I was expecting the whole roof to be cleaned, however this deal did not cover my whole roof and I had to chose what I wanted done. They did a fine job though.

Under Pressure arrived on time and pressure washed the entire house, porch and walkway. What a difference it made, the house looked great for the holidays. No water in the house either. Would definitely recommend and will be a repeat customer as well.

Fabulous! Our house looks new. Our roof (26 years old) looks great! It had been stained in some places, had algae in others. Now it's all one color. The kids didn't realize that there were copper plates under the dormer windows because they had been so dirty. Now they shine. Chimney, roof, and siding are all beautiful now. They even fixed a piece of siding that has been falling off for years. The brick front porch looks like new, as do the sidewalks. The gutters got cleaned while they were doing the roof. The Under Pressure people took all day (10-dark) the first day and were almost done, but it just got too dark. So they came back the next day. I didn't have to be there, but I happened to be home most of the time. Very nice people. No worries about leaving them at the house. One of the reasons we chose them over other companies was that they came TO our house to give the estimate rather than doing it from the google map picture of our house. Having seen the people who would be coming out made me more comfortable entrusting them with my house. We will definitely call them next time!

The company provided the promised service on the promised date at the promised price. Excellent quality. Fast and efficient.

I called the company to get an estimate on two jobs. JR made an appointment to meet me at 9:30 on Saturday morning at one of the properties. JR confirmed the time appointment via e mail the day before and I responded that I would be there. JR never arrived, never called to say he would not make it. When I finally reached him he said he was tied up in Baltimore. He suggested coming another day. I explained that I had driven 30 minutes to meet him that morning and that I would look elsewhere for someone more reliable to do my two jobs.

The crew arrived as planned. They did a very good job in completing the pressure washing. They were very careful in protecting the plants around the house from the power spray. The supervisor walked around the house with me after the job was completed to make sure everything was done right. I would definitely recommend the company.

The house looked brand new once they were done. They brought all of their own equipment and things were left just as they were found - except our house looked awesome. They were punctual, personal and great to work with from scheduling the estimate through the completion of the project. They took care of powerwashing and staining my mom's deck the same day - another great job. We will definitely use them again!

These guys not only cleaned the sides of my house, they even went the extra mile and cleaned my gutters, roof and deck. The job was so well done that my neighbors asked me who painted my house! The materials used for the powerwashing were gentle enough for the environment but got the job done. I will be using them every year and you should too!

The team at Under Pressure was fantastic. They are thoroughly professional and totally transformed our really gross patio and pretty dirty house. I have pressure washed the patio several times, but never achieved the results they obtained.....It's all in the tools and talent--that they have. I definitely recommend them and would use them again.

The roof facing the street was prepared with a cleaning solution and pressure washed. We were pleased with the result.

On 02 July 2013 we received a notice from our management company to have our portico/balcony above our front door and the gutters cleaned . I went on Angie's List and found Under Pressure. Gave JR Merrill a call (410)804-7878, set up a date for the cleaning; they showed up as scheduled on Monday, 22 July 2013 at about 9:30 am and finished the job at around 12:00 pm. The portico/balcony is clean as are the gutters. We have Gutter Helmet (not happy with that product) which is what caused the gutters to need cleaning. After waiting and waiting for another company to get back to me with a date, a friend mentioned I should just try Angie's List. As soon as I accessed the site "Under Pressure Inc" was the first company my eyes landed on. I decided to go for it called and left a message. Within hours, JR got back to me and very courteously listened to my needs and provided me with a firm date. JR and his brother were prompt, courteous and professional. When they finished my deck looked like new and my patio was chemically treated to remove the moss that had grown between each brick. After being unable to entertain, I am so pleased with my outdoor living areas, that on July 4th we will finally have everyone over and have our first cook out. JR is a very pleasant person to deal with. I have used his services for many years and have always been satisfied.

They day of the appointment - about 30 minutes before they were supposed to arrive - I received a call and they said they were too busy and couldn't do the work until June. I never call them back and started looking for another company.

It was very easy to get the quote and to get a date on the calendar for the pressure washing. I was extremely pleased with the improved look of our house after it was completed. We've only been in the house for three years, and I don't know if it was ever cleaned - - but it was green and mossy and did not look nice. After the pressure washing, it looks 100x better. The pressure washing did not damage anything or remove paint - - it just made everything look clean. JR came later in the day on our scheduled date so I was a little worried that maybe he wasn't coming - - the job ran over into the next day a little bit. But it really all went well as they came on the day they said and everything looks fantastic afterward.

JR responded quickly to my message about getting a quote, he came by the house within days and gave a fair quote based on the size of our house and things we wanted cleaned. He got us on his schedule within a week and half and did a great job! Our house looks like it did when right after we re-did the exterior. I definitely recommend using Under Pressure.

They came out and told me they could not do the job because the roof was slate. They gave me a full and speedy refund.

Under Pressure was very professional, punctual and did the job right. They took time to cover the bushes in the front of our house so they wouldn't bet hit with the cleaner used on the roof. They spent a lot of time getting the stains off the roof and the finished result was great!

We had a great experience with Under Pressure. They provided a competitive price, we picked the specific date that worked for us. They arrived as scheduled on the date selected, and did a great job with the house washing. Siding and brick - everything looks great.

The work went well. They arrived on the date/time scheduled. They rinsed the siding, applied a bleach/soap type solution, let it soak in and then rinsed. They did this process twice. They did a thorough job and our siding came clean when they were done.

They came out and provided an estimate for the work requested. The estimate was reasonable and more competitive than another company. They were very accomodating in arranging the date for the work to be done. They came out and did the work on time and did a quality job. We were not home at the time they came but came home before they finished. They almost missed one area of the cleaning that was discussed, but upon pointing it our they finished the job. JR and his partner did a wonderful job on our house, particularly our very mildewed deck and stain gutters. Everything now looks brand new. A definite enhancement to the curb appeal. Would use again and highly recommend. I didn't do any price shopping, but have no doubt we got our money's worth. Very responsive and professional. These guys know what they're doing.
