The team was on time and the three people worked until the job was complete. All had polite, pleasant personalities, and the packing was exceptional.

Fine. Punctual. Courteous. Hard working. Took longer but not guys fault- lots of steps.

It went outstanding. The crew was good. I had the same crew for moving in and out so they knew where everything went. They worked extremely hard and were very friendly. They kept all promises.

It was great! Postal and his crew showed up when they said they would, were patient when my wife walked them through the house highlighting what belonged to which stop. They had an extensive library to pack, a tremendous CD collection to pack, as well as misc. items throughout the house. They were efficient, professional, courteous, and couldn't have been nicer! My wife and I moved just a year ago ourselves and we wish we had been members of Angie's List then and could've found Perry Moving. They provided 4 men for the job and were just as good at the end of the day as they were in the morning. To top off the experience, the final bill was LESS than the estimate! How often does that happen?! We would have no problem recommending this company. Well done!

The team was very friendly and professional. Every one of them (Bobby, Peter, Frosty, Doug and Charlie) took great care in packing and moving. They were a pleasure to be around for the two days of the move! They also worked to minimize cost for our complicated move. I highly recommend the company and would use them again in a heartbeat!

Let me just say...this company is wonderful & amazing. I did a lot of research before I decided to go with Perry. They stood out amongst the other companies as they could provide everything needed for this move. When I first spoke to them over the phone..I felt very good and re-assured of their professionalism. This..above all was very important...as I am a Home Stager and also was the home manager for clients that were moving. I needed a company that could pack, store and move out of state. Perry could and did..with the utmost care and quality anyone could ask for! When Sam came out to do the initial estimate he was very professional and very reassuring of being able to move the clients prized possesion...their grand piano...we knew then this company was the one to go with. The first day of the move when the crew came to pack...was even better than expected..they handled all of my clients very expensive oil paintings and porcelaines with the most care. Everything was packed so well, we could of thrown it down the hill and it wouldn't of broken!!! They took their time to make sure everything was secure...from the smallest to the largest of items..and some were...very large, they made boxes to fit said item! Everyone of them worked hard, very caring to provide a relaxed atmosphere for my client. I, was very impressed by the entire group...there was 4 of them. The day of the move was met with as much expertise as possible..Not one item...including the piano was damaged...not a nick, crack...etc. This crew was also very proffesional and caring and understanding. Both crews...the packers and movers, worked hard, cared about the client and worked very well with me as the Home Manager! I had everything ready for them, which was a plus for all concerned! This was the best moving experience I have ever had with a moving company on this level. I can't say enough about Sam and his crews. This company will have my business as long as I am a Home Stager! They came with the moving truck and loaded it during the morning. They had to retape some of the boxes. Two specific things that would have been nice to know is that they wouldn't move cleaning supplies and the specific way the boxes needed to be taped. Took apart a bed and put it back together after moving. They properly protected the equipment. They were friendly.

The crew arrived on time and were extremely courteous and helpful. They worked hard getting everything loaded and unloaded and took good care of all of our valuables, wrapping them with bubble wrap and furniture blankets. At the new house there were 2 minor to semi minor dents on a wall and a door frame that I am currently in negotiations with the mover on. Only issue I have is the estimate and then the time it took to complete it. The original estimate was 7-9 hours for the move, at which point I was told the 9 hours is the high point. We moved a bunch of boxes, clothes and fragile items our self prior to the move in what we thought would reduce the time spent. The actual move then took 10 hours and at times it was pretty obvious the crew had been instructed to hit the high end mark as they would "take their time" at certain points of the move. Overall the crew was good and very professional at what they did. Our reasoning for the B rating is for the estimate and time it took for the move which we think reflects ownership direction to the crew. Would recommend them to others but with the caveat to expect to pay the upper end of the price range of the estimate.

By far the best move we have ever been involved in. We have moved both nationally and local now several times and Perry Moving did an excellent job from start to finish. I had concerns because of previous issues with local movers, and I let the folks at Perry now this. But they came through as advertised...ON TIME and ON BUDGET. Not only that the 6 crew members who did the move and the 2 that did the packing were excellent. yes they use too much paper to wrap some items but better safe than sorry and on move day the crew did all the little things that help you settle into the new home. I started out getting 3 estimates, all from folks on this list, I went with Perry, not so much on price, (they were in the middle for a quote) but because of the excellent customer service follow through, both by the salesperson Diana, and by those at the office. The 2 packers came ontime on a Monday and we moved on Tuesday. Two trucks, six guys. Took what needed to be taken apart at one end and put back together at the other end!. Moving sucks anytime...this crew from Perry really made the physical move as painless as possible. Next time I will just call Perry!

We had a very good experience with Perry from start to finish. Everyone from the office to the movers was great to work with. The move went smoothly with no damage to packed items. The movers were extremely careful both in packing and unpacking. They were on time, delivered within the time window given, and were under budget. We would not hesitate to recommend.

They didn't send out the estimator and did not show up for the appointment or call me. I had reserved a moving date (3) weeks in advance. They somehow blamed me for the estimator not showing up and then told me they would not have space to move me on the requested date of June 29th.

Everyone from the office to the moving staff was friendly and courteous. The movers were careful in both packing and unloading. We had no breakage or damage. Final cost came in under estimate. They arrived on time, and delivered in Florida within the time frame given. Would not hesitate to recommend or use again.

5 stars! Fantastic! It's a very customer-oriented company. Everybody we dealt with went out of their way to help us. Everything was well-packed. We had items that needed special packing which they handled expertly. I asked the driver, James, when the van was being unloaded if he could do something for me & he stated we are here to help you. Great all-around customer service. Dianna Oliver was our point of contact with the company. She went out of her way to get the best possible rates. When James & his crew were done unloading the truck & unpacking our furniture they removed all the packing items. If I had to move again I would definitely use Perry. I highly recommend them.

The packers were not as friendly and courteous as the moving team and 1 of the 3 packers did not do a good job. He threw hard and soft items in boxes randomly leaving a mess when unpacking but only two items broken (unfortunately one was of sentimental value and I had forgotten to pack and move myself) and a ton of wrinkled dresser scarves. One other spot of dissatisfaction: the packers mislabeled a box which caused us to lose shelves to a china closet until we had unpacked all of the large boxes (much sooner than we had planned to do as we looked for the shelves). I did not contact provider though because I had broken down and recycled all of the boxes without paying attention to the packer's initials. Unfortunately, I had already completed survey giving them high marks so providing additional feedback was not easy unless I chose to call specifically to share feedback. The less than stellar packing was offset by the rest of the team. Now for the good - moving team was awesome! Professional, courteous, friendly, helpful, proactively checked on where to put things if they thought I might not be happy with the location I had suggested originally. I cannot say enough about how impressed I was with the teams that loaded and unloaded the furniture. They filled every nook and cranny of the moving van and took special care of the furniture and art. Delivery to the new home went great too! They did not scratch the Brazilian wood floors and were fantastic at working huge pieces through standard doorways and around corners. All is all, I was very happy with their services. I have moved many times and seen quite a variety of quality in the moving teams. My suggestion is to take a look at what packers are doing while they are doing it (if you can - I was tied up on work conference calls so I did not see the issues until I was unpacking).

They provided an excellent service.

They packed everything. I had a lot of boxes packed but they wrapped things that needed to be wrapped and they broke down the furniture. I thought they did a good job of taking care not to damage anything, not tracking in any dirt. They were very pleasant to work with. The 2 men that drove the truck down were very professional and did a good job loading everything into a storage unit. It was reassuring and they did what they said they were going to do. They took a good inventory. They made sure I had a list of everything. They were good at communicating, both the people on the phone and the people at my house. They did a good job from start to finish. They were recommend to me from the BBB and they lived up to that recommendation.

This was a local move done by 3 men in one day. All furniture and boxes were loaded on the truck while we loaded garmet boxes. They were willing to very carefully package some fragile items I was afraid to tackle. The truck was loaded by noon and they followed us out to my new townhouse by 12:30. The stairs were tight but all items were moved with no marks on walls or damage to items. They brought garmet bags upstairs coordinating with our ability to empty them. They quickly broke them down and carried them away making it much easier for us to continue. The final price was LESS than the estimate and very reasonable! The most important aspect of the move was the kind and very courteous behavior on the part of Eric and Kenny, the latter of whom we all hugged as he left. I highly recommend Perry for any packing, moving and storage you may have. You cannot find a more courteous , efficient and inexpensive mover!

They arrived on time with a three man crew. Two of the guys were great and worked very hard. They young guy in charge, spent more time on the phone and in my bathroom, then he did working. Then they charged me $50 an hour for each of the three guys. Once my belonging were packed up and taken to their facility to be stored, I later found out it was going to cost me $200 a month for storage. If I had known this, I would have had my things stored at another storage facility and saved myself some money.

It went GREAT. The men showed up on time and we in and out. Really knew how to work well with each other and us. Great people working there.

Once our SFH sold, we hired Perry Moving to pack and move us to our new home (a local move). The packing was roughly $2000 (including all supplies) and the moving was approximately $2000. Our home was approximately 2800 sq ft. The packers were extremely thorough -- they wrapped everything and we had no breakage. In fact, they wrapped/packed the kitchen so well, that it took me 8 hours to unpack it at our new home! The movers were courteous and efficient -- they took great care to protect the house that we had just sold and to protect the house that we were moving into. Overall, it was a great experience and I would hire them again.

It went very well! The guys were polite, punctual, hard working, fun and careful with our furniture. We would certainly use them in the future!

Called to get an estimate for an office move. Rich came out to my office the next day, and after evaluating what needed to be moved, and taking a look at where the new office was, he emailed an estimate and followed up with a phone call to explain in detail the proposal. The estimate was half the price of what another company offered. After securing Perry Moving, I received a phone call the day before the move to confirm the move and provide an window of time when the movers would meet me. The morning of the move, I received a phone call from the movers with an estimated time of arrival. We had three professional movers come to our office. They worked efficiently and diligently. The movers wrapped certain pieces to protect them during the move, and dissembled some of the office furniture. Once everything was packed up, we went to the new office building. Before they began unloading the furniture, they protected the entrance way, carpet on the stairs going upstairs to where the new office was located, and a slate landing a short way up the initials steps. The new office was upstairs, and they displayed care and attention when bringing in the items not to hit or swipe the walls or doorways. They were very attentive to that, which was very much appreciated. The movers placed all furniture and equipment in its exact spot. At the end, they made sure everything was assembled and placed in its new home appropriately. The movers actually moved faster than the original estimate gave them, which lowered the final price of our move. Our movers were courteous and extremely hard working. It was such a relief to trust our moving experience to a reliable and professional company, such as Perry Moving.

When they first arrived, all three of the movers introduced themselves to me. They were very friendly, then they went straight to work. They carefully looked over their job carefully, came up with a strategy and began. They were very careful to make sure that all carpets were covered properly so that they did not track dirt from outside. They brought plenty of extra resources, tapes, moving blankets, mattress covers and dollies. They cover everything that needed to be covered and carefully moved all items to the truck. There were even some extra pieces in my car that needed to go to storage and they also moved that aboard the truck. At the storage facility they packed all items neatly. they carefully placed items, not overstacking or pressing other items against fragile boxes or furniture. The remaining items were taken to a new location and agin with swift and carefuly work, they were done. All the work done within 4 hours. Two hours less than expected.
