware of this when I paid another contractor $75 to come out for an estimate, just to tell me that a cleaning would have made the unit perform better and easier to diagnose. I ended up not even getting a second opinion for that $75.

Absolutely incredible experience From appointment scheduling to the service call itself, this provider showed a level of overall professionalism that I rarely encounter in the services industry anymore. It was easy to set up an appointment, and even reserve a Saturday time slot without having to wait many weeks. The service technician (Steve) was prompt, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. He was extremely thorough, explained everything he was doing, and even went above and beyond by taking a look at my faulty thermostat. I will without a doubt be using their services in the future.

I called Level A/C and Heating after Accurate Air said that they couldn't come out until next week. Kathy the receptionist at Level was so nice and accommodating. I called at 10:00 am and reported that there was water on my basement floor from the A/C unit. She said that someone would be out between 3:00 and 6:00. Chris called us and he arrived at 4:00. He told us that it could be a number of things, one of which would be replacing the entire unit, and that he had to do diagnostics the next morning after "thawing" it out all night. Instead, he went to the unit outside and found a (contactor?) part that was stuck. He replaced it and after having it off all night, woke up, turned it on and now is working perfectly. Would definitely hire them again.

Fantastic. Service experience from initial call to final follow-up call was first rate. To be specific, after speaking with the agent to make the apointment, I received a call to tell me the service tech was on the way. It rained that day and instead of cancelling the whole appointment, the service tech did his inside work and rescheduled his outside work. Received a call to say he was on the way for the outside work. The tech called me and provide a total systems review. Today, I received a call from the service department to follow up on the experience. What more can you ask for. Top rate service.

I did not get to deal with this company very long. The girl I talked to asked like she did not know the deal was going on. They were going to make me wait a month or charge more to do it now.
