Description of Work: They installed a high quality hybrid system, 3 ton heat pump with oil burning furnace. I had a full tank when it was installed it is now the middle of January and I still have almost a half a tank of oil has already saved me almost $1,000 in oil. install took about 4 hours. Had two teams working on it very courteous cleaned up after themselves took old furnace and air conditioning unit with them couldn't be happier.

Description of Work: Level Home Services replaced our seventeen year old heating and cooling system. I reviewed five proposals from Angie's list providers and feel Level's proposal was the best value. The work was completed in one day and overall I am happy with the results, however, there were some issues. First, the installers did not properly reconnect the whole house humidifying system so the first time I tried to use it it did not work. This was corrected in a follow up service call. Also, the outdoor disconnect was not replaced and this will be corrected in the spring when the A/C system is serviced. The Lennox system is performing as advertised, however, we have not had very cold weather yet so I will update this review in a few months. These are not show stopping issues and would recommend Level to anyone considering a heating and cooling upgrade.

Description of Work: Hot water heater replacement. Went well once they got here but as far as getting 'emergency service' it doesn't exist. It may be that way with others as well but no hot water for 3 days is tough!!

Description of Work: We had a broken condensation pipe from the furnace. They were very prompt, we discussed the options, and he fixed the pipe. Might sound stupid but they used cloth boots over their shoes so not to mess up my house. I appreciated that.
