Description of Work: All contacts with company reps and driver were professional and pleasant. Packers/loaders on departure end were excellent; team on arrival end not so much. Slight mix-up on arrival time. I had agreed with driver that he could spend Thanksgiving with his family in NC as that would then give me a few days after I arrived at destination to settle in. Apparently I should have informed the company as well because driver was told by them he had to deliver by original date -- he was sitting in front of the house as I drove up after my 2200 mile cross country drive. A few broken items no doubt because unloading team did not pay attention to "fragile" notations. I've not had time to make claim & probably won't

Description of Work: They moved our belongings from one house to a new house in January 2013. They were well prepared to wrapp all pieces of furniture, disassemble as needed and load the truck. The size of crew was sufficient and hard working. They started at 8am and took about 5 hours to pack up the 4 bedroom house. They did not take a break other than a 30min drive to the new house. All furniture was put in the new locations, unwrapped and assembled as needed.

Description of Work: They came out and seemed very professional. He did the walk through and took notes as expected. He gave me a rough estimate that seemed a little on the high side, but promised to give me a formal quote later hat evening or no later than the following morning. I NEVER heard back from these people. I was quite disappointed, especially given the rating they had. I went with another company.

Description of Work: A small local move of furniture from two locations to a new rental a few miles away. Both the estimate and scheduling, as well as move itself, went very smoothly. They were friendly and professional with their work. We had no complaints.

Both teams showed up as scheduled and worked well for the whole day, suggesting opportunities to ensure a successful move. We have our belongings in storage until September when we intend to request the same loading team for delivery.
