Awesome! Hire these folks!! They were wonderful. Careful and reasonably priced. I used them once in the past when I was at work and didn't see how careful they were. When I used them again this year I was home and watched how they moved my patio furniture and cleaned it when pressure washing the patio (even though I had not asked them to do so). Everything looked great, nothing got broken on my house from the pressure washing, and everything was cleaned up afterward. No stuff from the gutters left in my garden. They were also friendly and entertained my little ones.

JR did a awesome job.!! The power washing was done by Eric who did a really nice job. He took his time and removed some areas I thought would not come clean. JR came back 2 days later and applied the Ready Seal. He did it with a wool pad and it really made all the difference. Most folks want to take the easy way out and just spray it on, he was very detailed and it shows. I highly recommend them for any job you might have. We certainly will in the future!!

JR did a fantastic job on our house. He was was quick to respond to my emails and texts, showed up on time, and took care to cover all of our plants and landscaping. He even did a quick wash of the outdoor pillows on our patio. I will absolutely use him again; I really like that the he is the owner and was also the one who did the power washing. His pride in his work shows!

From start to finish JR and his employee were excellent! Jr took his time with me initially answering all my questions and was very patient, professional, and knowledgeable. I really appreciated all the time he took with me. I also liked the communication system he uses via cell phone as well as emails for appointments, estimates, and billing. It's fast and efficient. My job was scheduled and completed within a week! I have no complaints. Jr's employee did a fantastic job on my house, deck, and fence. He went above and beyond by cleaning my steps, sidewalk, and parking spot. All my plants were covered and protected. Although I wasn't home to meet him personally, upon arrival my home looked like a new one! I would highly recommend Under Pressure and would definitely use their services again. While no company is perfect, I have to say they delivered perfection. Thank you Under Pressure for a great job well done!

On 3/1/2019 I contacted the company via messaging with the details for which there was a response. I was told someone would come out to do an estimate by the beginning of the following week. No word by Wednesday (3/6), which prompted me to contact again and ask if this would be something that could be done, an estimate. I received a reply (3/7) that someone would be out on 3/7. I received a verbal estimate on the phone and gave my email in order to get the physical quote. In addition, a reference to an individual that could do repairs. I never received the estimate nor did I get the contact for the person who could do repairs. I contacted this company specifically because of the specialized soft washing and was impressed with the web site description of what they do. I was disappointed in the lack of communication and their inability to follow through, although very professional when I did speak with someone, it also matters that follow up is done. I would rather someone tell me they are unable to perform the work due to their busy schedule than have someone tell me they will do something and never follow through.

JR and his team were great from start to finish. JR was right on time for the estimate and Kevin was punctual for the cleaning. Flowers and plants were all covered and protected. The job went smoothly and things look great. The on line communication is a real plus and I was able to pay afterward using PayPal. Very responsive and responsible company. Highly recommend.

We were very pleased with the work done by Under Pressure. The siding was cleaned carefully and several stains completely removed. The technician was punctual, knowledgeable, thorough, and did a first rate job. I would definitely use Under Pressure again.
