Description of Work: Perry Moving moved my 3/1 townhouse into a single family residence with two flights of stairs. There was also some last minute packing that wasn't completed, and they help with that (at the agreed upon hourly rate). Because of the unantcipated packing, they went over the estimate by a bit, and they let us know as soon as they saw that coming. The team lead was helpful and professional, and the guys worked non-stop from 9:30A until about 7:00P. No lunch breaks or anything. They were pretty careful with our stuff, though I did notice several minor damages (scuffs, scrapes, broken leg) on my dresser and bed. They were heavy items that had to be loaded up a long stairway, though, so I can't be too surprised. The damage list process was less than ideal, because they had me sign a form at the end of the move confirming no damages, and there was really no way I could properly inspect all the pieces right then, so be ready for that. Overall, though, the company was responsive from my first call through the move, and I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Description of Work: Horrible experience....supposedly one day to pack, took 4. delivery, they forgot about a fourth of our stuff, so we had to wait a week to get the rest. furniture broken. Initial estimate WAY off....they tried to make me pay for their mistake...the estimator was SOOOO off the mark, that it took 3 additional days to pack it all...when it should have been 1. Their workers complaining to us about their company...very horrible, terrible all around experience. Be careful of the estimator....as one of their workers said to me "yeah hes been underestimating alot lately" I will write a letter, explaining everything they already know) to Perry, Angies list, BBB and anyone else that will listen. Please do not use this service.....And in the end they tried to overcharge us...what a mikey mouse operation....
