"I would not recommend them as they started out okay then went down hill fast. Techs started changing, when calling customer service they are a call center needed to wait for calls to be returned as there is not direct number to the local office and very disappointed that a Manager at the local office never called, was told by customer service that they would call back but ended up getting someone else in the office - here is a partial list of issues - service not being completed, the printer broke in the truck unable to leave printout of what was done this happened several times, weeds don't seem to be going away, when the tech came back out never did anything sat in the truck then left. Will not be renewing with them. Oh we did get a refund for the last service only since we did not want them back."
