This is my 2nd opportunity dealing with this company...1st time was last year when they replaced HVAC unit for rental property. Reasonably priced for excellent service! This most recent occurrance...my tenant was without heat in her apartment. Opened a service call in a.m. and Level HVAC sent technician out within the hour. They diagnosed the problem and repaired it same day. Very professional, communicates effectively, cleans up after themselves and even provided a good discount!

They have been doing the maintenance work for a couple of years. I did shop around once and found that the price they charge me is very fair. They are reliable and punctual. They are very flexible with the tenant schedule as well.

Quick response and installation. Signed contract on Friday and work was completed on Monday.

Near the end of June, we noticed our air conditioning system wasn't being efficient anymore so we called for service (knowing we should probably just replace it since it was 18 years old). Robert came out and explained our options and we agreed to getting a new system but we would have to wait until July 12th to get on the schedule to have the work done. He serviced our old system that day to keep it running until July 12th. A few days later, the 100 DEGREE TEMPS SET IN!! AND IT WAS THE FOURTH OF JULY HOLIDAY WEEKEND!!! . . . our old tired unit kept cutting off !!! It was brutal during the day. But, Robert came out as soon as we called him even though it was the 4th of July, he had many emergency calls to handle, and was planning to attend a family picnic!!!!! Apparently, there was an electrical problem which kept shutting the unit down, so Robert rewired it and we were good to go. On July 12th the technicians came out and installed our new system and not a moment too soon. Temps continued to hit the high 90's and 100's for weeks but our new unit is VERY VERY efficient and keeps us VERY VERY comfortable. From start to finish, everyone was very, very pleasant to work with!! The technicians did a wonderful job installing the new unit and we have a 5 year service agreement with them to inspect the furnace and a/c each season. I am always very apprehensive about signing ANY agreements, (especially one for 5 years!) so even before Robert came to our home, I researched this company on the BBB's website and knew they have an A+ rating, That's why we could sign up on the spot. I feel very good about this transaction!! (I must admit, I did not shop around for price, but I believe it was in the ballpark). Robert is a very, very pleasant young man!! And knowledgeable, as were the technicians who did the installation. I will tell all my neighbors in Hunt Valley what a great company this is !!

Since purchasing this house two winters ago, we have had problems with our old heating system. On advice from the home inspector (before purchase), we had new electric circulator pumps installed and some valves replaced. This was done after a couple of months of living with the system and it never worked well afterward. Several plumbers, including the first one, tried to do minor fixes, but we were constantly getting airlocks in the pipes so the back of the house near the boiler was over 90 degrees and the front of the house was cold--no warmth in the baseboard units at all. Several times each week we had to purge air out of the pipes only to have the system lock up again in a few days. Level Heating and AC to the rescue! Mike listened carefully to understand the problem and added the correct types of valves in the right places. At last we have reliable heat!

Excellent. Tech was prompt, did a good job and took his time explaining to us what he did.

Excellent. The technician was very polite and every time he came in and out of the house, he ALWAYS remembered to cover his shoes. He explained everything and told us our heat pump was on its last leg, but no pressure to buy a new one. He added much needed freon and explained how everything worked.

The salesman was great, gave some good options and was very accommodating in scheduling the work. The installation was also very good and the units work well. They cleaned up after themselves and the pricing was much more fair than others from whom I received estimates.

I thought they did a great job so far and no problems.

The workers showed up on time. Both were very polite. When they were done one showed me how to use everything. Also they added a new pump and emergency switch which was not on the original invoice. When they left I could not even tell they did any work except for my new furnace. They did a wonderful job and I would hire them again.

Level was very professional in their quoting process and their installation. They did an excellent job, left everything clean and picked up. We had our entire house converted to gas and they had to run the gas pipe to the 2nd floor bathroom. They continue to come out twice a year to check on our Heat/AC system.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK PERFORMED. THE TECHNICIAN WAS PROFESSIONAL AND THOROUGH. THE COMPANY WAS ABLE TO SEND HIM THE SAME DAY I CALLED. THE PRICE SEEMED A LITTLE HIGH BUT THE SERVICE WAS VERY GOOD. THE COMPANY OFFERS A SERVICE CONTRACT WHICH WOULD LOWER THE ANNUAL MAINTENANCE COSTS.

THEY CHANGED OUR DUCT WORK AT MY WIFE'S REQUEST TO ACCOMMODATE HER STYLE FOR A FINISHED BASEMENT. THEY REPLACED BOTH INSIDE AND OUTSIDE UNITS WITH NEW ONES

LEVEL COMES OUT IN THE SPRING AND FALL TO PERFORM MAINTENANCE WORK ON OUR HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING UNITS. THEY REPLACE OUR FILTERS AND CHECK ALL OF THE ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS. THEY ARE PROMPT, COURTEOUS AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. IT GIVES YOU PEACE OF MIND TO KNOW THAT THE HEATING AND COOLING SYSTEMS ARE IN TOP WORKING CONDITION.

WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE FROM LEVEL HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING. THEY ARE VERY COURTEOUS AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. SERVICE OUR HOME TWICE A YEAR.
