We were nervous about spending so much money on our home remodel and wanted to work with a reputable company who wouldn't rake us over the coals on our budget. After a lot of research (months) and going back and forth between doing it ourselves through Home Depot and "handy man" friends installing everything, we decided to take the frustration and stress out of it and let the professionals do the job. We liked Capital's responsiveness at the beginning (quote) stage all the way through the end of the installations. Every time I asked about the time frame for completion of part of the job, their head guy was honest about it. The workers were neat and tidy...no cigarette butts or lunch trash left behind (can't stand that !!) for me to clean up. I've had so many friends complain about how poorly their renovations were handled, and how messy the crew was; which was why we had thought about just doing it ourselves. If you want to be treated well, work with true professionals and are picky about quality and value for your money then Capital Remodeling is who you want to do the work. We have never had more compliments about our gorgeous home, and it's all thanks to them. Well, we do have pretty good taste in decorating too.
Description of Work: We purchased a modest home in need of major renovations. After consulting with seven other companies, the professionals at Capital Remodeling really wowed us with their competitive prices and attention to detail (we are very picky). They did it all...windows, roofing, siding, kitchen cabinets and countertops, as well as the bathrooms ! One stop shopping was great because we could just sit back and enjoy watching our home become beautiful after we selected our cabinetry, siding windows, etc. They took the stress out of this major renovation and communicated with us very well along the way. Some other local companies didn't even return our phone call for several days. We couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the work that Capital did !

We met a representative from Capital Remodeling at the Annapolis Home Show. We discussed getting a kitchen remodel. The rep pushed hard to get an appointment scheduled to come out to our home. We agreed, but I wanted to check out the company once I got home. I noticed on Angie's List some of the comments said they were a real hard sell company, which isn't our style. Anyway, my husband and I decided to cancel with them, particularly since we had found other companies at the home show who seemed to fit us. When I called to cancel, they pressured me not to cancel and were determined not to let me off the phone. I ended up getting irritated and ended the call. I made it clear I was not interested. They called back the next day to see when I would like to reschedule. I said I had already cancelled and did not want to reschedule again. I don't know what it would have been like, if they had come to our home, but I didn't like the pressure they were giving me. Glad I cancelled and even happier they haven't called again.

We called them out several times and were told each time that the Warranty had expired, so they'd have to charge us more money to fix anything. We called last year when we discovered the pools of water on the floor after every shower (while guest were here). They said they were real sorry, but there's nothing they can do at this point. Too much time has past since the install.
Description of Work: We had two bathroom showers removed and new tile, shower pans & hardware installed. We also had an oversized tub installed in our master bathroom. We hesitated to do the whole bathroom because we felt the price was too high. We planned to have them come back later to do the rest. The tile was uneven to begin with & had to be taken apart and reinstalled. The seal on the frameless shower door never met when closing to avoid water from spraying out. Trouble with the hardware as well. The basement shower door was installed upside down. Last year we called them out when we discovered the leaking in the basement shower (pools of water after every shower). The told us that the warranty on their work had expired (even though I am looking at the paperwork for Mr. Mark J. Vandegrift, General Operations Manager, which states that unlike other companies they have a Lifetime Warranty that actually means something. We recaulked the shower, but mold stated to grow on the outside wall near the floor. Now we have leaking from the master bath shower causing mold on the door frame & coming through to soak the carpet. Guess that Lifetime Warranty really doesn't mean anything, so now we are searching for help with these two bathrooms we just paid $15,000 for 3 years ago.

WHAT A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I will start by making a recommendation to anyone who reads this: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The people they send to your house are NOT contractors, are NOT remodeling professionals and do NOT have any construction experience whatsoever. They are high-pressure salespeople who treat a remodeling project the same way they would treat selling you a new suit. I did not sign up for a time-share presentation or to be pitched ideas for penny stocks to invest in, I wanted a professional to come by to discuss some of my remodeling a design ideas and give me a qualified opinion and estimate. What I got instead was an arm-twisting presentation that lasted almost three hours, with the sales rep providing me with three numbers for my kitchen remodel - around $22,000 good for the next 12 months, around $21,000 good for the next 30 days and around $18,500 good if I sign TODAY. Seriously? I told the sales rep from the start that I am at the stage of interviewing contractors and soliciting bids. If I knew this was their sales tactic I would make sure these guys were the LAST ones I spoke to, in order to be able to make an informed decision, but no one told me anything to that fact. This is not even mentioning the fact that all of the prices quoted were SIGNIFICANTLY higher than what the cost should be given the work we are looking to get done. When I politely indicated to the sales rep that I have absolutely no intention of making a decision tonight, he got on his cell phone to call his and quot;managerand quot; to discuss me and our conversation with me standing right in front of him, complaining that I was not willing to sign anything right away, and asking for suggestions on and quot;offersand quot; he can make. Seriously. Used cars sales and time share sales tactics. The sales rep then went as far as to try to force me to tell him the other bid amounts that I had received in order to keep haggling with me. I was having none of it and wished him a good night. To add insult to injury, the first thing that the sales rep did on arrival was damage my hardwood floors right in front of the kitchen with the utility dolly that he used to drag about 200 pounds of samples of tile and granite into my condo. People, HELLO, this is why you have a show room. When I call a contractor for an estimate it is because I am trying to make the place I live nicer and better. I do not expect the person I call to start our conversation by damaging my property. Thus the and quot;Fand quot; for professionalism. Oh, and the sales rep was almost 40 minutes late with no call ahead and no apology. and quot;Cand quot; for punctuality - they did show up eventually! Needless to say, I have NO intention of using this company in the future.
Description of Work: Requested provider to come by for a free estimate of remodeling our kitchen, bathroom and doing some other repairs around the house. On arrival, the sales rep flat out refused to discuss anything but the kitchen since it was the "priority" project so we just went with that.

I found the entire experience very positive. From the first visit with the salesperson to the finished product. Their sales philosophy is to get the best price, you need to be willing to sign the contract that day. As long as you are aware of this and prepared to do so, things went very smoothly. The sales office worked with me around my roof replacement in terms of scheduling the window installation when it was convenient for me. The gentleman who did the measuring was prompt, polite and professional. The installation office contacted me on several occasions to make sure we were on track for the installation. The installers were great. Very efficient, polite and professional. They were respectful of my home and did a fine job of clean up after the installation. The windows look great and I couldn't be more pleased. I would definitely recommend Capital remodeling and Vytex windows.

The estimator called an hour before the appointment to explain the prices on the Advertisement to me. After I realized that the prices on the advertisement were'nt the prices that I would wind up paying, I canceled the appointment. Now I see why they empahsized that my spouse should be present during the estimate, because the cost would be significantly higher than the amounts on the advertisement.
Description of Work: I made an appointment for an estimate based on their advertisement that I've seen in several publications. They also go by the name "Bath Guys". Some of the sameads state Capital Remolding Inc, and some state Bath Guy's. Anyway, the ads are VERY Misleading. The ads list the discount amount and not the actual price. Also the picture that they use depicts a high end job, not a standard job.

I had a tough time building trust with them. All window companies have a gimmick and there's is to have the sales rep give a story about being a manager that infrequently does site visits trying to unload a certain marketing budget in one go. I read it in other customer reviews. The sales rep was pretty nice and helpful as I tried to verify all of their product claims. Their product isn't listed on the NFRC website and their life-time warranty didn't cover labor or installation until I argued that it should. I signed the contract on , but used the 72 hour cancellation window to break it. The sales rep during the presentation never mentioned the 72 hour cancellation clause during the review of the contract. It was only when I said I'd want more time to verify various claims that he said something to the effect of and quot;I probably shouldn't tell you this, but we do have a 72 hour cancellation window.and quot; After the fact, that stuck with me. I both mailed in the cancellation form and emailed the sales rep a photo copy of it, but he didn't respond for two days after the fact. For me, I just couldn't get comfortable with them in the end and it was harder than I thought it should be to get information. They haven't returned my deposit so I have to check my checking account for the next month or so until the check expires.

Capital Remodeling was the first company to give us a quote on replacing our windows. I had been through a sales pitch with them in the past on my kitchen remodel, so I was familiar with their technique of presenting a and quot;regularand quot; quote and then a quote that is good only if you sign the contract the day of the sales pitch. Prior to this appointment and when the salesman first arrived, I asked them to not even present me with the and quot;day-ofand quot; quote because I would be interviewing multiple companies. The saleman gave me an overview of the company and the windows (which seem like a good product). Everything was going really well until we got to the pitch. Even though I asked him multiple times not to, he went through the process of presenting me with 3 quotes - 1) within the next 12 months, 2) within the next 30 days, and 3) if I signed a contract that day. The difference between the 30-day quote and the and quot;day-ofand quot; was significant, almost like it was too good to be true. The saleman explained the reason for the difference was that someone else would have to come back out to my house to get me to sign a contract (I guess they don't send documents electronically like 99% of the other businesses out there). We obviously did the prudent thing and did not sign a contract on the day of the visit, even though the salesman kept pushing it. I emailed the marketing group at the company the next day and told them we would not be using them, specifically because of their sales technique and that we thought something was fishy about the difference in the multiple quotes. I did not hear anything back for him on any other representative of the company. It does not make the company look very trustworthy and I will definitely use another company for my job.

A month or so before a salesman came out to give me a sales pitch. He gave me the hard sell. Gradually revealed details about financing and other issues gradually and didn't come out in the open during the start. A few weeks later an installation crew came out on a Friday evening to remove and install the new patio door. They arrive late due to traffic in the area. The installers were very pleasant and worked well and efficiently. They did a good job installing the door. The worked on it to make sure it fit and worked right and looked good. The door looks good and has worked well so far. It works very well at keeping the heat out and has made it warmer in cold weather although it doesn't work as well at keeping out cold weather as it does warm weather. The product is kind or high on the price scale.

Got all 6 windows replaced with top of the line double pane Argon filled windows. Pricing was not rock bottom and had to haggle for even the average price we got. The work was arranged and completed without a hitch. The people who did the work did it quickly and with no apparent corners cut. All windows seem solid and no leeks or missing insulation. They also cleaned up after themselves efficiently and completely. Financing was straight forward and fast.

They take a really hard-sell approach and do the whole and quot;sign today and you get this special dealand quot; blah blah. First they show you a high price tag, like $50,000 for a kitchen, and then say, but if you sign today and you agree to be our neighborhood model, we'll give you the kitchen at the amazing price of $30,000. Which is what the kitchen remodel is worth to begin with, according to other contractors we've asked for a quote. They'll come for a consultation and won't leave. For three hours. Then they say they'll come back with kitchen designs. When they come back, they just mill around until you say, why are you here? You don't have designs, it's nearly bedtime, the kids are yelling, i have work to do and just 30 minutes to spare. And they look at you, and say, i have designs. But they don't take them out yet. And then stay for three hours. We asked for references during both visits. And got exactly none. We pointed out the lousy Angie's List reviews during their second visit and asked them to respond. The best they could do was to denigrate Angie's List. I can't describe how annoyed and p***** off we were at this company when we were finally done with this and quot;consultation.and quot; The whole experience just left us with a really greasy feeling. It really felt like they just wanted our signature on a contract -- and i shudder to think what their service would have been like if we actually had them do the work. To be fair, they did spend time thinking about our kitchen space and came up with some good ideas. Except my husband and i had already reached many of the same conclusions. Avoid them at all costs.

Our project manager walked through the process with my wife and took carefull measurements nearly two months before the work was actually able to start. He estimated a week to 10 days for the job (Due to a series of problems, poor communication with us and between their own work crews, and overbooking their crews for multiple jobs, our project ended up taking 5 weeks to complete.). On the scheduled start day, August 6th, 2012, the demolition crew arrived and began tearing down the wall and removing the door to the walk-in closet. They took out the bathtub, old vanity, medicine cabinet and hardware (towel rods, etc.). Our Project Manager did not arrive that day to let us know what to expect. The Project Manager did not arrive the second day. The work crew took out the toilet and turned off the water, but didn't block off the sewer pipe correctly, so our house filled with the odor of sewer for that entire afternoon and evening until they finally sealed it off. Throughout these first two days, the crew's foreman would ask my wife or myself questions about the placement of things even though they had a completed packet with drawings that the Project Manager had created. The notes regarding the project were written in very small letters and squeezed into the margins that were hard for me to read, let alone the foreman for whom English was a second language. We called to complain about the odor and these initial communication difficulties and asked for our Project Manager (PM). On Wednesday, a different PM showed up claiming that and quot;our PMand quot; was busy, because he was about to go on vacation. I had talked to the Office Manager, Terri, who said this was their best crew, and that they typically finish a bathroom remodeling job in one week. My wife talked with this new PM, and he layed out a different schedule that estimated completion at the following Thursday or Friday. Once again, communication was a major stumbling block. The plumber had trouble with the piping for going from one sink to two sinks, as well as for moving the toilet. This delay caused the Electrician to delay getting the wiring done for the overhead lights and two outlets. These delays prevented the preparation of the shower base, which had to dry for 24 hours before any other shower work could be done. Because they were double-booked, the foreman went to another project and left one man to try and install the shower tile and bathroom floor tile. Due to miscommunication, he ran into issues with how to place the floor tile (we asked for diamond, but the foreman had told him rectangular placement). This was a 2-hour delay to resolve and required the assistance of a third PM to bring extra floor tile just in case it was needed. Due to being unable to read the notes on the project plan, this lone worker had trouble identifying which tiles to use in the shower and where to place the divider strip of tiles to break up the top and bottom appearance of the shower walls. When the second week began, our original PM finally showed up at our house and tried to address our concerns and issues with the project so far. I told him that I had to take off work to be there, because we couldn't trust them to do the work without one of us being there. Unfortunately, this week went much the same as the previous week. We had to wait for the marble countertop to be completed and delivered for installation, which delayed other phases of the work. So, on the day the countertop is to be installed they scheduled the construction crew to be there a 11 AM to do some of the final work items for the cabinet, towel bars, etc. and electrical work. The Countertop crew was due after 2 PM, but they had a cancellation and took it upon themselves to come to our house at 11 AM without contacting the office. The bathroom was too small for two crews, so the Construction Crew left without communicating if they would return later that day. They didn't, even though the Countertop Crew finished installing the countertop and the sinks with their faucets in 3 hours. Then we had to wait a week for the shower door to arrive from the factory. Finally it was installed in the fourth week since this project began. In week 5, they came to do the finishing touches, but the crew lacked the expertise to install the drop light over the vanity, so we had to wait for an electrician to come and install it. The last item was the mirror that needed to be mounted above the vanity. Their first attempt revealed that the rectangular mirror was designed with a mounting bevel on the back for vertical mounting. Rather than discuss this with us, the foreman took it upon himself to hang the mirror (it weighs about 45 lbs) using screws that were in the two outside studs of the three studs over the vanity. He mounted brackets on the top edge with triangular loops to hang on the mounted screws. The screws were not centered over the vanity and they were visible above the top of the mirror. In their hurry to mount the mirror and be done with our project, the crew didn't allow enough time for the paint on the wall to dry, so when the mirror shifted it scraped the paint and exposed the drywall underneath. We called to have them return and patch up the paint job. Then my wife and I sent them away and determined to mount the mirror ourselves after the paint dried. Throughout this entire horrific five weeks, we saw and quot;our PMand quot; once, one substitute PM twice, and a third PM once. Each of them wrote down our concerns on an addendum form and gave us a copy. In addition, my wife and I put together a list at the beginning of Week 4 of what items still needed to be done (a list of 10 tasks from installing the drop light to mounting the towel rods). The finished bathroom is very nice and we really love the shower, but the process to get there was frustrating and painful. Since this was our first major remodeling project of any kind, we were extremely unhappy with the multiple issues. Our strongest complaint is the lack of communication or the miscommunication that could have been solved with an attentive PM walking us through the day-to-day expectations, responding to our issues quickly, and helping to manage the many issues that occurred, instead of taking a vacation on the first week of the project and not arranging for a backup PM to help us. I told the company when they followed up to see how we felt about the bathroom remodeling that they not only lost our business for any future work, but that of our two friends who were planning remodeling projects and whom we told to find someone else. Other than a couple lame apologies during the project, no offer was ever made to compensate us for the extended disruption of our lives, including the number of days I had to take off from work to monitor and manage their efforts.
Description of Work: We brought in Capital Remodeling to remodel our upstairs bathroom by tearing down the rear wall, which was a walk-in closet, replacing the bathtup/shower combo with a large shower stall that has one large shower head and one raintree shower head, replacing the vanity/sink combo with a double sized vanity and two vanity sinks that sit on top of the vanity, and replced the medicine cabinet with a large mirror centered behind the vanity and a full cabinet that is 14" deep. Additional add ons included new towel rods, toilet roll rod, and bathrobe hook, as well as painting the walls.

Customer, First off I want to sincerely apologize for your frustration during the installation process. I am a homeowner myself and I know that my wife, my kids nor I would be happy if these events happened in my home. You are 100% correct in your statements about the lack of communication within your project. There is no excuse and we have since made personnel changes and actually replaced one of the Project Managers in our company. We are confident with our current staff and our new Project Manager that our communication is far better than it was during your project. I understand that does not change the frustration that you had to endure but going forward, our customers can expect a much smoother and more efficient project. We have been in business for over 20 years and we perform thousands of installations per year and while we are not perfect, we feel that we learn from any errors along the way. It is certainly frustrating for us knowing that we have lost a great customer for any future projects and I can only say that if Capital is given another chance, we will make sure your project is performed up to your standards. I am happy that you are satisfied with the final outcome but I also understand that the path along the way was not up to par. Thank you for your feedback as that is the only way a company can improve. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need anything at all in the future. Thank you. Mark J Vandegrift Vice President

I attened a local homeshow with my husband. We spoke with them about coming out to our hose to give us a estimate on a complete remodel of our bathroom. They told us they prefer that both homeowners be home during the estiamte. My husband explained that it would not be possible for him to be home. That I would be making the decisions on what we wanted to be done so there would be no reason for him to be home anyway. They agreed to come out and give the estimate and we set up an appointment. The day of the appointment they called our home and asked for my husband. I told the man calling that my husband was not at home. He asked when my husband would be returning. Due to our Caller ID I knew the company who was calling and asked why he was asking for my husband. He told me that they and quot;REQUIRE BOTH HOMEOWNERS TO BE HOME DURING THE ESTIMATEand quot;. I told him that when we made the appointment we clearly explained my husband would not be able to be home. He said that it didn't matter, that both homeowners had to be home for them to come out. WHY MAKE AN APPOINTMENT YOU DON'T INTEND TO KEEP. IT'S NOT PRFESSIONAL TO CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT AT THE LAST MINUTE. I have better things to do with my time and rearranged my schedule to be here for this appointment. I called their main office number and asked to speak with a manager. The woman that answered the phone asked what I was calling about and I told her. She started to give me the same answer the man who had called gave. I again asked to speak with a manager. She told me that the man I had just spoke with was the manager and that she could have him call me back. IF YOU WANT A COMPANY THAT STANDS BEHIND IT'S WORD DO NOT CONTRACT THIS COMPANY!

Response from Capital Remodeling Inc
Members, I apologize that our event staff member did not thoroughly explain the procedures and policies of our company. We do ask that all homeowners be present for the estimate whether it is a husband and wife, brother and sister or a situation where there are a multiple number of owners. We do bring out many samples and unfortunately we cannot leave those behind for the other homeowners to view. Additionally, there are many decisions that need to be made on certain features that affect the price and we only want to make sure there is no confusion so that we may give our customers an accurate price as we never want to provide any errors on our quotes. That being said, if only one homeowner can be present for the estimate we will make exceptions to our policy if that is in the best interest of our customer. You should have been notified of that point but obviously you were not and for that, I am sorry. If you allow us, we would be more than happy to visit your home and provide you with a free no obligation estimate that is good for one full year with just one homeowner. I sincerely hope that we can provide you with this information so that you may see the excellence of our product along with our fantastic prices that have allowed us to serve the local community for over 20 years. I know that you will not be disappointed. Thank you. Mark J Vandegrift Vice President

Received a flier in the mail with an ad saying they were offering a discount of 700, great financing, or a third option. We decided to call and make an appointment for a Saturday. The representative showed up on time and was very professional. He had a good presentation and clearly knew what he was talking about. He went through step by step of his presentation and then quoted us a price of 7,000+!! That completely blew my mind and I was about ready to kick him out right then and there. When I said there was no way we'd pay that much, he came back with another number, somewhere in the 5,000 range. Still too much in my mind, so we declined again. He said there was a special offer if we act as a and quot;marketing houseand quot;, allowing them to use our address and info in their local promotions. More on this later... After much hesitation on my part, we eventually agreed and scheduled a future date for the window installation. I wasn't home at the time, but the guys apparently let themselves into the home WITHOUT EVEN KNOCKING!! What kind of a company does that? It was a cold day in December and we had a 2 month old in the house. They knocked out all of the windows at the same time, forcing my wife and infant to head to the basement (the warmest place in the house). They finished with all of the windows and left that day, never to be heard from again. When I came home there were several things I noticed. First, black finger print smudges near all of the windows. Most of them came off rather easily with wiping. Why couldn't the installers have done that? Shards of broken glass. That's right, when knocking out the windows some of them broke and the left pieces around the yard! Quite dangerous to say the least. It seems once they get your money they could care less about you. They never showed up afterwards to put the sign in our yard as they first mentioned, and never let us know if they used us as a marketing house. It leaves me wondering, what would have happened if we said yes to the 7,000 offer instead of the one we actually did. Steer clear of this company, they are definitely SHADY!!!

This started out okay. My husband really loved their windows and thought they were the best. However, things quickly went down hill. After the initial visit, there were some problems with the financing. The salesman came back to discuss the issues with me because my husband was unavailable. When I questioned him about the changes, he became rude and offensive. To the point that I made him leave my house. The whole time he was leaving he was making rude comments and then called after he got in the car and left a voice message. I called the company becuase they had already cashed my deposit check and the manager came out to speak to us. He initially tried to ignore his salesman's behavior until he realized we weren't letting it go and I played the message he had left. We did still get the windows, because my husband really wanted them. The installers were late getting to my house but other than that they did a good job, quickly and professionally. We were told someone would be to oversee the installation however and ensure our satisfaction before the installers left. No one came out and we havent heard from anyone. They put a sign up in our front yard but I took it back down as I am not advertising for a company that I dont respect. The windows do seem to be as good as advertised but if you can find the same quality somewhere else, I would definately use a different company. We were looking for a company we could establish a relationship with as there is a lot of work we want to have done, but after this experience Capital Remodeling wont be it.

First I will say the the finished product was OK, not great but acceptable. We signed a contract with them in November 2011 for a bathroom remodeling including new shower and bathroom floor. The job did not start until February after several visits for measurements, discussions and attempts to sell more work. After they started the project by tearing everything out (needed to be done) they let us know that they couldn't;t provide the tile that we had picked out and we needed to pick something else. After several false starts they finally started on the shower just to find that they had installed the floor pan incorrectly and had to tear everything out again and start over.To make a very long story short, the floor tile material was shorted so that had to be specIal order additional tile, the shower walls were not ordered correctly so all that had to be reordered, they tried to get me to agree to pay for work that and quot;mightand quot; be needed but they didn't know for sure if it would be done.Workers never showed up before 10AM even though I was called on days that they would actually show up and be told they would be there by 8AM. One day they called at 5PM to tell me that no one would be there that day (I already figured that out!).Bottom line is it took 37 days to do a 5 day job. This one of the worst managed and incompetent companies I have ever seen. They actually had the gall to call me after the work was done to see if I would recommend them to my friends. Not very likely. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE, IF YOU DO YOU WILL BE SORRY!

I signed up for a free in home estimate to remodel the kitchen. The salesperson called me the day before to remind me of the appointment at no point did she say both my husband and I had to be present. The sales person called me 30 mins before the appt to ask me what I wanted. I told him that we already had a kitchen but we wanted to reconfig it and add some cabinets and granite. At that point he probably realized that the job was not a big 30,000 remodeling job and asked me if my husband was going to be there. I said no he is at work but we wanted an estimate and I was authorized to get that estimate based on what we wanted. He actually said are you authorized to make the financial decision. I said yes but that I was not going to make it on the spot. I was going to get different estimates and check reviews. When he realized that he could not put his high sales tactics on us to make a decision at the same time of his visit he started telling me that it was company policy that both people had to be home. I said to get an estimate? We are not picking out new granite just matching the old and we are matching the current white cabinets. At that he continued to try to back out. I finally said come or don't come I don't care but stop wasting my time. I took off a day of work to meet this appointment. Either you give free home estimates or you don't. The company needs to decide and state that policy up front.

I am not sure if I would be using them as it was only my first quote I received and they were beyond my price range. They came to my house in person to present the quote. They were very thorough in getting measurements of the bathrooms and talking to me about their licensing. They told me about all the options they have and also the different things they could do which I never thought of before, by incorporating it into the project. They came on two different occasions and the second time when they came, they set my schedules. As such I did not have to do it all at once. They explained everything very fairly to me and in detail. They helped me as much as they could in helping me save a lot of money and having me buy the components such as the hardware faucets and even the sink. They would only perform the installation which would mean that I would not be paying for their mark up cost to go out and get it. The only negative is that I had not received quotes from anybody else and their pricing seemed really expensive for one bathroom. It seems like they do a lot for the price but it was very high from what I was expecting. They have a very low complaint rating with the business bureau and their quality is very high based on the materials they showed me. I spoke to them on a Monday and they came out that Wednesday and again on that Friday which shows their responsiveness was a good thing. They were on time. I guess I would use them sometime in the future for another project.
