"I am unable to rate their quality of work, as we did not have anything done. My husband had called the company to get a quote to come out and rekey a vehicle. He did not set up an appointment. The gentleman showed up and insisted that he was here for a scheduled appointment. I called my husband and had him on the phone explaining to the man that he never scheduled for him to come out, he was only getting prices and that company had a higher price so he decided not to call them back and schedule. The man insisted and began to get threatening with me. I had to close the door on him as he was screaming at me. I told him he needed to leave or I was calling police. Beware, this man was not pleasant to deal with and the company gets your address even if you are just asking for a price (so they can quote according to how far away you are). He was nasty."

I would recommend that you request the tech if given the choice. He even charged my $10 less than the 2nd quote of $60.00 so I wouldn't have to borrow it from my neighbor. I wish many blessings to this remarkable person."
