She was very pleasant to speak with, and I was very much looking forward to using Perry Moving & Storage to move my home. At first they were very responsive, and a representative came out asap to perform the estimate. However, there was never any follow through after our meeting.

The worst move I ever made! In print and online this mover claims: ?remarkable service? ?help people in the stressful situation of moving? ?complete customer satisfaction? ?make your move?stress-free? The move was extremely stressful due to their lack of response and consideration from the time the contract was signed until delivery. I have a complete chronology of the terrible experience, space is not sufficient and I won't bore you with the details. Expected more ? received less! Total lack of communication and follow-up. They asked for a quality survey before packing was completed, before loading and before delivery. Damage to dresser corner (stressed wood split) and side scratched. So much for reduced stress by using Perry Moving. There has been no contact with Perry since August 6, 2015. They don?t care??!!

Alfred, Anthony, Tony and Doug were extremely proficient and respectful to me during this stressful ordeal. They should be excellent role models for your company.

Excellent-arrived on time. Courteous, professional, patient, expert handlers of goods, excellent suggestions to a frustrated mover (from moving).

Packing crew was on time and did a fantastic job. Enjoyed having them in our home. Different crew did the loading/delivery/unloading and were fantastic also. We can't over state how impressed we were with the personnel and the job they did.

Great experience using Perry Moving in Jessup, MD. Their interaction and attention to detail was phenomenal. Link was the sales agent and he was great. Although he had a personal commitment on a Saturday he met with us that morning to answer some questions we had and to make sure everything was quoted to our satisfaction. Our packers were James. Neal and the crew chief Don. Very careful and took their time. Didn?t rush through the job and kept us informed so we knew how things were going every step of the way. On moving day we had a crew of 4, Doug, Tony, Demetric and Al (crew chief and driver). Again took great care in moving all the items and there were no marks or nicks on the house we were leaving caused by any of their work. On move in day we had a double-header some items to an apartment and some to long-term storage. Although the crew had a very rough previous day, they made the trek from Maryland to North Carolina and had us completely unloaded by 9:00 PM. No small feat. This was Doug, Tony and Al (crew chief and driver). There wasn?t damage to any items that Perry had packed and moved. Everything arrived safe and sound. I?d also like to thank their Vice President, Tara, and others that were probably behind the scenes but who?s names I do not know. A big THANK YOU to everyone. I would highly recommend Perry anytime you are thinking of using a moving company. They definitely exceeded expectations.

It took a long time (no fault of the crew) and they were very hard working and professional.

The first day of the packout, they arrived 2 1/2 hours later than expected. The office staff seemed surprised by Washington DC traffic. The crew itself was great - professional, friendly, and fast. The next day, the truck arrived a day before expected, which was great and allowed them to split the heavy lifting. Due to uncertainty of delivery a couple weeks later in Charleston, we even worked with the office to have them hold our stuff and deliver when we wanted rather than have it go to another moving company and be at their schedule's mercy for delivery. However, something happened in the office that the expected delivery of 1 or maybe 2 July got delayed. When pressed a couple of times per day on the 30th, 1st, and 2nd, the officer staff we spoke with were extremely confused. They were unclear if our goods were on a truck, if so where that truck was, when it could be in South Carolina. Once again, the movers themselves made up for confused and too-busy-to-be-bothered office staff by being great when they arrived. They worked hard, moved our good where we wanted them, and removed the cardboard. I would use them again, but the office staff should value passing along information. Even bad news is better than confusion and the appearance of hiding something.
