Description of Work: They performed a full system check on my A/C because it hadn't been running cold for the past couple months. The technician arrived on time and even called ahead. He did the check and then filled my near empty reservoir back up with freon. We flipped the system back on and I swear there were ice cubes falling out of my a/c vents it was so cold. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I will recommend Level Heating and A/C to everyone.

Asked about the air filter connected to our furnace which didn't seem to be working &said nobody used them any more.said there was mold in the system & also suggested several different packages they had to service our system. Realized that this was the same company that my daughter had to her house and they also told them how bad the mold was in their system & tried to sell them the same plans. As a side bar by daughter had another company come out and fix her unit for a fraction of the price. Also there was not a big mold problem as they had also been told. | |

Description of Work: Hired for furnace tuneup. In the process found a dirty sensor which was causing the furnace to misfunction.

Description of Work: Initially provided service call to repair failing central air conditioner. Subsequently installed a new central air unit. The job was well planned and implemented.

Description of Work: Had them out for diagnostics on my ac unit. The person that helped me schedule an appointment was very nice and got me on the books quickly. The technician that came out was prompt, very descriptive and gave us a full work up of what needed to be done.

Level was very professional and prompt in getting me back up and running. I have been using them ever since and am very pleased with their service and highly recommend them.

Description of Work: I had Level Air come out and estimate a repair on my air conditioner. They did the initial inspection that cost 79 dollars. They gave me many options for repair, from a basic fix, to a new system. After replacing the air conditioner blower motor myself, I had them come back and fix the condenser unit outside. They did that for 250 dollars. All and all, a good experience. Rob was nice and punctual and more or less easy to work with.
