This addendum to my review was written on 9/15/13.
Mr. Perry,
First off let me tell you how wonderful your packing and moving personnel was in preparing for my move.
Now comes the problem. My furniture was delivered to my new home on 11/15/13. The following week I received a call from Daniel telling me the pendulum to my clock was located but not delivered. During that phone call Daniel said he would "put it in the mail". Last month, sometime during the middle of December I called and asked to speak with David Lamb, not realizing
the first call came from Daniel. After explaining to David that I had not yet received my pendulum, he realized it was not he but Daniel that I spoke with.
According to David, Daniel was on the phone so David said someone would call me the next day. Of course I didn't receive a call, so the following week I called back and spoke with Daniel. He apologized profusely and put all the blame on himself that the pendulum wasn't mailed. I understood thinking I would receive it soon. Here is it the 15th of January, 2 months after the move and I am STILL waiting for my pendulum.
Do you have any idea when I might be receiving my pendulum? I certainly paid good money for packing, storage and delivery, including extra money on both ends due to the "non binding estimate", and I truly think 2 months is a little long to wait for a package to be delivered.
I might add that Angie's list will receive a copy of this email as an update to my original review.
