It obviously was a busy season as we had to wait a few weeks before they could schedule...but, we had no concerns...just wanted to know it would get done. The cleaning was very thorough...and, after the whole house and gutters was complete, they did a complete walk around with my husband to show what they accomplished and offered tips as to areas around the house that needed additional attention (a spot in the vinyl siding that needed repaired as well as the painted front porch that was peeling). We are very pleased with the service received ...and appreciate the observations (adding more to our list of to-dos!).

They accomodated me on VERY short notice. I am also very particular "What about that spot there? What are those white deposits there?" In every case they had already looked at everything and answered everything in stride and never once made me feel I was being too picky. House looks great! As a bonus, they discussed other work with me (I initiated the discussions, not them), plus they pointed out *real* issues that needed to be addressed. (I already knew about those issues, so they were not trying to refer me or anything like that.)

Our house looks amazing! After the power washing, it looks like it's been freshly painted. JR and his team did a great job, were fair with the pricing, and quickly did the work. Would definitely recommend them to others!

He did an excellent job cleaning the siding. The plants were covered to prevent damage from the cleaning solution. The house looks great.

This company was recommended to me by a friend after she was very pleased with their work. Our home is in the woods and gets covered with dirt and moss. Jr and Dan cleaned the gutters first removing all build up then flushed them to make sure we are ready for winter. Once this was done they worked on our house, making sure it was spotless and all dirt and moss build up was gone. They also made sure to protect any plants around the house. Their work was fantastic, my home, gutters, and arbor are now spotless. I will definitely recommend Under Pressure to my family and friends.

They showed up on time. They spread tarps on my bushes and washed the house. I have a wood house. They removed all of the green and black stuff and not a speck of paint. They were here for hours. Very pleasant and knowledgeable.

They did a meticulous job We will use them again, and will recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

The guys showed up as promised and went right to work. The surfaces looked like new. When I asked if they would add the play set to the list they were able to accommodate my request at a small fee. Very friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to call them again!

the job was scheduled by JR, the owner, within a week of my purchase he let me know in advance what was needed and he called to confirm when he arrived at my home on the day we set up when my wife got home, she was very pleased with the work we'd recommend this provider without hesitation

Dan went above and beyond to cover all our plants and shrubby and fish pond to protect them. He tried using a long pole and scrub brush on some stubborn areas created by a previous high pressure cleaning company. We would have them back again when we need exterior cleaning.

There was a mix-up with Angie's List's system and the deal purchased listed our old address as the service location. Under pressure was very good about getting back to me and assuring me that they had received and would show up at the right address. The guys called when they were on their way and showed up shortly thereafter. Our house is extensively landscaped and they covered all of the plants, bushes and flowers next to the house with tarp to protect them from the chemicals that they use in the water. They did a good job and the house looks great. They got the porch and all of the spindles in the rail around it clean. He noticed some wasp nests and they made sure that they got them down. The house looks amazing!

My SAVIOUR! After a devestating experience with Extreme Clean/MD Powerwash which left me hanging, RJ not only answered my desperate call but showed up in my driveway within an hour to do a "on-site" estimate (THE ONLY WAY TO GO!) and then, realizing my dilemma with decks already cleared - arranged to come the day after to do the job. THEY WERE WONDERFUL! Explained what they would be doing, tented all my plants to protect them, flushed them afterwards (VERY IMPORTANT PROTECTION) and I have not lost a single living thing! RJ and his compatriot, Danny, were well mannered, efficient. They left my property only after they had returned everything to its place and I was fully satisfied which of course I was! i had nothing to say. My home, gutters and roof all clean and looking great. Very reasonable price! Highly, Highly recommend using them. Thank you again RJ!!!!

After ordering the service, I decided to have additional work done. He gave me a quote for the extra and could do it the same time. There were 2 of them that showed up and they did a fantastic job. Covered the bushes and plants near the house to protect them, The stone front of house, the stone porch and walkway after cleaning had no mold or mildew traces left on them. The vinyl siding looks newly installed. The enclosed concrete back porch had terrible stains that are no longer there. I had to leave before they finished, and wasn't comfortable with that, but when I got back the next morning, everything looked great. They did the gutters, around the windows, (lifting the screens to get inside) Both guys were friendly and professional. I have a built in pool and I will be calling them to come back to clean the deck and concrete patios around it very soon. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a good job at a fair price.

It went as well as the weather allowed. JR scheduled the power washing and staining for a week in April. We got the power washing done, house looks great and then it rained, and it rained and it rained. It took until the end of May to get enough dry days to get the deck stained. The whole time JR paid attention to the weather and kept in touch. He made sure that the conditions were optimal to get a good stain on the deck. We really appreciate that. He even rehung the bird feeders, baby gate and made sure everything was back on the deck when he was done.

Communication with JR was great. I called in the morning to inquire about gutter cleaning, and he was able to stop out to look at it/do the work same day. He was delayed from the initial time promised, but that was fine as he was proactive in calling ahead to let me know he was running late. Once he arrived, he was very personable and did a thorough job for what I thought was a good price. I was very pleased with the overall experience and would use them again in a heartbeat.

It has been one year since we had our 3,300 sq ft exterior cleaned. Each spring prior to Under Pressure job I had to power wash the back of our house due to the density of the large trees blocking the sun. This year one year after the Under Pressure treatment lady year, everything still looks great. So cleaned last year and whatever chemicals were used kept the back from moss/mold. Nice!

Owner provided a very good price and quick service-within 2 days of my call. Also responded immediately to my phone message. As a result, he got the job and those that called back later did not.
