Brothers Services Company

After researching three or four other companies, we called Brothers to get an estimate. After meeting with a sales rep, our neighbor came over, having seen the Brothers van, and starting raving about how great they had been when they did her mother's roof. We ended up choosing them and appreciated their flexibility as we had to adjust our timetable some. When we were able to set the date, they were able to come quickly and completed the entire job in one day. They did a wonderful job cleaning up outside and all the workmen were kind and polite to my children and me. I would definitely recommend them and consider them for other projects.

The work was performed on the day that was scheduled and done very professionally. There was a problem with the wrong style sashes but the error was corrected without any problems.

Everything was great. They came out when they said they were going to be out, and they worked from the time they got here until the time they left. Everything was neat and clean, and their prices were reasonable. I was very happy with them.

They were very professional, and were obviously very compotent. However, I found someone who could do the job for much less.

The project took about two days. They did an excellent job. They do quality work and are very friendly.

They did a fine job. They were very neat, they didn't leave so much as a nail on my front lawn. They were very efficient, they came in and did the work and were gone. This took maybe 3 days. I would absolutely hire them again and I have.

Very smooth start to finish, no problem. Even finished in one...yes...one day. Would not have known anything took place that day around the outside it was so cleaned up...but of course the new roof was there.

They were great. They were a little slow about getting the estimate to me. They were responsive in returning phone calls and they finished when they said they would. They were very helpful in answering questions and explaining details to me.

Initial meeting went well, all seemed to be in place. The products were excellent and the final result is what we were looking for. But everything else was a total disaster. Brothers did not start on date stated, materials where not in, managers did not communicate with each other, each had their own opinion and oftentimes overrode the previous opinion leaving us confused as to what was happening, and projects had to be re-done. We expressed concerns during the whole job, yet nothing changed and it actually got worse. There was no regard for other companies working on site, even though it was Brothers who messed up the start date. Tools were left in the way of our landscaping company and were not moved. After watching the deck crew stare at the landscape crew and not move things out of their way, I had to go outside and point out that both crews would be working, which they knew, could they please move their things? Promises were made, then material would not come in, so job went past date of completion. When issues were pointed out, or concerns raised, items were fixed but there was no need for us as customers to be the project managers and watch every step of the process to make sure everyone was in line and things were done right. During the job, I asked twice if any payments were due and was told that final payment was at the end of job. I asked for a final invoice to be given to us for the last payment, we were given excuses that it was mailed, that there was no time to pick a copy up yet they showed up at our house wanting payment. I called accounting to again ask for final invoice, he had no idea the job had gone south and was sending the manager back with a copy for final payment. What is laughable is for a company, according to the main manager, that was not "all about the money" and screwed up every aspect of this job, cashed the check that day. We planned on using this company in the Spring to replace all of the windows and doors in our home, and have basement work done, but we will not use them again, nor will we recommend them to anyone else. They are a typical big company going on and on about their reputation so they fix all the mistakes, but the mistakes should never have happened in the first place. We will go back to our small local company knowing they may not have the man power, but will do it right without us babysitting them.

It was very good, first of all when I called, they sent someone out right away to give me a free estimate. It was significantly lower than another quote I got. They had a good crew of guys that came out. They replaced some of the wood underneath the shingles that had rotted. They were responsive, the work was good and the prices reasonable.

They are superb. They are always on time and they clean up after themselves. They are quick efficient and excellent. I would definitely use them again, and recommend them to everyone. All A's!

I was disappointed with Brothers. They failed to show up on time and did not call to tell me. They did poor work that I had to have them return and fix properly. There was a big disconnect between what they said they would do and what they actually delivered. I complained about the service and never heard a word. I will not use them again.

Arrived on day and time promptly. Polite and QUIET - most roofers play music very loudly with lots of yelling etc. which can be tough on the neighbors! Took me up on roof after to show me the work. Felt they were very thorough and performed quality work. Other roof replacement jobs I've seen have taken only a few hours, so it seems like I got value for money!

Brothers Roofing did an excellent job on my roof. Their clean up was great and the really did the work for a fair price. They were very professional and I would recommend them for the quality job they did for me.

I just wanted a better look for the house and they did a very good job because it looks very nice. They have a foreman who oversaw the whole project and would answer all my questions and was very responsive. They were very open about the siding. They work with one particular kind, but they do the job anyways if you want one they don't usually work with. It does cost extra though.

I thought that they did the job well. They cleaned up their mess after they were finished and they were very professional. I could not have gotten a better service from anyone else that worked on my home. I highly recommend them.

Very professional and helpful. Work was done quickly. However it took time to get the work scheduled because they are so busy. Another roofer claimed I needed a new roof. When I asked these guys about that they said "Yeah..we hear that a lot..."

What a great job! We were informed by Mike at the time of the estimate that the work would not begin until November. Once started, the project manager, Rick, kept us informed every step of the way how the work would proceed. The workers on our project, Nate and Ramon, came each day, went about their business, then cleaned up and left at the end of the day. They were completely independent. Their work was beautiful. They built our roof as though it were going on their own home. We couldn't be more pleased with the finished project!

Very poorly. After making a deposit of several thousand dollars we had to call several times to get an appointment set up. They only set up the appointment after we called to cancel the work. On the day they were scheduled to do the work, they didn't show up or call. We called the representative but received no assistance. We finally canceled payment.

It went well. They did the work they said theyd do. The roof, which had leaked, has not had any problem since.

It took a while for the work to get scheduled, but they came out when scheduled and completed the work in one day. Overall we are very pleased with the work, although there is one window that still doesn't open and close properly.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS ROOFING COMPANY TO A FRIEND. THEY CAME AND GAVE ME A FREE QUOTE. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CAME OUT RIGHT WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO.

I WAS PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK. THEY DID THEIR WORK EFFICIENTLY AND PROFESSIONALLY. THERE WERE VERY LITTLE THINGS TO CLEAN UP AFTER THEY HAD FINISHED. THEY WERE ALSO VERY ACCOMMODATING.
