Salesman was very knowledgeable and polite. All workmen were prompt, professional, and neat. The installation job was first class. Since this was a project switching from a heat pump to a gas system, it was done in several phases. They made sure each time we were fully functional. County inspectors made for some additional work that was done timely and without complaints. I will continue to use Level for servicing and other heating and plumbing needs.

They have an annual contract so they were out three or four months ago, probably. We have an annual contract; we pay upfront for that and I don't know what it is. They do a very good job.

The crew showed right on time at 0715 and started work at once. It took them until 1600 to complete the work but that included removing the old system, grading and installing a base for the new condenser unit. replumbing all lines into the house with larger capacity tubing. clearing away the old unit and redesigning the fittings to accept the new household unit, assembling and installing the unit, charging the unit, checking out all fittings, installing a new Wi-Fi capable digital thermostat, checking out the complete operation of the system and optimizing performance, and then removing all shipping materials and old heat pump materials. The crew was clean, neat, professional and very friendly. (Our dog would disagree but then everyone is dodgy to him!)

On April 18, 2016, I confirmed an appointment for plumbing, electrical, and heating for three technicians between 12pm-4pm for April 22, 2016. The day before the appointment, I received a call from the company to once again confirm the appointment. On the day of the appointment, I arrived at the property at 12:00 and waited until 4:15pm. None of the technicians showed. One neighbor said a technician showed up at 11:50pm, knocked on the door, and left a minute later. He was gone before I showed up. I never received an email or phone call to indicate a date or time change. I called the office and was told that it is very difficult to get three technicians out at the same time. First of all, I have never requested for three technicians be available at the same time. I requested three estimates and with a 4 hour block of time, there should not have been an issue with getting three technicians to show up. Furthermore, if an appointment block of time is between 12pm-4pm then the technician should have the common courtesy to stick around until 12:00pm or call the client to inform him/her that he arrived a bit early. I know more weight is given to reviews where work was actually performed. However, it doesn?t change the facts of this situation.

Excellent. They arrived on time each day. The cleaned up behind the installation. I obtained 4 estimates and chose Level. They were honest in their prices. I also purchased 1 ten year policy on the system from them.

Over all, a great experience. There were a couple of issues with the size of the units as quoted vs. as delivered, but they were promptly and professionally ironed out by Gina. The installation specialists, Charlie and Chris were awesome. They completed the installation in less than two days and did a great job explaining our new system and even walked us through our newly installed thermostat. They also left the house and yard immaculate. They even put up with 3 yapping dogs during the install. Sorry Guys! I would recommend Level to anyone who needs any type of HVAC work performed on there home.

I had already prepaid it. It was $114 for a summer and a winter check.

Both summer and winter maintenance checks on my HVAC equipment went extremely well. Both servicemen were extremely professional and took their work very seriously. Both found settings that needed to be adjusted to get back within manufacturer norms - as in, the original equipment installers during home construction did not validate all settings, to their discredit. I thought the price was a little steep but the length of time spent at my home if billed hourly would have exceeded the agreement cost, and the agreement gets me a good price discount on service and repair should something fail. So, one of the better moves I have made as a homeowner lately.

Ryan was prompt and professional. He did the complete check and covered what he did. The nice thing about this service provider is that they call with a time estimate, follow- up with a cll when the technician is on the way and send you info on the service reps before they arrive. It's a nice service and security process. It went the same way when they installed the new system 1 year ago.

I have had a lot of work with Level Home Services. I have a maintenance with heating and air conditioning. I find them reputable and show up when they are suppose to and clean up after themselves.

Robert at Level Heating and Air is an expert technician and very professional and congenial. Arrived early. Inspected two separate A/C systems and made adjustments to the settings of one. Left me feeling confident that my decision to purchase an annual maintenance/service agreement from Level was a good one.

Level Heating called me to let me know the technician was on the way. Steve arrived right on time. He was very personable and answered all my questions. He thoroughly cleaned both my inside and outside AC units. Steve noticed that the voltage absorption system was low and asked if I wanted to replace it. He explained to me the purpose of the voltage absorption system and said it didn't have to be replaced today but it would have to be eventually. I chose to have it replaced that day because I don't want my AC breaking down in the middle of Summer. Better safe than sorry. I will continue to use Level Heating for all my Heat Pump needs. I highly recommend them !!

Installation was very well done: Installers were punctual / respectful and everything was cleaned up afterward. After a year, we're still very happy with the system and the installation.

We got the installation scheduled without a long wait time. Installation took around 3 hours. The installer was very careful not track in mud and water (it was a rainy day), which we appreciated. The job was pretty straight-forward, although the initial installer seemed a bit sloppy. For example, he didn't really show us how to use it very well before he left. He also accidentally left the system in the closed position. We were fortunate to catch him in his car before he left, and we got these things addressed, but it would've have been nice if he were more careful. After a few weeks, when it was very cold outside and we had the humidity set at a relatively high setting, the system leaked water over our utility room, creating a big mess. I called Level and they sent someone out that day to fix (they reduced the water pressure going into the system). The company was very responsive, but the installer a bit sloppy.
