Description of Work: We're about halfway through a year-long contract for quarterly pest service, and so far, everything has been going well. I get an email when it's time to schedule the next service, and the schedule is usually pretty open. Make sure you know where to stash your pets for about an hour because they need to be kept away from the spray until it is dry. For subsequent services, they just do an inspection and spray outside, so your pets can be out and about. No complaints--in fact, I mentioned that we'd seen a few bugs, and the guy that came out said I should have called right away. Overall, I've been pretty impressed by their professionalism.
