+ 0 moreThey came out a week before and gave me & my neighbor a estimate on all the work we wanted done. The price was good. We told them to do the work and they came out on Monday Jun 7th to do the pressure washing. When we came home that evening all the washing was done and everything looked very clean. They needed the decks to dry out before they could seal them and planned to come back on 06/09/10. But it rained that day. They finally were able to come back out and complete the job on 06/18/10. After they sealed the decks with golden brown sealer the decks looked great. I would use this company again.
Description of Work: They pressure washed the sidings of my townhome, the walkway infront of my home and my back yard deck. They also resealed the deck with a colored sealer.

+ 1 moreWhen I had a leak in the gutter, I though something was broken and asked a few gutter repair men to estimate on the repair. I'm glad I didn't go through that process. When the guy from Under Pressure came, he assured me that it was the clogged downspout. It was much cheaper to clean the gutter than repair it! After a month, I found some other leaking point. He came two days later to fix without charging. I'm glad with their responsiveness and will use them in the future for siding and deck cleaning as well.
Description of Work: They came out to clean the gutter and down spout for my town house. Then a month later came back to fix the downspout when it got loose.

He pressure washed and stripped the old stain, then came back a week later to re-stain the deck. We had a variety of stain colors to choose from. He appeared very knowledgeable about wood restoration and preservation.
