Excellent service. Recd a call to confirm time of arrival, gentlemen were efficient, courteous, friendly, and very careful with our belongings

They were personable. They packed up things pretty good. They were very efficient and quick. That is what liked about them that they were able to pack the entire house. My interaction with them was good. The move turned out good. There were a few broken pieces that I found. I think when they transported the stuff from the truck to the warehouse and then, to a truck again, some or very large items were broken. I was upset about that so I am going to make a claim on my insurance about that. The price was appropriate.

A family owned company that cares about their family of customers. Rich Perry called me personally to ensure that I receive superior service. Supervisor Bobby was spectacular on my last move, and treated by belongings as if they were his own personal items. The only problem is now that I live in Florida, I don't know who to call for my next move!

Perry Movers arrived at 9am and did a walk-thru to see what was where. Each member of the 6 man crew introduced themselves. They were quick, but careful with our antiques. They padded all furniture and were especially careful with the boxes marked "fragile." They used 2, 26ft trucks and 1 smaller one for all of the house, office and garage contents. The total move time was 9am - 7:30pm. We bought lunch for the crew and also a nice bonus for each crew member. Their attitude and courtesy was excellent. Always a smile and good working relationship among each other. The crew was led by Robert, and included Coke, Big Ed, Evan, Steve, Chris, and a 7th member came to help the move in named Markie. All were very enjoyable to work with and our stress was very much minimized because they worked so well together. Overall we were completely satisfied and would highly recommend this company for any type of move. There was no damage to anything. The move in was great, always asking where we wanted items placed. One side note: it's Perry company policy to not do any washer/dryer hookups or prep for moving. They will help disassemble desks and such. But will not touch anything electrical or plumbing oriented. This was not a problem for us at all as we had already prepped these types of items for moving. Just know that most movers will not get involved in these areas due to liability issues.

We find them to be the mover of our choice. We're very satisfied. On a 1 to 10, I would give them a 10. The cost is what it is. It's not one of those situations where the people moving you quote you a price and when they get you where you're going, they're going to up the price. That's not the case with Perry.

Movers arrived on time, moved everything efficiently. Goods were undamaged.

The move out went great. They ended up packing more of my stuff than anticipated because I couldn't get it all done myself. The move back in went great too. They figured out how to get our couch through our back window because it wouldn't fit through the front door. BUT we are missing boxes and the company actually called us a few months later and told us that they had our DVD player and remote and returned it to us. We still never recovered all of our items and it is hard to know exactly what was missing because there was so much time between packing and unpacking, but I know there was a box of kitchen items missing for sure. Obviously there was something going on with theft or organization to be able to find our DVD player months later. I'm not sure what happened. They never gave me an explanation.

Both crews were very pleasant. Nothing was broken or damaged, including walls, which I thought was amazing. Set up the furniture properly. Came in under estimate for both packing (reduced number of boxes) and moving (8 hours instead of 9) for a total of $600 under estimate.

I couldn't be happier with the service and professionalism of Perry's moving service. When the "other" moving service cancelled on the morning of the move, I called Perry and they were able to quickly assemble a team and truck. They kept me informed of status all along the way. Within 3 hours of my call, a full crew was at the door. While I had packed most of my items, Perry moved all the large furniture and packed boxes of a 3 bedroom townhouse from one location to another (2 miles apart). They also quickly dismantled 3 beds and reassembled in the new location. All this work was done efficiently, professionally and cleanly by a crew of 3 very polite guys in about 2.5 hours. I would definitely call them again for my moving needs!

Perry Moving & Storage of Jessup, Maryland was excellent and we apologize for the late review. We moved from Maryland to Texas in October of 2014. All of the staff and movers were courteous and professional throughout the process. Nothing was broken and the movers spent a considerable amount of time putting floor padding down in both homes to protect the floors. We highly recommend Perry Moving & Storage.

Prompt and professional. They had the mirror wrapped and ready to go before our scheduled time to meet at the store. Even though we were only going two miles, they wrapped the mirror like it was going cross country. They carried the mirror to the second floor, placed it where I wanted it, and took all packing materials with them.

Perry Moving and Storage provided a competent, thorough and prudently priced service for our move from Anne Arundel County, Maryland to Scotland County, North Carolina. They moved for us, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room with bar, office and 4 sheds of equipment and patio furniture. The estimate process was rather cumbersome due to us, several times, changing our needs. Diana the estimator and Rich the owner were very nice about it and helpful in explaining our options and providing price quotes. The final price was less than the quote. That never happens!! They provided recycled boxes and packing paper. Another cost savings for us! We ended up having Perry pack our fragile china, figurines, artwork and televisions. They also packed our kitchen and fit a Chevy Avalanche pickup truck on their truck. Tara was our corporate contact person during the move. You would have thought she was in the same room with us for as much as she kept in touch. We can find no fault with the packing crew, having just unpacked our last box and found nothing broken. The moving crew did a tremendous job. The moving out and in days were rainy. They appropriately protected our floors of carpet, hardwood, laminate and tile. An extremely heavy bar was hauled up a flight of stairs without any nicks to walls. We were concerned for the top man doing the majority of lifting, however scary, it was successful and cheers rose at the bars placement in our new game room. We can't be anymore grateful for the wonderful group of people who make up Perry Moving and Storage

Four guys delivered our stuff on time. They were very nice and friendly, but they also did their job with no issues.

Moving from a home in Maryland to a new home in Florida is an overwhelming and stressful undertaking. Perry's Moving and Storage helped make this a much easier task. They are a professional organization and performed flawlessly. They understood my needs and took care of everything. I hope I don't have to move again, but I would use Perry's Moving and Storage again in an instant.
