Tech did thorough inspection, determined cause of noise and vibrations, and adjusted fan mounts. Provided several repair and service options that ranged from simple repairs to replacing entire furnace with periodic maintenance options. I elected least expensive option which solved the immediate problem. Have not experienced any issues since the repair was completed.

The estimate was given to us and everything was explained in detail, including all of the rebates available. The installation of the new heat pump was done within 3 days. The installers were courteous, neat, punctual, knowledgeable, and they cleaned-up their mess. A technician came back on the next day to make sure everything was working correctly. He registered the unit for warranty purposes, then connected the new WI-FI thermostat and showed us how to use it. We were given contact names and phone numbers if we had any further questions or concerns.

Technician showed up on time, called a few minutes before he Arrived. He was courteous and did the inspection and tuneup. Left a list of a couple of things that I may need to watch and should replace. There was no high pressue sales pitch just things I should keep on eye on. Overall good experience.

Andy is excellent. He is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He offers the type of customer service that is so often missing from other companies. We had Andy put in our generator as well and we found his cost to be less expensive than other companies. He really went the extra mile for us - we had an issue with the county inspector (not for anything he had done) and he helped us correct the issue. We had him come back to do some general work around the house and he was fantastic. Everything was done to our satisfaction. The only snag was that he had leave mid-day because of an issue at another site but he rescheduled the remainder of the work around my schedule and was excellent at returning calls and e-mails. I would definitely use him again.

The installation team was very professional and had our new furnace installed and operating in one day. We have been very satisfied with our Lennox product and how it has functioned. I have no hesitation in recommending Level Heating and Air.

Suddenly our 17 year old furnace and air conditioner leaked water and made grinding noises. We saw Level had an excellent record on Angie's list so we called them. Within hours Chris came and reviewed the situation, gave us detailed options and prices and spent at least an hour helping us with our choices. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and there was no pressure to buy a new system if we wanted to have them do repair work. Considering the extent of the damage and the age of the system, we chose to replace both appliances. He immediately got everything in place for the installation the next morning as we would be without heat. The system we chose was not available that soon so he said they would install the next higher priced system at the same cost as the one we had chosen. He was patient, friendly, and most professional. Ed and Charlie arrived the next morning and worked all day. They were also friendly, efficient, professional and thoughtful. When they finished, we had heat, and they cleaned up meticulously inside and outside. Chris came back the next day to be sure we were pleased, explain thermostat details, and finish paper work. From the moment we first contacted the office, until the last truck left, we were dealing with thoughtful, efficient, professionals. No one wants to have to buy a new system such as this, but if you do, call Level; they are the best!

Kite And Key Electric did a great job servicing my residential electrical needs, which included switching out a couple of lighting fixtures, altering a motion sensor floodlight, switching the bulb on another security light, and troubleshooting an issue with my sconces. Andy was courteous, creative and skilled. I had resigned myself to not being able to improve one fixture that had been installed off-center above a sink, but Andy had a creative solution and was able to identify a style of fixture that could be centered without having to patch the drywall. The charges were reasonable for the labor involved (Andy's assistant even ran out to pick up a new fixture so that I wouldn't have to schedule a second appointment for them to come to my house). Andy also gave me helpful advice about the varying quality of different bulb manufacturers. I would definitely call Kite And Key Electric again if I need further service in the future.

The owner chose not to provide turnkey service to include the purchase and installation of a standby generator. He was willing to install a generator, but I would have to purchase it elsewhere and obtain the necessary permits and inspections. I wanted one supplier to do everything so that if anything was wrong, I only had to go back to the one person. I did like the owner. He seemed very honest and straightforward. Had he been willing to take on the project in a turnkey fashion, I would have contracted him.

The generator installation requires the services of an electrician, plumber and county inspections of completed work. BG&E had to inspect the house to determine if the was sufficient gas service for the generator . The plumber had to install the necessary gas line to attach to the generator. County inspected the gas line installation. The generator was delivered and placed on its base. The plumber attached the gas line to the generator. The electrician installed the modifications to the in-house electric panel and then made the electrical connections from the electric panel to the generator. The connection of the generator to the exterior service panel and the initial test of the generator came next, The county inspector returned to inspect the installation and put an approval tag on the generator. The electrician reviewed the operation of the system and also explained that the generator would test itself every week at a specified time. He explained the maintenance requirements for the system and told us to call with questions or problems. The entire process took approximately 2 weeks due to weather issues and the scheduling of various trades and inspections. The results were expertly completed and we have the peace of mind of a whole house electric generator.

Just purchased a home (11 yrs old) and had Level out to do an overall check of my furnace and heat pump. Chris, the technician, was very friendly and invited me to follow him and ask questions as he did the check. He used a camera scope to inspect heat exchanger and when he found a crack, he ensured I saw it and understood the problem. Level's policy is to have another technician check this so another tech came out while Chris continued his inspection. I really liked this policy to ensure I'm not replacing what isn't broken. Was going to just replace the heat exchanger but Level worked with me to price out a new furnace lower than originally quote and at too good of a price to pass up. Technicians were on time, friendly, and knowledgeable and used foot covers to protect the carpet. Walked me through the inspection and the new furnace and ensured I understood everything before leaving. Would absolutely use again.

He cleaned my filter and performed a thorough checkup of the system. He opened up the panels, told me the approximate age of the system, and gave me an recommendations for an air filtration system. He discovered a minor issue which he explained how we could repair it on our own. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I would use this company again.

My air conditioning stopped working over Labor Day weekend. I placed a call on the Labor Day holiday, which was returned first thing the following morning. I was given a window of 11am-1pm for the technician to arrive. He arrived just after 11am, following a call about 10 minutes prior from the office letting me know he was on his way. He got right to work and had the problem diagnosed in 10-15 minutes. He explained clearly what needed to be replaced and took care of the situation in less than an hour. He wore shoe covers whenever he walked through the house. Overall, I was very happy with the service and would not hesitate to call them again.

It was done all in one day. The installers were on time and very efficient. They were followed a technician who was the person to do the hook-ups of the outside and inside units.

It went very well, everything was taken care of in atimely manner.

Level has been taking care of my heat pump for 3 years. After working for 12 years it started leaking refrigerant and I had a new one put in. It was in our condo and since space was limited, only one unit could be found that would fit inside our heater/AC closet. It was expensive but that was because it was an all-in-one unit. They came when they said they would, the installers worked neat and coordinated with my carpenter to help fit in a new vent through the wall and got my new unit started. They are a very good company to maintain your heater/AC. We will continue with them as our service company for our heating needs

I have had three generator estimates and they did something very different. They came into my house and turned off all my electricity. By turning off all my electricity, they were able to go into my meters and were able to see the actual amps that I use, which allowed them to see the size generator that I need. This actually saved me from getting a larger generator than what I needed. This saved me about $7,000. They are very professional and know what they are doing. They were punctual, professional, and highly responsive. I could not recommend anyone more highly than this company. I called them and they were able to come out the very next day.

The serviceman, Ryan Kyle, arrived on time, with boot covers in hand that, after introducing himself, immediately put on.I showed him where everything was, expressed my concerns and left him to do his thing. I could leave him as he impressed me a trustworthy. He performen his checks, found everything ok. He did relocate the heatpump's thermometer as it was providing too high a reading due to the sun. A very professional guy. Level was highly recommended to me.

Andy arrived on time and got right to work. He was very professional and immediately put me at ease. His pricing was reasonable and he did great work. I will definitely hire him again.

Quick response to my call. Had visit by salesman/installer and estimate within two days. A/C and furnace installed on schedule with good clean-up.

They are an excellent company. He wears shoe covers. He cleans up any messes afterwards. He explains everything.

They have been out to my house 3 times in the last 5 years. If there is such thing as perfect...they are. Don't call anyone else...call the best!

Called for service/repair of recently installed MItsubishi Slim-Line AC which I had not maintained since install in July 2009, and was not operating properly. The Slim-Line A/C was not responsive from the start - attirbuted to design; that is, unit would not immediately respond to input from remote thermostat control, however operation deteriorated to not operating at all. I did not choose the original installer, BG&E Home, as result of my growing disatisfaction with operation with this unit, they installed two other HVAC systemsin our home at same time - 4 & 4.5 ton Carrier Infinity units that operated well. Level Heating & Cooling repaired the Mitsubishi Slim-Line and performed maintenance for an extremely reasonable price , including correcting the improper connection (wiring of controllers) from original install. Result is that unit operates beautifully and I suspect at much lower operating cost, though needs to be observed over more months. Could not be more satisfied with repair work and turned around my opinion of the Mitsubishi Slim-Line unit, at one time thinking it was undersized. We'll see about winter operation, the more demanding test of the heat pump.

They are excellent and they are responsive. They are very reasonable to deal with. They are close and convenient as they are just down the street from us. They actually did the initial install for our house from the builder so they know the house and the layout and how it's configured.
